An Adobe Connect Meeting Moodle activity module was developed for the Pai-Chai Moodle virtual learning environment. Professors can create online meeting room directly from their courses by using the Adobe Connect Meeting module. The web services from the server was utilized for the application integration.

Through bioassay-guided separation of the chemical constituents from the heartwood of Dalbergia odorifera, an 2'-O-methoxyisoliquiritigenin(1) was isolated as cytotoxic principle. 1 showed potent cytotoxic activity against the three kinds of human cancer cell lines (A-549, SK-MEL-2 and SK-OV-3) with similar activity to 5-Fluorouracil.

온실가루이의 발생량은 성충과 약충 모두 토마토보다 오이에서 많았다. 끈끈이 트랩에 온실가루이는 오이에 접종후 3일째부터 유인되기 시작하여 3회의 발생최성기를 보였으며 온실가루이좀벌은 접종 15일째부터 성충이 유인되었다. 온실가루이 성충은 오이잎의 최상위 부분에 주로 서식하고 있었으며 약충은 초기에는 상위부분에서, 40일째 이후에는 하위부분에서 주로 발생하였다. 온실가루이좀벌 성충은 중상위 부분에서 많이 발생하였으나 부위별 차이는 거의 없었으며, 온실가루이좀벌에 의한 온실가루이 mummy는 오이의 중하위부분에서 발생이 많았다. 온실가루이의 방제를 위하여 온실가루이좀벌을 방사하는 시기는 황색끈끈이 트랩에 온실가루이 성충이 1주일 동안 5마리 정도 잡히기 시작할 때 온실가루 이좀벌mummy를 오이 5주당 50마리(1tag)씩 방사한 경우 방사후 40일정도에 방제효과가 인정되었다. This experiment was conducted to investigate host preference, occurrence and intraplant distribution of Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood) and Encarsia formosa (Gahan) in greenhouse. T vaporariorum preferred cucumber over tomamto. 7: vaporariorum adults distributed at upper part of cucumber plant. Nymphs also distributed at upper part in early growing stage of cucumber but became to distribute lower part after 40 days. E. formosa adults were found mainly at mid-upper part of plant but there was no significant difference in statistics all analysis among each parts and also mummy distributed mid-low part. E. formosa were released when five ir: vaporariorum were caught by yellow sticky trap per week in glasshouse. The treatment of one tag (50 mummies) of E. formosa per five plants controlled successfully the 7: vaporariorum population after 40 days.

본 논문은 생체 신호를 얻기 위한 생체삽입형 8-채널 바이오텔레메트리 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 시스템의 내부회로는 가능한 한 소형이고 저소비 전력화하였을 뿐만아니라 synchronization gap을 주기로 생채신호의 연속측정을 가능하도록 설계하였다. 본 시스템의 주된 기능은 생체신호 연속측정과 외부회로의 적절한 명령에 의해 생체 삽입 전지를 On, off하여 소비전력을 줄일 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 체내 삽입시스템을 집적화하기 위해 람다룰을 기본으로 한 $2{\mu}m$ n-well 설계규칙에 의해 레이아웃을 수행하였다. 그러므로 국내에서 개발되고 있는 압력센서나 ISFET 등을 본 시스템과 함께 삽입하여 생체신호, 즉 심전도, 혈류량, 혈압 등을 측정해 외부로 전송하는 의용 텔레메트리 시스템이 기대된다. This paper describes the design of implantable 8-channel telemetering system to get physiological signals. The internal circuits of this system are designed not only to achieve as small size and low power dissipation as possible, but also to enable continuous measurement of physiological signals. Its main functions are to enable continuous measurement of physiological signals and to accomplish on-off power switching of an implantable battery by receiving appropriate command signals from an external circuit. To integrate implantable biotelemetry system, we performed layout of internal system using Lambda based $2{\mu}m$ n-well design rules. This system, used together with appropriate sensors, is expected to be capable of measuring and transmitting such significant parameters as pressure, pH, and temperature.

In our continuing search for new antineoplastic agents from natural products, one hundred and thirty-five herbal drugs were extracted with petroleum ether/ether (1:1), ethyl acetate and methyl alcohol, successively and their cytotoxicities were evaluated against A549 (human lung carcinoma) and SK-OV-3(human ovary adenocarcinoma) cell lines. Among them, fifteen kinds of ether extracts, eighteen kinds of ethyl acetate extracts and seven kinds of methanol extracts showed significant cytotoxic activities (above 70% inhibition) against A549 cell lines at a concentration of $40\;{\mu}g/ml,$ while ten kinds of ether extracts, thirteen kinds of ethyl acetate extracts and six kinds of methanol extracts demonstrated significant cytotoxic activities against SK-OV-3 cell lines at the above same concentration.
