<논어(論語)> 편차 간의 유기적 관계 고찰 ― 「학이(學而)」~「향당(鄕黨)」을 중심으로 ―

The purpose of this paper is to examine the organic relationship between of The Analects(論語) table of contents from book 1 to book 10. I derived the subject of The Analect as ‘the Virtuous Man(君子)’. Accordingly, The Analects Table of Contents book 1 to book 10 is summarized around the concept of the Virtuous Man as follows. What kind of person is a Virtuous Man?(book 1) What does a Virtuous Man do?(book 2) What kind of means does a Virtuous Man use?(book 3) What is the virtue of a Virtuous Man?(book 4) What is the politics of a Virtuous Man?(book 5, 6, 7) What is the standard of a Virtuous Man?(book 8) What is the learning of a Virtuous Man?(book 9, 10) Based on the above analysis results, the following two characteristics can be confirmed by examining the organic relationship between the Analects table of contents. Firstly, book 1, 2, 3 guides the foundations of virtues, politics, and rites about Virtuous Man in generally, book 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 introduces more specific virtues, politics, and rites of Virtuous Man, and book 9, 10 explain academic views, virtues and etiquette for the ordering world of the Virtuous Man. It can be seen that the discussion on the virtue, politic, and rite of Virtuous Man formally consists of a structure similar to that of a tree composed of root, trunk, and branch. Secondly, book 1, 4, 9 under the theme of the Virtuous Man’s learning and virtues, book 2, 5, 6, 7 under the theme of the Virtuous Man’s politics, and book 3, 10 under the theme of the rite as a means and standard of the Virtuous Man. It has the composition of virtue, politic, and rite in content, and can be replaced with the ontology, practice, and methodology of the Virtuous Man, respectively. As such, it can be seen that The Analects 10 books show a dual structure in the perpendicular and horizontal under the theme of 'Gunja' and forms an organic relationship between table of contents.

In this paper, we describe a bio-fluidic device for adaptive sample pretreatment, in order to optimize the conditions under which absorbance assays can be conducted. This device can be successfully applied to the measurement of Escherichia coli (E. coli) concentrations using adaptive dilution, with which the dilution ratio can be adjusted during the dilution. Although many attempts have been previously made to miniaturize complex biochemical analyses at the chip scale, very few sample pretreatment processes have actually been miniaturized or automated at this point. Due to the lack of currently available on-chip pretreatments, analytical instruments tend to suffer from a limited range of analysis. This occasionally hinders the direct and quantitative analysis of specific analytes obtained from real samples. In order to overcome these issues, we exploit two novel strategies: dilution with a programmable ratio, and to-and-fro mixing. The bio-fluidic device consists of a rectangular chamber constructed of poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS). This chamber has four openings, an inlet, an outlet, an air control, and an air vent. Each of the dilution cycles is comprised of four steps: detection, liquid drain, buffer injection, and to-and-fro mixing. When using adaptive sample pretreatment, the range in which E. coli concentrations can be measured is broadened, to an optical density (O.D.) range of 0.3~30. This device may prove useful in the on-line monitoring of cell concentrations, in both fermenter and aqueous environments.

디자이너들이 3ds max를 어렵게 느끼는 것은 학습량이 많기도 하지만 근본적인 이유는 이해가 어렵다는 점 때문이다. 더욱이 직장생활을 하다보면 학습시간이 많지 않기 때문에 아예 중간에 포기하는 경우가 많다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 기본개념을 먼저 이해해야 할 것이다. 기본 흐름을 이해하면 응용기술은 쉽게 습득할 수 있을 것이기 때문이다. 이에 우리는 2회에 걸쳐 3ds max의 기본적인 제작개념을 배웠다. 이번 호는 마지막단계로 지금까지 배운 개념들을 실제로 어떻게 적용되는지 배워보도록 하겠다. 이 전에 알아둘 것은 이번 내용은‘예제 따라하기’식 설명이 아니라, 개념을 토대로 제작되는 과정의 흐름을 익히는 것이다. 만일 툴 사용법과 같은 테크닉적인 학습을 원한다면 차라리 서점에 있는 좋은 학습서를 통해 익히는 것이 좋을 것이다.

3D그래픽 제작을 위해서는 무엇을 사용해야 좋을까 단순히 개인적인 만족을 위해 3D그래픽을 사용한다면 어떠한 툴을 사용해도 무방하지만, 3D그래픽을 사용해 수익을 창출하려 한다면 가격대 성능비를 생각하지 않을수 없다. 그래서3D 그래픽을 만들어 내는 디자이너나 개발자에겐 툴의 가격이나 성능보단 자신이 만들어낼 결과물과 툴의 효율성이 맞아야 한다. 성능이 아무리 뛰어나더라도 최종 결과물이 단순한 것이라면 성능보단 작업시간 단축이나 툴의 가격이 중요하게 되는 것이다.
