Objectives The purpose of this study is to report a Atopic dematitis patient treated by Horminis Placenta external wet therapy. Methods The patient was treated by acupuncture, herb medicine, especially Horminis Placenta external therapy. Kunz type, SCORAD index and Vas scale were used to measure the progression. Results and Conclusions We had evaluated the score during admission. SCORAD index include the extent, the intensity, pruritus, sleeping loss had increased from 52.88 score to 21.26 score. And the symptoms had improved with treatment.

부비동염을 동반한 Ramsay Hunt syndrome 환아 1례 보고

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report a pediatric patient with Ramsay Hunt syndrome and sinusitis Methods : The patient was treated by acupuncture, electroacupuncture, moxa, herb medicine, vesiculation therapy, massage, cupping boil, and taping. We recorded his degree of progression by House-Brackmann scale and Yanagihara's scale. Results and Conclusions : His facial palsy had been improved from 4(Lt.)score to 20(Lt.)score based on Yanagihara's scale, but House-Brackmann scale had not been changed.

소아 성장을 위한 한약투여에 대한 만족도와 기대치 조사

Objectives The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of herbal medicine in children's growth and to report the children's expectation. Methods 171 children visited the department of Pediatrics, Kyung-Hee Oriental Medical Hospital from June 2009 to December 2009 were studied. They were treated more than 6 months and they visited our clinic more than 3 times. Every time when patients visited our hospital, their height, body weight and obesity degree was examined using DS-102(dszenix, Seoul). Also, height percentile of first and the last visit was measured, and those were compared by the Growth Statistics Curve made by the Korean Association of Pediatrics, 2007. Results and Conclusions The mean growth of total children increased by 4.42 percent; the increased percent for boys was 4.17 and that of girls was 5.00. Herbal medical treatment helped growth in children who took medicine for growth retardation problem. Plus, majority of parents who visited the department of Pediatrics, Oriental Medical Hospital satisfied with the service and their children's height. Although thinking genetic factor is important for their height, but they think that herbal medical treatment help the growth with changing eating habit.

그래픽 프로세싱 유닛의 성능 향상을 위한 프리로딩 연구

In this paper, a new architecture is proposed for GPUs that aims to solve two problems present in previous prefetching architectures. The first problem is the cache eviction problem caused by the additional prefetch memory requests. The second problem is the performance limitation of the prefetching architecture due to the extra access cycles required to load prefetched data from the L1 cache to the register file. The proposed preloading architecture addresses these problems by prefetching data into dedicated storage, which can then be directly loaded into the register file when demand memory requests access the storage. According to the evaluation results, the proposed architecture shows about 11% of performance improvement over the baseline.

대위법 그림책에 대한 만 4, 5세 유아의 문학적 반응

본 연구는 대위법 그림책에 대한 유아의 문학적 반응을 알아보고, 유아의 문학적 반응이 연령에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 만 4, 5세 유아 24명에게 대위법 그림책을 읽어준 후 유아가 보인 문학적 반응을 전사하여 범주별로 분류하였다. 대위법 그림책은 서정숙(2011)이 제시한 6가지 유형의 대위법 그림책 중 만 4, 5세 유아들에게 적합한 4가지 유형[장르, 시점, 사건, 인물 대위법]에 속하는 그림책을 유형별로 각 1권씩 선정하였다. 문학적 반응은 Sipe(2011)가 제시한 범주에 따라 분석적, 상호텍스트적, 개인적, 동화된, 연행적 반응으로 분류하였다. 대위법 그림책에 대한 유아의 문학적 반응은 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 문학적 반응비율은 분석적, 개인적, 연행적, 상호텍스트적, 동화된 반응 순으로 높게 나타났다. 대위법 그림책에 대한 연령별 유아의 문학적 반응의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 인물 대위법을 제외한 그림책 유형 모두에서 만 5세가 만 4세보다 높은 분석적 반응을 나타낸 반면, 개인적 반응은 만 4세가 만 5세보다 높게 나타냈다. 상호텍스트적, 동화된, 연행적 반응은 만 4, 5세 공통적으로 분석적, 개인적 반응에 비해 낮은 반응 비율을 나타냈으나, 연령별로 반응을 높게 보인 순서에서는 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze children’s responses on counterpoint picture books and to examine age differences in responding to the counterpoint picture book reading. Based on the preliminary study results, five counterpoint picture books were selected for each of five category of the counterpoint picture books: utterance, genre, viewpoint, character and incident counterpoint. The researcher read the counterpoint picture books to the children and then all the responses of the children on the counterpoint picture books were transcribed. The transcripts were analyzed with 5 categories of responses by Sipe(2011). Based on the five categories by Sipe(2011), the children``s responses were classified into analytical, inter-textual, personalizing, transparent, and performative response. The statistical analysis showed that the children’s responses differed depending on the type of counterpoint picture book. It shows a high percentage in the order of analytical, personalizing, performative, inter-textual, and transparent response. Next, 5-year-old children showed higher analytical responses than that of 4-year-old children for most categories of the counterpoint picture books, except for the character counterpoint picture book. On the other hand, 4-year-old children had a higher ratio in personalizing responses in most categories of the counterpoint picture books, except for the character counterpoint picture book. For an inter-textual, transparent, performative response, 4- and 5-year-old children both show a lower ratio. The ranking is somewhat different for the categories of the counterpoint picture book.

역량기반 비교과교육과정 고도화를 위한 개선방안 연구

대학교육 및 사업에서 역량기반 전공교육과정 뿐 아니라 비교과교육과정의 중요성과 역할도 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 비교과교육과정의 운영 절차 및 재학생의 인식 조사를 통해 효율화 방안을 도출하고 고도화 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 D대학의 운영 절차를 중심으로 역량기반 비교과교육과정의 역량맵핑과 질 관리 체계를 확인하여 대학이 직면하고 있는 운영의 방향성을 모색하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 학생들의 비교과교육 과정의 핵심역량의 중요도는 직무역량과 도전성취역량이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 학생의 참여도 또한 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 대학에서 운영되고 있는 비교과교육과정이 학생들의 역량향상과 더불어 전공 학습 능력 고취, 진로 및 취업 도움, 취미나 관심분야의 긍정적 영향 등을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 마일리지 장학제도는 학생들의 동기부여의 외적 강화 요인으로 비교과교육과정의 학생 참여의 지속 및 증가에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 역량기반 비교과교육과정의 질 개선으로 교육의 효과를 증대시키고, 운영 방향성의 유용한 정보를 제시해 줄 것이다. The importance and role of the extra-curriculum is emphasized as well as the competency-based major curriculum in university education and business. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to derive and upgrade efficiency measures through the operational procedures of extra education courses and the survey of students perception. To this end, the direction of operation facing the university was sought by checking the mapping and quality control system of the competency-based extra education courses, focusing on the operation procedures of the D university. First, the study found that the importance of students core competencies in the comparative education process was the highest in job competency and challenging performance, and the participation of students was also the highest. Second, the extra education courses operated by universities have been shown to improve students competencies, as well as promote their major learning skills, help with career and employment, and have positive effects on hobbies and interests. Third, the mileage scholarship system has been shown to influence the continuation and increase of student participation in the extra curriculum as an external strengthening factor of students motivation. The results of this study will increase the effectiveness of education by improving the quality of future competency-based extra courses and provide useful information on the direction of operation.

비전 및 IMU 센서의 정보융합을 이용한 자율주행 자동차의 횡방향 제어시스템 개발 및 실차 실험

In this paper, a novel lateral control system is proposed for the purpose of improving lane keeping performance which is independent from GPS signals. Lane keeping is a key function for the realization of unmanned driving systems. In order to obtain this objective, a vision sensor based real-time lane detection scheme is developed. Furthermore, we employ a data fusion along with a real-time steering angle of the test vehicle to improve its lane keeping performance. The fused direction data can be obtained by an IMU sensor and vision sensor. The performance of the proposed system was verified by computer simulations along with field tests using MOHAVE, a commercial vehicle from Kia Motors of Korea.
