We calculated the electron spin resonance (ESR) line-profile function. The line-width of single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) was studied as a function of the temperature at a frequency of 9.5 ㎓ in the presence of external electromagnetic radiation. The temperature dependence of the line-widths is obtained with the projection operator method (POM) proposed by Argyres and Sigel. The scattering is little affected in the low-temperature region (T < 200 K). We conclude that the calculation process presented in this method is useful for optical transitions in SWNT.

본 연구는 환노출퍼즐에 대한 재고찰과 함께 금리노출을 분석하기 위하여 OLS, EGARCH-M-GED, 지연효과를 고려한 EGARCH-M-GED 등 3가지 모형을 이용하여 환노출과 금리노출을 추정하였다. 또한 환노출과 금리노출의 영향요인을 확인하기 위하여 기존 연구에서 흔히 사용한 2단계 추정법 외에도 System SUR를 적용하여 비교분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 외환위기 이후에 환노출 기업 및 금리노출 기업의 수가 상당히 증가하였으며 외환위기 전에는 양의 환노출 기업이 많았으나 외환위기 이후에는 음의 환노출 기업이 압도적으로 많아졌다. 외환위기 이전에는 수출비중이 환노출 계수와 무관하였으나 외환위기 이후에는 수출비중이 환노출 계수에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 한편, 외환위기 이전에는 부채비율이 금리노출계수와 무관하였으나 외환위기 이후에는 부채비율이 금리노출계수에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 외환위기 이후 주식시장이 보다 정보 효율적으로 바뀌었기 때문일 것이다 The main purpose of this study is to identify the exchange rate exposure and interest rate exposure of KOSPI firms and analyze the effect factors of the exposures. To investigate the exposures OLS, EGARCH-M-GED, and EGARCH-M-GED with delay effect were employed. In the meantime, for an analysis of effect factors, System SUR method as well as 2-step method was performed. We find that the number of the firms with exchange rate exposure and interest rate exposure greatly increased after the Korean financial crisis. Futhermore, in the case of exchange rate exposure, its influence changed from a positive to a negative after the Korean financial crisis. In the case of the influence of export share on exchange rate exposure and of debt ratio on interest rate exposure, there were no significant results in the period before the Korea financial crisis, but most models showed significant results in the period after the Korean financial crisis. This means that the market reflects microscopic information more efficiently after the crisis

본 연구는 적시성 있는 소나무재선충병 피해의심목 판독을 위해 무인항공영상을 이용하였다. 연구방법은 소나무재선충병 피해목의 광학적·형태적 패턴을 이용하여 피해의심목을 추출하고, 판독의 정확도를 분석하는 방법으로 진행되었다. 연구 결과 피해고사목에 대한 적중률은 82%로 나타났다. 재선충 피해의심목의 효과적인 조사를 위해서는 작업자의 판별 능력이 매우 중요하다. 그러나 피해의심목 판독 업무가 분석자의 개별적 판단에 의하는 것은 한계가 있다. 따라서 빅데이터와 인공지능기술을 적용한 영상분석 방식을 통해 객체를 식별하는 연구가 필요하다. In this study, unmanned aerial images were used to timely analyze suspected trees damaged by pine wilt disease. Suspected trees were extracted using optical and morphological patterns of trees damaged by pine wilt disease, and the accuracy of reading was studied. As a result of the study, the accuracy ratio of the damaged tree was 82%. For effective investigation of suspected wilt worm damage, the ability of workers to identify is very important. However, it is a limit to relying on the analyst"s judgment for the task of analyzing the suspected damage tree. Therefore, there is a need for research to identify objects through image analysis methods that apply big data and artificial intelligence technology.

무인항공영상과 Feature Extraction 기법을 이용한 슬레이트 객체 추출 연구

석면은 발암물질로서 악성중피종 등 인체에 치명적인 질병을 일으키는 물질이며, 주로 슬레이트에 다량 함유되어 있다. 지금까지는 석면이 포함된 슬레이트 지붕에 대한 조사를 주로 인간의 현장 조사에 의존해 왔으나 본 연구는 UAV(무인항공기)를 이용하여 즉각적인 조사를 지원하기 위해 시도되었다. 실험은 UAV를 이용하여 영상을 취득하고 기초자료를 생성한 후, Feature Extraction 기법으로 슬레이트 지붕 객체를 추출하고, 분류된 객체의 정확도를 평가하는 방식으로 진행하였다. 객체 분류 정확도를 평가한 결과, 전체 457개 건물 중 438개 건물이 정확하게 분류되었으며, 이는 95.8%의 정확도로 Feature Extraction 기법을 이용한 슬레이트 객체 추출방법이 유용함을 알 수 있었다. Asbestos is a carcinogen that causes fatal diseases such as malignant mesothelioma, and is mainly contained in slate in large quantities. Until now, investigations on slate roofs containing asbestos have been mainly conducted by reliance on human field investigations. This study was attempted to support immediate investigation using UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle). In the experiment, images were acquired using UAV, and basic data were generated, and then the slate roof object was extracted using the feature extraction technique. As a result of evaluating the accuracy of object classification, 438 of the total 457 buildings were accurately classified with an accuracy of 95.8%. This study indicates that the slate object extraction method using the feature extraction technique is useful.
Speed Controller Design of a Two-Inertia Motor System Using Weighted ITAE Index

In a two-inertia motor system with flexible shaft, a torsional vibration is often generated as a quick speed response is required. This vibration makes it difficult to achieve a quick response of speed and disturbance rejection. The objective of this paper is to provide a systematic analysis and design of the three kinds of speed controllers such as I-P, I-PD, and state feedback control by using the weighted ITAE performance index. Some simulation and experiment results verify the effectiveness of the proposed design.
