본 논문에서는 0.18㎛ CMOS 공정을 이용하여 서브샘플링 직접변환방식 RF 수신기용을 위한 광대역 저잡음 증폭기를 구현하였다. 인버터-형태의 트랜스임피던스 입력단과 3차의 Chebyshev 매칭네트워크를 사용함으로써, 제안한 광대역 저잡음 증폭기 회로는 5.35㎓의 대역폭, 12~18㏈의 전력이득, 6.9~10.8㏈의 NF, 대역폭 내에서의 -10㏈ 이하의 입력 임피던스 매칭과 -24㏈ 이하의 출력 임피던스 매칭을 얻었다. 제작한 칩은 1.8V 단일 전원전압으로부터 32.4mW의 전력소모를 가지며, 0.56 x 1.0 ㎟의 칩 사이즈를 갖는다. In this paper, a wideband low-noise amplifier (LNA) has been realized in a 0.18mm CMOS technology for the applications of subsampling direct-conversion RF receivers. By exploiting the inverter-type transimpedance input stage with a 3rd-order Chebyshev matching network, the wideband LNA demonstrates the measured results of the -3㏈ bandwidth of 5.35㎓, the power gain (S21) of 12~18㏈, the noise figure (NF) of 6.9~10.8㏈, and the broa㏈and input/output impedance matching of less than -10㏈/-24㏈ within the bandwidth, respectively. The chip dissipates 32.4mW from a single 1.8V supply, and occupies the area of 0.56x1.0 ㎟.
삼중효용 흡수식 냉동기의 용액 흐름 방식별 특성 비교 시뮬레이션

Triple-effect absorption chiller cycles with different solution flow types were numerically simulated and compared. The simulation was carried out for four different cycles; series flow, parallel flow, modified reverse(MR) flow, and reverse-parallel(R-P) flow which was originally suggested in this study. The series and parallel flow cycle were found to have too high system pressure. The system pressure of the MR flow and R-P was lower than 300kPa, which is important for the development of a real system. The system COP was slightly higher in the R-P flow(1.62) than the MR flow(1.61). Moreover, since the maximum pump inlet temperature is much lower in the R-P flow(72℃) than the MR flow(123℃), the application of expensive high-temperature solution pumps are not necessary. Therefore, the R-P flow is thought to be an optimal flow type for triple-effect absorption chillers.
복소고유치해석에서 모드기여도 인자를 이용한 저주파 스퀼소음 저감

When brake the car noises and vibrations make us uncomfortable and unstable. And the more technology for the automobile are improved, the more it should consider the drivers emotional sides. This study conducted analysis of Mode Participation Factor(MPF) about frequency that might cause unstability through Complex Eigenvalue Analysis to reduce the low frequency Squeal noise which is one of brake noises. And interpreted sensitivity, frequency and mode of the parts that cause unstability using participation factor that came from the analysis of MPF. Suggested a solution which can reduce low frequency Squeal noise using Structural Dynamics Modification(SDM) by mass loading that is based on the result of sensitivity analysis. Complex Eigenvalue Analysis used a general program called ABQUS and conducted sensitivity analysis using linking index to minimize the effct of other frequencies except targeted frequency. We confirmed mode coupling through mode participation analysis and identified the effect of reducing the low frequency Squeal that came from the result of SDM of parts that have higher level of participation to unstability.

This paper deals with machinery that makes human do office work conveniently in vehicle<br/> using mobile internet service. Namely, it tries to design mobile internet machinery combining of wireless<br/> payment, GPS module, mobile internet, and mobile office etc. And that can transmit and receive e-mail or<br/> documents etc. This machinery has various objects, and design process has complexity. To reduce trial error<br/> and processing complexity, Axiomatic Design Method is used to design the machinery.

전쟁이 국가 정치지도자의 정치생명에 어떤 영향을 주는가는 민주평화론을 비롯하여 국내정치와 국제정치를 연결짓는 연구에 핵심적인 고리라고 할 수 있다. 현재까지 정치지도자의 정치생명에 관한 연구는 정치지도자의 임기가 전쟁의 결과에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지에 주목해 왔다. 그러나 임기변동을 일으키는 주요 국내 행위자를 비롯하여 다른 국내적 요인들과 함께 고려하지 않았다. 본 연구는 전쟁의 결과와 전쟁의 비용 모두를 고려해 전후 경제수준 변화, 전쟁발발 위치, 그리고 사망자 수를 독립변수인 전쟁의 비용으로 개념화하여 전쟁 비용이 종속변수인 지도자 임기에 미치는 영향을 밝힌다. 연구의 두 번째 부분에서는 지도자 임기에 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 국내적 행위자 중 하나인 군대의 이해관계를 고려해 쿠데타 발생을 두 번째 종속변수로 설정한다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 민주주의 국가에서 전쟁비용이 지도자 임기에 미치는 영향은 적지만 비민주국가에서 전쟁 비용의 영향이 크다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 설령 전쟁에서 패배했더라도 해당 국가의 군비지출이 차지하는 비중이 늘었을 때 군사 쿠데타 발생 확률이 현저하게 낮아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. Are autocrats invulnerable to external factors? Various studies examining the link between war and leader tenure argue that, while military defeat increases democratic leaders’ risk of removal, autocratic leaders are usually exempt from such threats. However, war outcome is a narrow predictor of costs and wins of war. Such arguments also obscure dissimilar domestic actors and interests behind leader removal. Building on these two criticisms, we measure the impact of war costs on leader removal by setting post-war economy, casualty, and war location as war costs variables. We argue that open, regular elections ensure democratic leaders’ tenure is not shortened by external factors unlike in non-democracies. We show that all war costs variables wield significant impact on leader removal in non-democracies while democratic leaders are shielded from such impact even after controlling for military defeat. We then narrow the focus down to one subcategory of leader removal, coup d’etat, and demonstrate that an increased military expenditure share of GDP decreases the likelihood of coup onset even under military defeat, a condition typically associated with higher likelihood of coup onset. The findings raise the necessity of further studying the relation between war and domestic interests, and how this relation in turn impacts a state’s foreign policy decisions.
OECD 국가의 가족정책과 아동 삶의 질의 관계: 퍼지셋 질적비교분석

This study aims to clarify the relationship between family policy and children’s quality of life through an international comparison and to determine which family policy factors contribute to children’s quality of life. The research question is “How can family policies be combined to improve children’s quality of life in terms of health and economy?” It includes nine categories of family policies related to money, service, and leave. Measures of children’s quality of life include low birth weight, infant mortality, and child poverty. Using the OECD Family Database, and the OECD Child Well-being Data, fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparison Analysis (fsQCA) was used among 20 OECD countries. Combinations of family policies significant to the children’s quality of life were derived from the results. This study contributes to the literature by revealing the effectiveness of states’ investment in family policy. In addition, the study indicates that since family policies interact with each other, those policies combine to improve children's quality of life.
