Particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter of less than 2.5 μM (PM_2.5) is one of the major environmental pollutants. Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), an endocrine disrupting chemical in PM_2.5, has been utilized for the manufacturing of polyvinyl chloride to increase the flexibility of final products. In the present study, we investigated the ecotoxicological effect of DEHP on the viability of skin keratinocytes (HaCaT). DEHP induced apoptotic cell death mediated by phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase through the production of intracellular Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS). Interestingly, we found that DEHP induces the phosphorylation of the nuclear factor-kappa B responsible for the expression of cleaved caspase-3 as an executional cell death protease in HaCaT cells. On the basis of these results, we suggest that DEHP in PM_2.5 induces the apoptotic death of human keratinocytes via ROS-mediated signaling events.

Heck coupling 반응을 이용해서 poly{2-[2-(2,5-bis-dodecyloxy-4-propenyl-phenyl)-vinyl]-7-methyl-fluoren-9-one(PFone), poly{2-[2-(2,5-bis-dodecyloxy-4-propenyl-phenyl)-vinyl]-7-methyl-fluoren-9-ylidene}-malonitrile(PF2CN)을 합성하였다. 합성한 중합체의 광학적, 전기화학적 특성을 흡수, 형광분 광법 및 cyclic voltammetry(CV)를 통해 확인하였다. PFone과 PF2CN 필름의 흡수 극대치는 410 nm과 410.5 nm에서 나타났다. PFone 및 PF2CN의 최대 발광파장은 각각 633과 635nm로 나타났다. PFone과 PF2CN의 band gap은 각각 2.06eV 과 2.36eV이고 CV를 통해 측정한 LUMO 에너지 준위는-3.36eV 와 -3.46eV로 나타났다. Poly{2-[2-(2,5-bis-dodecyloxy-4-propenyl-phenyl)-vinyl]-7-methyl-fluoren-9-one (PFone) and poly{2-[2-(2,5-bis-dodecyloxy-4-propenyl-phenyl)-vinyl]-7-methyl-fluoren-9-ylidene}-malonitrile (PF2CN) were synthesized by the Heck coupling reaction. Optical and elctrochemical properties of polymers were investigated by the UV-Vis spectrophotometry, fluorometry and cyclic voltammetry. The absorption maximum wavelength of PFone and PF2CN appeared at 410 nm and 410.5 nm, respectively. The photoluminescence maximum wavelength of PFone and PF2CN showed at 633 nm and 635 nm. The band gap energy of PFone and PF2CN figured out from the UV-Vis spectra were 2.06 eV and 2.36 eV, respectively. The LUMO energy level of PFone and PF2CN estimated from the cyclic voltammetry were -3.36eV and -3.46eV, respectively

The purpose of this study was to compare core muscle activity during golf swing in semi-pro and amateur golfers. Surface electromyography (EMG) was utilized to assess the activity of the lumboplevic and pelvichip muscles. We observed patterns of selected muscle activity throughout three phases of the golf swing. The result were as follows; At first, in the lumbopelvic muscles activity, skilled group revealed higher phase 1 and 3 than phase 2, whereas unskilled group revealed higher phase 2 than other in (Lt) rectus abdominis and (Lt) latissimus dorsi, and skilled group revealed higher phase 3 than phase 1 and 2, whereas unskilled group revealed higher phase 1 and 3 than phase 2 in (Rt) rectus abdominis. At second, in the pelvic-hip muscles, skilled group revealed higher phase 1 than other, whereas unskilled group revealed higher phase 3 than other in (Lt) iliopsoas and (Lt) gluteus maximus.

표면장력을 이용한 연료집적탱크 개발

항공기 또는 발사체, 유도무기와 같은 고속비행체의 가압식 연료탱크에는 비행 종단부에서 가속도의 급격한 변화에 따른 연료이송단절 방지와 엔진으로의 기체유입을 차단할 수 있는 특별한 장치가 필요하다. 이러한 측면에서 유체의 표면장력을 이용하여 기체유입을 차단하는 Surface tension screen과 가속도 변화에 영향을 감소시키는 Collector tank가 고안되었다. 본 논문에서는 장치의 성능을 예측하고 영향을 미치는 주요 인자들을 규명한다. 또한 장치에 이용되는 mesh screen의 성능을 예측하고 실험을 통해 결과를 확인 하였다. A special device is required to prevent the disconnection of fuel transfer as rapidly change of acceleration and the inflow of gas to the engine in a pressurized fuel tank. To meet this requirement, the tube using surface tension and Tank for decreasing influence of acceleration was developed. This article predict to the device’s performance and to determine significant factor affecting device’s performance. Analytical study of Mesh screens performance and expreiment of screens performance were conducted.

통일 행정인력의 지원에 관한 입법과제

It is obvious that unification of Korean peninsula should be proceeded with in a peaceful way under mutual consent, the Unified Korean Peninsula should embody democracy and aim at welfare state. To do so would be the key points that the Legislative Plans for Administrative Manpower Integration is ready. This lack of Administrative Manpower in Germany, brought a number of setbacks since the unification of the administrative system maintenance is still suffering from its aftermath. To prepare in advance for these problems in the case of unification for Korean peninsula, the Legislative Plans for Administrative Manpower Integration are necessary that the enactment of ``the (temporary name) Act on the Establishment of the Special Audit Department for the North Korean officials``, the enactment of ``the (temporary name) Act on the establishment of a Unified Administrative Manpower Supporters`` and so forth. And it is suggested that specialized Unification Administrative Manpower would be fostered in a graduated school course. A plan to foster specialized unification administrative manpower by legislating ‘(temporary name) act for the establishment and enforcement of Unification Graduate School’ should be considered. Accordingly, for real the Unified Korean Peninsula, it would be necessary to explore and study on the Legislative plans of Support of Administrative Manpower for unification process in Korean Peninsula where racial homogeneity is recovered and North Korean people are not discriminated and alienated.

통일대비 독일과 예멘의 통일헌법체제에 관한 법적 고찰

한반도의 통일은 민주주의와 법치주의를 근간으로 하는 통일헌법의 완성에 그 본질이 있다. 통일헌법을 연구하는 데에 있어서 독일과 예멘의 통일사례를 고찰함으로써 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 존재한다. 각국의 통일사례와 통일헌법을 살펴 한반도 통일에의 적용가능성 여부를 검토해 보면, 먼저 통일독일은 구 서독기본법 제23조에 의해 구동독의 서독연방으로의 편입이라는 흡수적 통일방식으로 이루어짐으로써, 통일조약에 따라 개정된 서독기본법이 통일독일의 헌법으로 발전하였다. 이러한 서독기본법의 기본원칙 및 질서가 독일 통일헌법의 내용의 근간이 되었다. 다만 이러한 방식의 통일은 예상보다 심각한 통일후유증이 나타났다. 이유는 통일 후 계속되는 기본법 제146조에 관한 헌법논쟁은 근본적으로 기본법 제146조와 통일조약 제5조가 서로 모순되는 듯한 내용을 담고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 독일통일과정과 통일 후의 헌법개혁논의를 통해 한반도 통일에서도 시사점은 물론 서독기본법의 잠정헌법적 성격과는 다른 우리 헌법상황을 독일과 비교하기가 어렵지만 전체적인 면에서 독일의 선례에는, 먼저 우리 헌법이 서독 기본법상의 잠정헌법적 성격이 없기 때문에 독일에서와 같은 헌법개혁문제가 제기되기는 어렵지만, 현행헌법 하에서 ‘평화통일조항(제4조)’의 효력확보를 위해 대결논리에 입각하고 있는 "영토조항(제3조)에 대한 검토가 통일지향적 방향으로 이루어 져야 할 것이다. 한편 예멘의 통일사례가 우리에게 주는 가장 큰 교훈은 통일기반이 취약한 상태의 통일이 갖는 위험성이다. 형식적으로는 통일되었지만 진정한 사회통합에 미달하는 경우의 갈등이 더 큰 재앙을 가져올 수도 있다는 것이다. 그리고 엘리트간의 기계적인 권력배분과 성급한 통합이 능사가 아니라는 것이다. 다만 예멘의 경우에는 남북 의회의 승인으로 통일헌법을 발효시킨 다음 국민투표로 최종확정하였다. 한반도의 경우에도 통일헌법의 민주적 정당성의 측면에서 가급적 국민투표에 의하여 통일헌법이 확정되는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 따라서 한반도의 통일도 ‘자유와 평등, 민주주의와 법치주의가 조화되는 복지국가’를 지향하는 통일헌법이 제정되어야 할 것이다. Also a substantial period of preparation is the biggest problem of German reunification was absolutely lacked. This results in a situation that does not eventually resolve internal conflicts still does not lead to internal integration. And an agreement-type unification of North and South Yemen case is despite the formal integration results in a power conflict was eventually unified Yemen Arab Republic. Even in the case of Korean, unification of Yemen will have to be seriously investigated whether there is some trade-offs. Therefore it is considered the constitution system of the Unified German and Yemen in the direction to minimize that the number of problems and conflicts occur in the Korean Peninsula unification, the unified constitution system and the unification process should be conducted. Finally Korean unification should be established the Unified Constitution that aims to ‘liberty, equality, democracy and welfare state in harmony with the rule of law’.
