        나선형 파형강관에서의 유동특성 및 압력강하 예측

        Numerical investigation has been conducted to figure out flow behavior and pressure drop characteristics of spirally corrugated steel pipe which is widely used in civil, industrial and agricultural field owing to many advantages such as good corrosion resistance and durability, strength, easy and quick installation. Also the poly-ethylene coating spirally corrugated steel pipe has the long life under condition of sea water immerged. In the present study, flow behavior in the spirally corrugated pipe and influence of p/d_h(ratio of wave pitch to hydraulic diameter) to pressure drop are investigated by CFD with various Reynolds number. And also friction factor is estimated by pressure drop obtained by flow analysis. According to computation results, the flow runs spirally up and down along the spiral corrugation in the vicinity of wall, but the effect of spiral corrugation disappears in core region of pipe. As p/d_h becames small, more pressure drop occurs in spirally corrugated pipe. Besides, friction factor augmentation becomes much larger as Re increases. In case of p/d_h=0.38, pressure drop and friction factor of spirally corrugated pipe are about four times larger than smooth pipe at Re= 1.46×10^6.

        대상 판결이 공지형태와 주지형태를 서로 결합하거나 그 결합된 형태의 변형, 변경 또는 전용한 경우에도 창작수준이 낮은 디자인에 해당하여 그 등록을 배제하여야 한다고 한 판시는 타당하다. 대상 판결의 판시는 구 디자인보호법 제5조 제2항의 규정 및 양자를 구분하고 있던 종전의 판례들과 배치된다고 볼 수도 있다. 그러나 대상 판결이 공지형태와 주지형태의 결합 또는 그 결합형태의 변형 등에 의하여 쉽게 창작할 수 있는 디자인의 등록을 배제하여야 한다고 한 판시는 제품경쟁력의 우위를 확보할 수 있는 창작수준이 높은 디자인의 개발을 유도하고 그러한 디자인을 적정하게 보호할 수있게 한다는 측면에서 충분히 이해할 수 있다. 공지디자인에 의하여 비교적 명확하게 특정할 수 있는 공지형태에 비하여, 주지형태는 디자인의 대상 물품에 따라 다양하게 나타날 수밖에 없다는 점은 대상 판결을 출발점으로 한 다양한 사례의 축적을 통해 해결하여야 할 것이다. The Supreme Court Decision(2013Hu2613) dealt with that a design consists of publicly known form and widely known form or a combination of such like forms, the design has low level of creative power. therefore, the design shall not be eligible for design registration. If a design consists of the publicly known form and widely known form or such like forms`` modification, change or transform, the design dealt with it which has the low level of creative power. Determining whether such design has a creative power, not only the designated product of such publicly known design but also wellknown pertains of widely known form, the relationship of apparent characteristic as such publicly known design or widely known form, the general tendency of a design part, the registered design was easily creatable from the compared design publicly known in Korea before the design application was filed, as combination of publicly known form and widely known form, by ordinary designer. We affirm the judgment of The Supreme Court Decision. but The Supreme Court Decision is controversy because Article 5 (2) of the former Industrial Design Protection Act don``t include not only a combination of the publicly known form and widely known form but also a combination of both modification.

        A Cold Neutron Source has been developed to install at HANARO which is a large scale research facility using neutrons. A cold neutron is very useful to investigate the structure or the motion of an amino acid, a protein and a virus. It also can be used to study the structure of polymer, metallic alloy to develop the new materials. To produce cold neutrons, thermal neutrons from a reactor should lose their energy by passing through a cryogenic fluid such as 20K liquid hydrogen or liquid deuterium. For HANARO cold neutron source, a two-phase thermo-siphon system using the liquid hydrogen as a moderator was selected. The moderator is cooled to maintain its liquid state by helium cryogenic refrigerator. The helium refrigerator should have a cooling capacity to cover the non-nuclear heat load as well as nuclear heat load with a sufficient margin. In this study non-nuclear heat load by conduction and radiation due to extreme temperature difference is estimated using commercial CFD code, CFX. According to the results, the non-nuclear heat load doesn’t exceed 300W which is allocated for the non-nuclear heat load of the refrigerator capacity.

      • 천연가스 기화기용 해수배관망 해석에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to establish an analytical method on the open circuit seawater pipeline network for open rack vaporizers(ORVs). The linear theory method was chosen to solve this network system. In particular, the method was modified to calculate the static pressure at each node and to determine the operating condition of each pump with the mean static pressure of pumps and ORVs. The proposed method is the first report demonstrating that can be used as a solver for the complicated open circuit. Also, the method indicated the importance for exactly calulating equivalent length of pipes including valves, bends, fittings, and others to raise the accuracy. Although this technique is good for solving this system, it is still required to improve the convergence rate.

        Vortex is very interesting flow phenomena on the heat transfer enhancement. In the present study, naphthalene<br/> sublimation technique is used to determine the average and local mass transfer coefficients on the flat plate with vortex<br/> generator. A parametric study with Reynolds number and angle of attack is carried out to investigate the heat transfer<br/> enhancement. The heat transfer coefficients on the flat plate with rectangular type and delta type vortex generator are<br/> compared with those of the flat plate without the vortex generator. Comparing heat transfer coefficients between<br/> rectangular type and delta type vortex generator, rectangular type vortex generator has much higher value than delta<br/> type vortex generator at the same condition.
