Femtosecond vibrational spectroscopy was used to probe the dynamics of CO rebinding to hemoglobin (Hb), denatured by 4.0 M GdnHCl in D2O at 283 K, after photolysis of HbCO. The stretching mode of 13CO bound to the denatured Hb13CO showed a single band centered at 1922 cm-1, indistinguishable from that of denatured Mb13CO. Geminate rebinding of CO to the denatured Hb was accelerated more than 1000 times, suggesting that the native structure of the Hb is required to suppress efficient geminate rebinding of CO, as is the case in Mb. The geminate yield and rate for CO rebinding are almost the same in both the denatured Hb and Mb. Similarity in the equilibrium spectrum and rebinding dynamics of CO indicates that the state of the denatured Hb is very similar to that of the denatured Mb. In the denatured Hb, quaternary contact of the protein is likely severed, with the denatured protein existing as an independent subunit much like Mb.

Carbononooxide poisoning (CO poisoning) has been one of the most serious public health problems in Korea. Mainly due to the unique heating and cooking system with anthracite coal briqutte. Carbon monooxide poisoning should be highest desease in winter. The author has made an epidemiological survey on the CO-poisoning in Taegu. during the period of Jan.l, 1977 to Feb.28, 1978. The data were collected from the four general hospital in Taegu. The summary of the study are following ① In 1977. there were occured 1035 CO-poisoning patients. ② The incident was slightly higher in female than in male. ③ Monthly, the inident is highest in Dec. and lowest in Jun. ④ From 5A.M, to WA.M there were occured above one half of patients ⑤ To minimize the waiting time, nine facilities and information system are rcquried.

The purpose of this thesis is to study on the stability condition that is most important in the growth theory. It is convenient, usually, to define a stability condition by the requirement that output and employment be growing at some constant proportional rates and that net saving and investment be a constant fraction of output. There are two approaches which estimate stability condition. One is some plausible mechanism to drive the one or more variables among the s(saving ratio), v(capital output ratio), g(the rate of labor force growth) into configuration. The other (Vintage Model) assumes that the substitution between production factors is made into representing over fairly long periods of time. The characteristics of Vintage Model are as follows ① Vintage is described by the time invested. ② The production capacity is differentiated ③ By the economic life time with obsolescence, the stability condition is checked, the stability condition of Vintage Model is obtained by changing variable μ in the equation g+λ=as(1-e^(-μd)) The two approaches are like in respect that the stability condition are obtained, but the latter is more real than the former in the view that the homogenity of capital is excluded.
Test-per-clock 스캔 방식을 위한 효율적인 테스트 데이터 압축 기법에 관한 연구

P45 본 논문에서는 SOC의 내장된 코어를 테스트하기 위한 새로운 DFT 방법인 순차적 테스트 데이터 압축 방법을 제안한다. 순차적 테스트 데이터 압축 방법은 테스트 데이터양을 줄이기 위하여 공유 비트 압축과 고장 무검출 패턴 압축 방법을 이용하였다. 그리고 순차적 테스트 데이터 압축 방법을 이용하는 회로는 스캔 DFT 방법을 기반으로 하고 있으며, test-per-clock 방법을 적용하여 매 클럭마다 테스트 할 수 있는 구조를 가지고 있다. 제안된 압축 방법의 실험을 위하여 벤치마크 회로인 ISCASS85와 ISCASS89 완전 스캔 버전을 이용하였으며, ATPG와 고장 시뮬레이션을 위하여 ATALANTA를 사용하였다. 실험 결과 순차적 테스트 데이터 압축 방법의 테스트 데이터의 양이 스캔 DFT를 적용한 회로에 비해 최대 98% 까지 줄어듦을 확인하였다. This paper proposes serial test data compression, a novel DFT scheme for embedded cores in SOC. To reduce test data amounts, share bit compression and fault undetectable fault pattern compression techniques was used. A Circuits using serial test data compression method are derived from a scan DFT method including a test-per-clock technique. For an experiment of the proposed compression method, full scan versions of ISCASS85 and ISCASS89 were used. ATALANTA has been used for ATPG and fault simulation. The amount of test data has been reduced by maximum 98% comparing with original data.

In this article, an inventory-transportation policy with one central and multi-local warehouse is examined. The objective is to determine the order quantity and shipping frequencies to the local warehouse which minimize the total system cost over the finite planning horizon. Chaning the carrying cost and transportation cost of the central and the local warehouse, the total system cost function is believed to be convex to downward. Therefore, there will be an optimal inventory-transportation policy for this system. The above cases are extended to the case of more realistic model by modifying the parameter. The computer simulation algorism for probabilistic demand case is also deneloped.

1. The author summaries the ranks and location of the Kyung Nam area industry in Korea, and takes a general survey of the complex stated and problems. Describing the direction of industrialization policy on the basis of the central government policy, the author prospects the industrialization of the Kyung Nam area. The objectives of this research are to offer data which is required to collect and control industrial economic policy and to bring attention to this so that an effect on industry development of this area takes place. 2. The methodology of this study: 1) Search actual condition of the complex, the condition of location and various problems by way of surgical survey and field investigation. 2) Discuss the above problems though seminars and meetings with relatives. 3. The contents 1) Discuss the ranks of Kyung Nam area industry in Korea 2) Research and analysis actual condition of complex formation in this area. 3) Derive the bottlenecks and propose the revision. 4) Prospect the vision of development and offer basic data required plan industrial policy. 4. the urgent problems that should be solved are settlement and reformation of Masan area, deriving industrialization of the North West area, driving intensifying industrialization of existing the five complex, and inducement of a plant to rural area.
