        항만배후단지 내 생활 스포츠 인프라 이용 만족도 분석: 인천항 배후단지의 유휴공간 활용사례를 중심으로

        이 연구는 현재 우리나라에서 추진 중인 스포츠복지정책과 지자체의 유휴공간의 활용에 대한 관심 및 항만배후단지에 대한 부정적 이슈와 관련하여 하나의 대안으로서 항만배후단지 내 신규 스포츠 인프라 조성의 가능성을 탐색하고, 현재 항만배후단지 내 스포츠 인프라에 대한 이용 만족도를 바탕으로 개선점을 분석하고자 하였다. 이에 연구자는 현재 국내의 대표적 사례인 인천 IPA 볼파크의 이용자인 시민들을 대상으로 2023년 12월 한 달간 조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 유효표본인 201부를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 자료처리방법으로는 SPSS 24.0 version과 Microsoft Excel 2016을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 편상관분석, 수정된 IPA분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 제Ⅰ사분면에는 항만배후단지 내 스포츠 인프라 이용 만족도 항목 중 5개 항목이 위치하는 것으로 나타났으며, 제Ⅱ사분면의 경우 3개 항목이, 제Ⅲ사분면에는 6개 항목이 위치하는 것으로 나타났고, 마지막으로 제Ⅳ사분면의 경우 5개 요인이 위치하는 것으로 나타났다. This study explored the possibility of creating a new sports infrastructure in the port hinterland complex as an alternative to the current sports welfare policy, interest in the use of idle space in local vehicles, and negative issues in the port hinterland complex, and analyzed improvements based on the satisfaction of using the current sports infrastructure in the port hinterland complex. As a result, this researcher conducted a month-long survey in December 2023 of citizens who are users of Incheon IPA Ball Park, a representative case in Korea, and conducted an analysis using 201 copies, the final valid table. As a data processing method, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, partial correlation analysis, and revised importance-performance analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0 version and Microsoft Excel 2016. As a result of the analysis, it was found that five of the sports infrastructure use satisfaction items in the port rear complex were located in the I quadrant, three items were located in the II quadrant, and six items were located in the III quadrant, and finally, five factors were located in the IV quadrant.

        적혈구에서 인슐린 Degradation Products 측정에 관한 연구

        "After an intravenous gIucose load, a series of serum glucose, insulin and C-peptide concentration were measured in 12 non insulin dependent diabetes meilitus and 10 age and sex matched normal control subjeets. Clucose disappearance rate, integrated insulin and C-peptide concentration, insulinogenic index, molar ratio of C-peptide and insulin and hepatic clearance rate of insulin were caIculated and compared. Followings were the results; 1.The fasting ccincentration of insuIin and C-peptide were 4.17+-0.75 pm/ml and 0.93+-0.07 ng/ml in control subjects,and 12.50+-1,85 pg/ml and 1.63+- 0.19 ng/Mi in diabetic respectively. Both fasting concentration of insulin and C-peptide were significantly higher in diabetics than in control subjects(p<0. 025) Five minutes after glucose load, the maximal insulin concentration in control subjets was 64.37+-12.17 pu/ml and it had increaed 15.4 times in comparing with fasting stage. But there was no acute response in diabetics. Sixty rninutes after glucose load, the concentration of insulin and C-peptide were 10.39+-1.46 pu/ml and 2.59+- 0. 02 ng/ml in control subjects, and 21. 55+-2.35 pu/ml and 3.36+-0.42 ng/ml in diabetics respectively, showing increased secretion of insulin and C-peptide in later stage of diabetics. 2.The glucose disappearance rates were 3. 35 +-0.51%/min in control subjects and 1.83+-0.16%/min, in diabetics, showing significantly lower value in diabetics(p<0.05) 3.Integrated insulin and C-peptide concentration of the first 10 minutes for acute response were 1.88+-0.35 ng/ml and 3.10 +-2.47 ng/ml in control subjects, and 0.58+-0.07 ng/ml and 2.04+-0.22 ng/ml in diabetics(p<0.05) But those of the 60 miniutes for total response were 1.00+- 0.15 ng/ml and 2.95+-0.29 ng/ml in control subjects, and 0.80 +-0.12ng/ml and 2.55+-0.32ng/ml in diabetics respectively,which were slightly lower than control subjects, but without significant statistical difference. 4. The insulinogenic index during 0~5min, and 0~ l0 min, period for aqutel response and 0~60min, period for total response were as follows; 0.186+- 0.234, 0.221+- 0.004 and 0.156+-0.039 in control subjects, and 0.005+-0.010, 0.003+-0.001 and 0.047+-0.025 in diabetics respectively (p<0.001) The correlation coefficient between insulinogeic index and integrated insulin concentration was 0,54(p<0.001) in control subjects and 0. 18(p< 0.001) in diabetics during 10 minutes and 0.80(p<0.001) in control subjects and 0.88(p<0.001) in diabetics during 60 minutes. There were significant correlation between the two indices except in diabetics during 10 minutes. 5. The molar ratio of C-peptide and insulin at fasting stage was 12. 56 +-0. 33, 3.27+- 0. 21 at 5 min. 5.47+- 0.84 at 10 min. and 10.86+-1.2 at 60 rnin. In control subjects, and in diabetics 7.03+- 0.96, 7.49+- 1.87, 10. 94+-2.85 and 6.18+-1,55 respectively. 6. The hepatic clearance rate of insulin was calculated and results were as folows: 55.1+- 2.7% in control subjects and 55.5+-4.6% in diabetics, showing no stastical ditference. But the correlation coeffieient between secretion rate and hepatic clearance rate of insulin was 0.72(p<0.5) in control subjects and 0.29(p<0.4) in diabetics, showing slightly negative correlation between the two in control subjects. 7. The correlation coefficient between fasting blood gIucose concentration and intergrated concentration of first 10 minutes for both group was 0.58%(p<0.025) ,showing negative correlation. This correlation was more accentuated by using natural logarithmic scale in integrated concentration. 8.There was significiant positive correlation btween integrated insuln conceritration of first 10 minutes and glucose disappearance rate with the correlation coefficient of 0.04 (p<0.01). From these dats, it was concluded that non insulin depenent diabetics were characterized mot only by increased fasting blood glucose, lowered glucose disapearance rate and insulinogenic index, and almosrt normal total insulin secretion after intravenous glucose load, but also by no acute response. Acute insulin response was negatively corrdlated with fasting blood gulcose, and positively corrleated with glucose disappearance rate in both group. The calculated hepatic clearance rate of insulin were not differed between control subjects and diabetics. But, when the insulin secretion rate was increased, hepatic clearamce raate of insulin decreased in control subjecs and increased in diabetics."

        한국인 갱년기 여성의 골밀도 및 호르몬 변화에 관한 연구

        Clinical features and changes of gonadtropins, estriadiol, osteocalcin, 1.25(OH)2D3 and bone densities were examined from Sep. 1985 to Nov. 1988 in 778 Korean menopausal women. 1) The most common symptoms were flushing, sweating, palpitation and back pain in order of frequency. 2) FSH, (63±18.4 mIU/ml), LH (52.6±16.3 mIU/ml) were elevated and estradiol (36.3±10.7 pg/ml) was low. Osteocalcin was low (2.96±1.13 ug/ml) and 1.21(OH)2D3 was normal (43.2±10.2 pg/ml). These were normalized after treatment. 3) Bone densities determined by T. Inoue method was diminished and returned toward normal after treatment. 4) Bone densities measured by DPX was highest in 3rd decade and significantly higher in treated group than control group.         Evaluation of Pyunkang-tang® Administration on Hematological, Biochemical, and Protein and Lipid Profiles in Dogs

        Pyunkang-tang® is a kind of herbal medicine and has been used for the treatment of atopy and allergicdisease in humans over forty years. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the hematological, biochemical, andprotein and lipid electrophoresis profiles after the oral administration of Pyunkang-tang® in healthy dogs. Fifteenclinically healthy beagle dogs were selected and orally administered either 33 ml of Pyunkang-tang® (group I, n = 5),16.5 ml of Pyunkang-tang® (group II, n = 5), or 33 ml of distilled water (group III, n = 5) 3 times a day for 4 weeks. The results of the hematological, serum biochemical, and urine analysis did not differ significantly among the 3 groups. The oral administration of Pyunkang-tang® for 4 weeks was associated with significant changes in the serum globulinlevels and an elevation in the high-density lipoprotein (HDL) concentrations in groups I and II (p < 0.05), comparedto group III. The α1-globulin and γ-globulin levels were significantly increased in group I, and the α1-globulin andβ-globulin levels were significantly increased in group II. The α2-globulin levels were significantly decreased in bothgroups. During the short-term evaluation of Pyunkang-tang® administration, we did not detect any specific adverseeffects in the dogs. However, further evaluation of the safety and efficacy of Pyunkang-tang® for the treatment ofatopic disease in dogs is needed.

      • 골다공증 진단에 피부 두께의 임상적 유용성 평가

        The study was carried out to examine how much clinically useful was the skin thickness in diagnosis of osteoporosis. The project was to look into not only the presumption that patients with osteoporosis have the skin loss at the similar rate of the reduction in the collagen content of the bone but also the correlation between the collagen content and the skin thickness. The skin thickness was measured on the dorsal hand(right) of the patients using an ultrasonic technique with a 20 MHz focused ultrasonic transducer. Measurements of the bone density of the patients were made on both the lumbar spine (L2-4) and the femoral neck using Dual­Energy X­ray Absorptionmeter(DEXA, Norland). An ultrasonic bone densitometer(Mark 6000, Medison Co. Korea) was taken to measure the speed of sound (SOS) on the calcaneus. It was observed that there were some degrees of correlation between the bone density obtained by the DEXA and the SOS of the calcaneous (P<0.01). There was no evidence that the skin thickness was correlated with the DEXA produced bone density and ultrasonically measured SOS.
