        Wireless Sensor Networking is state of the art technology that has a wide range of potential applications. Sensor network generally consists of a large number of distributed nodes that organize themselves into a multi-hop wireless network. Each node has one or more sensors, embedded processors and low-power radios, and is normally battery operated because of small size. In this paper wireless sensor networking technology applies to the environment monitoring system in the underground. This system can monitor a pollution level of the underground in realtime for keeping up a comfortable environment.

        임진왜란을 거치며 조선의 지식인들은 세계관에 적지 않은 혼란을 겪었다. 의심의 여지가 없었던 중국 중심의 세계관에 균열이 일어나기 시작하였으며, 병자호란과 인조반정은 이러한 세계관의 변화를 가속시켰다. 혼란한 사회ㆍ정치상황에서 유학을 공부한 지식인의 선택은 다를 수밖에 없었다. 현실에 적극적으로 참여하느냐 아니면 혼란한 정치상황을 멀리하여 은둔하느냐는 개인의 선택이었다. 韓亨吉과 韓垽 부자의 청주한씨는 조선 초부터 중앙의 정치권력에서 벗어나지 않은 閥閱이었으며, 그들이 활동했던 17세기에도 정치적 영향력은 막강하였다. 인조의 장인인 韓浚謙은 한형길과 10촌 사이였으며, 扈聖功臣에 책록된 李光庭이 그의 장인이었다. 화려한 가문을 배경으로 한형길은 문과에 급제하여 내직과 외직을 거치며 꼼꼼한 일처리로 인정을 받았으며 한편으로 형벌을 지나치게 엄격하게 적용한다는 비판을 듣기도 하였다. 인조반정, 이괄의 난, 정묘호란, 병자호란 등 조선 중기를 관통하는 역사적 사건을 경험하며 한형길은 전형적인 관료로서 충실하였다. 그의 아들인 한은은 여러 차례 出仕하라는 왕명에도 불구하고 철저하게 은둔을 지향한 처사적 삶을 견지하였다. 그는 許厚와 許穆에게 수학하였지만 자신의 행적을 감추었으며, 성리학에 전념하였지만 섣불리 저서를 남기는 것을 경계할 만큼 신중하였다. 젊어서부터 둔부의 종기로 오랜 시간 공부에 전념할 수 없었던 요인도 있기만, 아버지를 통해 경험한 관직의 위태로움과 치열해지는 붕당의 폐해 등이 은둔의 근원적인 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 조선의 유자들은 성리학과 중국 중심의 세계관을 가지고 있는 최고의 지식인이었다. 변화한 세계질서와 자신의 학문이 遊離되는 상황에서 가치관의 혼란을 경험했고, 그들의 선택은 다를 수밖에 없었다. 한형길과 한은 부자는 그들이 지녔던 정치적, 사회적, 가문적 배경은 크게 다르지 않다. 그럼에도 부자가 이처럼 상반된 선택을 한 것은 학문적 성취와 개인적 好惡에서 비롯한 문제라고 할 수 있다. Through the Japanese invasion of Korea in 1592, the intellectuals of Joseon suffered considerable confusion in their worldview. Cracks began to occur in the Chinese-centered worldview, which had no doubt, and the Byeongjahoran and the Injobanjeong accelerated the change of this worldview. In a confused social and political situation, the choice of intellectuals who studied Confucianism had to be different. It was a personal choice whether to actively participate in the reality or stay away from the chaotic political situation. Han Hyeong-gil and Han Eun of the Cheongju Han Clan had been a member of the political power of the central government since the beginning of the Joseon Dynasty, and their political influence was strong even in the 17th century when they were active. Injo's father-in-law, Han Jun-gyeom, was in the 10th degree of relationship with Han Hyeong-gil, and Lee Gwang-jeong, who was recorded in the meritorious subject, was his father-in-law. Against the backdrop of a splendid fam ily, Han Hyeong-gil passed the liberal arts examination and was recognized for his meticulous handling of work while passing through internal and external positions, and on the other hand, he was criticized for applying punishment too strictly. Experiencing historical events throughout the mid-Joseon period, such as the Injobanjeong, Yi Gwal's Rebellion, the Jeongmyo Horan, and the Byeongja Horan, Han Hyung-gil was faithful as a typical bureaucrat. His son, Han Eun, maintained a life of strict seclusion, despite the king's order to serve in public office several times. Although he studied under Heohu and Heo Mok, he concealed his whereabouts, and although he devoted himself to Neo-Confucianism, he was cautious enough to be wary of leaving a book prematurely. There are also factors that prevented him from concentrating on his studies for a long time due to a tumor on his buttocks from his youth, but the danger of government positions he experienced through his father and the growing harm of the Bundang can be said to be the fundamental factors of his seclusion. The Confucian scholars of Joseon were the best intellectuals with Neo-Confucianism and a China-centered worldview. In a situation where the changed world order and their studies did not match, they experienced confusion of values, and their choices were bound to be different. The political, social, and family backgrounds of Han Hyeong-gil and Han Eun-soo are not very different. Nevertheless, it can be said that the rich man made such a conflicting choice because of his academic achievements and personal inclinations.

        In this paper, authors realize water AMR(Automatic Meter Reading) network using low power Zig Bee protocol included routing ability for improving wireless communication error detection and network range. ZigBee wireless standard is an important standard of the field related Ubiquitous industry and recently has application to Home-Network. It's special features are to spend low power and to include routing ability each terminator. Because of these features, authors realize water AMR system on Embedded system using ZigBee protocol for applying to transfer data between a water meter and RF module equipped with a water meter in each house.

        This traveling wave tube amplifier maintenance system was developed for performance of microwave Surveillance radar traveling wave tube amplification parts, and field operation. The Maintenance system is traveling wave tube amplification part RF output waveform measurement and HVPS Voltage adjustment and a maintenance function are offer. The system was developed as an embedded system base it consisted of Linux os which applied a top-down design and visual technique Therefore change and easy extension of a system. This paper discussed characteristic of maintenance equipment function, composition, and an emplovment program.

        As the sensors and communication technology get advance, the remote health diagnosis for patients and senior persons at home are possible now without visiting doctors in hospitals. A low-power ubiquitous health check device was developed adapting Real-Time Embedded Linux is developed. This ubiquitous device is consisted of three sensors. The wrist type health checking' terminal acquires periodically the health data by using a blood pressure sensor, a pulse sensor and a body temperature sensor. It transmits the health data to the access point located at the home center through the ZigBee wireless communication modem. This health data collector or access point device sends the data again to the main server operated in a hospital or health care organization. The health server control continuously the input data and sends an alarm signal to the assigned doctor and responsible persons using cellular SMS when any dangerous events occur. This wrist type health check device has an embedded linux OS using Intel PAX255 MPU. The developed U-Health system is applicable for checking patients health in remote at home. And their family or related persons in remote site can check the patients health status at any time. They can be assured by receiving SMS record and alarm of emergency case which is transmitted from the health server.

        An efficiency improving method for Uninterruptible Power Supply System(UPS) was developed by using OP-AMP based application circuits such as voltage detection device, current detection device and static switch control device. The efficiency improving algorithm was made by mixing the operating concepts of On-Line type UPS with the operating concepts of Off-Line type UPS. The UPS' inverter does not work if the UPS' output load current is not higher than the low load operating current which is about 0~30(%) of the UPS' output load capacity. The low load operating current is adjustable within the half of the UPS' output load capacity. If the UPS' output load current is rising over than the low load operating current, the UPS' inverter starts working and the inverter output power feeds to the loads of UPS. If UPS' input power breaks out while UPS' inverter does not operate because the load current is low, the inverter starts working within 4(㎳) with excessive output voltage which is ±8(%) of normal UPS' output voltage. Like these, UPS can continuously feeds power to it's load device and reduce power consumptions.

        As the society changes more to the aging society in future, many healthcare product are developed and distributed more on the market. The digital wrist band tye blood pressure device for home use are popular already in the market. It is useful for checking blood pressure level at home and control of hypertension. Especially, It is very essential home device to check the health condition of blood circulation disease. Nowadays many product types are available. But the measurement accuracy of blood pressure is not enough compared to the mechanical type. It needs to be upgraded to assure the precise health data enough to use in the hospital. The structure, feature and output signal of capacitor type pressure sensors are analyzed. An improved design fo capacitor sensor is suggested. It shows more precise health data after use on a wrist band type health unit. They can be applied for remote u-health medical service.
