900MHz GSM 디지털 단말기용 Si BiCMOS RF송수신 IC개발 (I) : RF수신단

본 논문에서는 E-GSM 단말기용 Transceiver RFIC 칩 수신단의 회로설계, 제작 및 특성측정을 수행하였다. AMS사의 0.8${\mu}m$ 실리콘 BiCMOS 공정을 사용하여 $10 {\times} 10 mm$ 크기를 갖는 80핀 TQFP 패키지로 제작하였으며, 동작전압 3.3V에서 우수한 RF 성능을 얻었다. 제작된 RFIC의 수신단에는 LNA, Down Conversion Mixer, AGC, SW-CAP 및 Down Sampling Mixer를 포함하고 있으며, 제작된 RFIC의 사용 주파수 범위는 925 ~ 960MHz, 전류소모는 67mA, 최소검출레벨은 -105dBm의 특성을 얻었다. A single RF transceiver chip for an extended GSM handset application was designedm, fabricated and evaluated. A RFIC was fabricated by using silicon BiCMOS process, and then packaged in 80 pin TQFP of $10 {\times} 10 mm^{2}$ in size. As a result, it was achieved guite reasonable integraty and good RF performance at the operation voltage of 3.3V. This paper describes development results of RF receiver section of the RFIC, which includes LNA, down conversion mixer, AGC, switched capacitor filter and down sampling mixer. The test results show that RF receiver section is well operated within frequency range of 925 ~960 MHz, which is defined on the extended GSM specification (E-GSM). The receiver section also reveals moderate power consumption of 67 mA and minimum detectable signal of -105 dBm.

The Governor-general Saito Makoto established "Chosen Information Committee" newly as a mechanism of administration consultation in 1920. The Chosen Information Committee in 1920 was a Governor-general's private government consultation mechanism. This Committee performed the role urged to the Chosen people's attitude transformation in the slogan of assimilation called "Homogeneity" of a ruler-ed as "persuasive communication" in Chosen. The Japanese government not only monopolizes to the information on colony Chosen, Japan, and overseas, but by doing in this way, perfect suppression of freedom of speech was attained. This paper analyzed the feature of the propaganda policy and the rule transformation of a Chosen government-general in the 1920s.
중족골 바 형태의 전족부 라커 신발이 하지 근 활성도 및 족저압력 분포에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of forefoot rocker shoes equipped with a metatarsal bar on lower extremity muscle activity and plantar pressure distribution. Ten healthy women in the age of twenties were participated in this study as the subjects. All subjects walked on a treadmill (Gait Trainer, BIODEX, USA) wearing normal shoes and metatarsal bar shoes, during which the plantar pressure distribution and muscle activity were measured. Using Pedar-X system(Novel Gmbh, Germany), the plantar pressure was measured for six regions of the foot: forefoot, midfoot, rearfoot, 1st metatarsal, 2-3th metatarsal, and 4-5th metatarsal, and for each sub-region, 4 features such as maximum force, contact area, peak pressure, and mean pressure were analyzed based on the plantar pressure. EMG(Electromyography) activity was measured by attaching surface electrodes to the rectus femoris, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior, and gastrocnemius medial head, and magnitude of muscle contraction was analyzed in IEMG(Integrated EMG) value. The results show that the maximum force, contact area, peak pressure, and mean pressure in the midfoot all increased while maximum force, peak pressure, contact area, mean pressure in the 1st metatarsal and 2-3th metatarsal all decreased when wearing functional shoes. Also, muscle activities in the four muscles were all decreased when wearing the functional shoes. This paper suggests that forfoot rocker shoes equipped with a metatarsal bar can help disperse the high pressure and absorb the shock to the foot as well as give positive influence on gait pattern and postural stability by reducing muscle fatigue during walking.

This paper aims at consideration after the China-Japan war outbreak in 1937 about the role of "Choson Central Information Committee" established for management of smooth rule of Choson colony, and warfare. Japan converts Choson rule system with China-Japanese War as the starting point. Surely from this time, Japan was ready in the rule base of ideology about Choson. Japan got the military action to a continent, and the range of international propaganda was also expanded to not only Choson but the China continent, and the neighboring area. And Japan put power into common knowledge of the justification of the imperial management in Choson colonial rule and a continent for brew of international public opinion. The propaganda activity in Japan put an emphasis on the importance of colony Choson which was advance and the supply base of war. The Governor Jiro Minami who arrived at his post just before outbreak of China-Japanese War strengthened the Choson rule policy, and the realization of "Homogeneity of Japan- Choson" and the policy of an Empire subject which are a government idea of Japan were strengthened further. It was made a means to have developed "Emperor's war" and to mobilize people to war, under the slogan of "the Holly War's completion" at the Asia-Pacific war term. As a war execution means of Japan, although "manipulation propaganda" became strong, a series of motions were observed. I think that the actual condition of the propaganda of "Choson Central Information Committee" and the Government-general will be tested by comparison, bearing the upper contents in mind. The propaganda of the Government-general shared mutual recognition of Choson and Japan, and analyzed also about the usage of propaganda of the Government-general and the effect it is going to force participation in the war as an Empire subject's member for a victory.
고효율 고체산화물 연료전지 개발을 위한 자발 착화 연소 합성법과 고상반응법에 의한 $La_ 0.7Sr_0.3MnO_3$ 양극재료 제조 및 물성에 관한 연구

L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Mn $O_{3}$ powders were prepared by both GNP(Glycine-Nitrate Process) and solid state reaction method in various of calcination temperature(800-1000.deg. C) and time in air. Also, L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Mn $O_{3}$ cathode contacts on YSZ(Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia) substrate were prepared by screen printing and sintering method as a function of sintering temperature(1100-1450.deg. C) in air. Sintering behaviors have been investigated by SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) and porosity measurement. Compositional and structural characterization were carried out by X-ray diffractometer and ICP AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry) analysis. Electrical characterization was carried out by the electrical conductivity with linear 4 point probe method. As the calcination period increased in solid state reaction method, L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Mn $O_{3}$ phase increased. Although L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Mn $O_{3}$ single phase was obtained only for 48hrs at 1000.deg. C, in GNP method it was easy to get single and ultra-fine L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Mn $O_{3}$ powders with submicron particle size at 650.deg. C for 30min. The particle size and thickness of L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Mn $O_{3}$ cathode contact by solid state reaction method did not change during the heat treatment, while those by GNP method showed good sintering characteristics because initial powder size fabricated from GNP method is smaller than that fabricated from solid state reaction method. Based on enthalpy change from thermodynamic data and ICP-AES analysis, it was suggested to make cathode contact in composition of (L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$)$_{0.91}$ Mn $O_{3}$ which have little second phase (L $a_{2}$Z $r_{2}$ $O_{7}$) for high efficient solid oxide fuel cells applications. As (L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$)$_{0.91}$Mn $O_{3}$ cathode contact on YSZ substrate was sintering at 1250.deg. C the temperature that liquid phase sintering did not occur. It was possible to obtain proper cathode contacts with electrical conductivity of 150(S/cm) and porosity content of 30-40%.m) and porosity content of 30-40%.
