        문화중심 미술교육으로서의 비평학습

        This study examined the condition of an educational discourse, relating the concept of creativity, culture, culture-centered, and critical thinking, to explore Culture-based Art Education(CBAE). In particular, art education practice was examined using interpretations of creativity and critical theory positions from the field of education. Discourse analysis was used as the research method to contextually situate and analyze the ways in which art education theory and practice of creativity and of critical studies encoded meanings. The study helped build an understanding that creativity was formed as a modernist discourse in the humanistic stance. In education, creativity became the fundamental concern for progressive educators who pursued innate ability of individuals. The way to enhance creative potential of students was to induce their motive, as was the same case in art education, while in artist training, free expression was its main method. In this way, as creativity was intimately connected with the concept of expression, in art education art making is the only course for enhancing creativity. However, because creative process cannot intelligently be regarded as logically distinct from the creative product, and creativity can only be said by product, it seems valid to think that creativity is the quality not to be achieved by teaching. Furthermore, its emphasis on art making resulted in unbalance of art making and art appreciation in art education. It was the late sixties when several alternatives for creative education were made their appearance. Critical studies in art adopted critical theory as its theoretical background has developed as an alternative of creative art education, when research and theory for creativity could not be adequate to deal with the problem of practice. Critical theory is a broad and diverse field of theory and practice drawing on aspects of the modernist perspective of the later Frankfurt School, feminism, Freirean pedagogy, postcolonial discourse as well as postmodernism to construct a practical approach to education. It is very this eclectic nature to provide the mosaic that need to experience cultures from different perspectives in a pluralistic society. Because one's personality is formed by multiple aspects of culture which is very complex and is made up of what we do and value, creativity cannot make part of educational discourse with the philosophy of culture centered. On the other hand, critical studies, as a school art program of critical theory, can perform the role of CBAE, because it would have to deal with the investigation of social and cultural issues form multiple personal, local, national, and global perspectives.

        노인요양병원 간호인력의 손위생 시행시점에 관한 지식 및 이행

        Purpose: The study investigated the knowledge and compliance on hand hygiene moments among nursing care workers in geriatric hospitals. Methods: A total of 143 nursing care workers at geriatric hospitals were selected. Data collection was conducted from February 20 to March 20, 2017. Results: For all hand hygiene scenarios, the total correct answer rate was 71.5%. On the necessary hand hygiene moments, the compliance rate was 68.3%. With respect to the general characteristics of the participants, knowledge on hand hygiene moments showed a statistically significant difference according to clinical career(p=.001), and existence of infection controller or infection control office in the nursing home(p=.038). Compliance showed differences according to clinical career(p=.023), existence of infection controller or infection control office in the nursing home(p=.033), and training experience in hand hygiene(number of times/year)(p=.035). Knowledge and compliance showed a statistically significant positive correlation(r=.90, p<.001). Conclusions: It is necessary to develop and operate an infection control education program that can improve the knowledge and awareness of hand hygiene moments and considers the individual characteristics geriatric hospitals's nursing care workers.

        Positioning Control of an Underwater Robot with Tilting Thrusters via Decomposition of Thrust Vector

        Positioning control of an underwater robot is a challenging problem due to the high disturbances of oceanflow. To overcome the high disturbance, a new underwater robot with tilting thrusters was proposed previously,which can compensate for disturbance by focusing the thrusting force in the direction of the disturbance. However,the tilting motion of the thrusters makes the system nonlinear, and the limited tilting speed sometimes makes therobot unstable. Therefore, an optimized controller is necessary. A new positioning controller is proposed for thisrobot using a vector decomposition method. Based on the dynamic model, the nonlinear force input term of thetilting thrusters is decomposed in the horizontal and vertical directions. Based on the decomposition, the solution isdetermined by a pseudo-inverse and null-space solution. Using the characteristics of the decomposed input matrix,the final solution can be found by solving a simple second-order algebraic equation to overcome the limitations ofthe tilting speed. The positioning was simulated to validate the proposed controller by comparing the results with aswitching-based controller. Tracking results are also presented. In future work, a high-level control strategy will bedeveloped to take advantage of the tilting thrusters by focusing the forcing direction toward the disturbance with alimited stability margin.

        배우자 사별 중년여성의 상호작용적 독서치료 경험에서 나타나는 변화에 대한 질적 단일 사례연구

        이 연구는 질적 단일 사례연구로, 배우자 사별 경험이 있는 중년여성이 상호작용적 독서치료를 경험하면서 나타나는 변화를 탐색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구 참여자는 배우자 사별 외상 경험이 있는 40대 후반의 중년여성 1명이다. 본 연구에서는 상호작용적 독서치료 진행 중에는 회기 별로 참여자의 경험에서 나타나는 변화를, 상호작용적 독서치료 회기가 종결된 이후에는 참여자의 내적인 그리고 외적인 경험으로 구분하여 변화를 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 상호작용적 독서치료는 참여자의 자작시를 포함한 읽기 자료와 쓰기 기법이 참여자의 반응을 촉진하고 표출하는 역할을 하였다. 또한, 매체를 통하여 촉진된 감정과 자각된 인식은 상담자와의 치료적 상호작용을 통하여 현실에서의 자신을 이해하고 수용하게 하였다. 그리고 이러한 변화는 생활에서 내적, 외적 경험으로 나타났으며 회기 종결 이후에도 지속되었다. 여기에서 연구 참여자에게서 나타난 내적/외적 변화는 독서치료의 효과를 의미하고, 이는 텍스트와 더불어 상담자의 진실한 반응을 통하여 촉진된 결과임을 알 수 있었다. This paper is a qualitative single case study and it was conducted for the purpose to explore change in interactive bibliotherapy experience with a middle-aged widowed spouse. A Middle-aged Widowed Spouse was taken as a research partaker. Through this research, we explored partitively the partaker's experience changes by each session during the commencing of interactive bibliotherapy and the partaker's inner/external experience change after the end of session. The result, interactive bibliotherapy facilitated and expressed the reaction of a partaker by its writing skills and reading materials including partaker's own poems. Furthermore, facilitated emotion from material and self-awareness made a partaker understand and accept itself through therapeutical interaction. In addition, those kind of changes appeared inner/external experience in life, and lasted after the end of the session. In this regard, the inner/external change appeared from a partaker means the effect of bibliotherapy, and we can notice that it is a result that facilitated through truthful reaction of counselor and texts.

        상호작용 증진을 위한 위키 기반 독서토론학습 시스템 개발 및 적용

        Reading discussion system based on a Web is a new teaching method which employs a Web as a space for discussion. It enables learners to exchange their opinions to enhance understanding and expand thinking. It is highly required to promote attitude of respecting other's opinions, reasonable thinking, and ability to express thinking in discussion learning based on a Web for interaction. In this study, I developed a reading discussion system, applying the Wiki program, for learners' interaction and tested its usefulness. Through this, it will be possible not to have existing vertical discussion which makes replies on a Web board but to have multidimensional discussion.

        조선총독부의 성병예방정책과 < 화류병예방령 >

        Colonial powers tried to minimize the issue of venereal diseases through the management of prostitution, which led to the implementation of licensed prostitution. Thereafter, social discussions over the effect of the venereal disease prevention policy were developed surrounding the issue of whether to continue or[abolish the licensed prostitution. However, in terms of STD screening targets, open prostitute and Gisaeng and barmaid who were concealed prostitutes were not preciously and legally classified. And forced venereal disease screening against Gisengs and barmaids revealed the intention of colonial powers to tolerate, to some extent, their prostitution as long as there was no risk of venereal infection. In the midst of social situations in which the requests of the abolition of the licensed prostitution, the colonial police was absorbed in managing and cracking down prostitution rather than in maintaining or abolishing the licensed prostitution. It is believed that the maintenance of the licensed prostitution is efficient to prevent the veneral diseases, but also believed that the management of venereal diseasses relating to entertaining women should be thorough along with the abolition of the licensed prostitution in world trends of the abolition of the licensed prostitution. < Venereal disease prevention ordinance > enacted in Japan in1927, promulgated in 1928, and the revisions to which were disputed in 1939, increased the expectations of its implementation in Joseon with the trends in Japan introduced in a row. However, as a result, < Venereal disease prevention ordinance > was not implemented in Joseon in the end. It can be said that < Venereal disease prevention ordinance > was one against venereal disease crackdown after the abolition of the licensed prostitution and generally took the form of the enereal disease prevention policy against the concealed prostitution. Licensed prostitution was not abolished in Colonial Joseon and the police raids on prostitution was strengthened to crack down the concealed prostitution to the level of ‘open prostitution’ in the midst of discussing the implementation of < Venereal disease prevention ordinance >.

        세계화와 한국 미술가들의 문화 생산

        이 글에서는 21세기 글로벌 자본주의가 낳은 세계화 현상이 문화에 미친 영향의 시각에서 한국 미술가들의 작품제작의 경향에 대해 파악하였다. 세계화 시대 미술가들이 추구하는 주된 가치가 보편성으로 확인되기 때문에 이 글에서는 특별히 그들이 추구하는 보편성의 개념을 들뢰즈의 철학을 중심으로 파악하였다. 미술가들이 추구하는 보편성은 개인적인 독특성, 타자 요소의 번역을 통한 혼종성의 추구를 통해 추구하고 있다. 그와 같은 보편성은 목적과 의도와 상관없이 작품제작의 중간 과정에서 우연적으로 이루어지는 “이것임(haeceeity)”을 통해 성취된다. 이것임은 비물체적 변형의 “배치체(assemblage)” 를 만들 때 가능하며, 하나의 배치체는 다른 배치체와 연결접속되면서 “다양체(multiplicity)”를 형성한다. 이러한 일련의 과정은 미술가들이 주장한 보편성이 반드시 한 개인 특유의 “독특성(singularity)” 를 통해 드러나는 것임을 증명한다. 때문에 한 개인의 독특성은 진정성의 표현이며 현존재로서의 현대성의 표현이다. 그리고 그 독특성이 반드시 타자의 요소를 번역하면서 일어나기 때문에 그것은 창의성의 표현이다. 이는 창의성이 항상 관계의 조성에 일어난다는 사실을 함의한다. 그런데 이와 같은 독특성과 보편성의 관계과 구별되는 개념이 바로 개별성, 특이성/일반성이다. 세계화 현상이 서구 주도의 자본주의에서 탄생된 것과 맥을 같이 하여 미술의 세계화 시장에서 한국의 미술은 서양 미술과 구별되는 “차이”를 찾는 개별성과 특이성의 매커니즘에 놓여 있다. 즉, 브랜드로 기능하는 문화상품이기 때문에 서양과 구별되는 한국성을 찾는 개별성이 세계화 현상의 역기능인 것이다. 그것은 국지적 코드들이 글로벌한 양의 차이로 바뀌면서 “재현”의 덫에 갇히게 되는 것이다. 따라서 세계화 시대 미술가들은 독특성/보편성을 지향하면서 세계화 시장이 요구하는 개별성/특수성으로서의 한국 문화에 대항해야 하는 과제를 안고 있음을 확인하게 된다. This paper explores the characteristic of cultural products of Korean artists in the context of globalization in which the influences of global capitalism dominate. For the Korean artists who live both within and outside Korea, a top priority is achieving universality in art through global consciousness. This paper interprets these artists’concern for universality through the theories of French philosopher Deleuze. Korean artists pursue universality in three ways: (1)by expressing their singularity through their own life stories, (2) by introducing local Korean social phenomenon through intertextuality referring mass media, such as magazines and films, and (3) by integrating the common denominators shared with other cultures to create hybrid form. For the artists, such art making for universality is a way to simultaneously achieve their artistic values of authenticity, creativity, and contemporaneity. This universality is achieved as a form of assemblage at the moment of “haecceity,” or “thisness,” which is connected to another assemblage to become a multiplicity. The characteristics of the art making process reveal that universality is necessarily achieved through the expression of singularity, authenticity, and contemporaneity as Za-sein, which is the expression of creativity as it relates to the connection and translation of others. This universality vs. singularity is different from generality vs. particularity/individuality. As with globalization, in which western capitalism is its main power, to meet demand for particularity/individuality, culture functions as difference against generality for supply. Therefore on the one hand, Korean artists are engaging in tracing what is Koreanness which is in the cultural memories of Western audiences. In this way, local codes are transforming into the difference in quantity to be confined to the trap of “representation.” This chapter concludes with identifying artists’ dual duties to search for their own singularity/universality through creativity, authenticity, and contemporaneity against the global market’s demand on individuality or particularity as representational repetition.
