        A.A. 참여자의 적응유연성과 사회적 지지가 알코올 회복에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of abstinence self-efficacy between the resilience, social support and the alcohol recovery among alcoholics anonymous meeting participants. A total of two hundred and fifteen individuals completed a battery assessing resilience, social support, abstinence self-efficacy, and alcohol recovery. Structural Equation Modeling was used to test the mediation effect of abstinence self-efficacy. The results showed that abstinence self-efficacy partially mediated the influence of resilience and social support on alcohol recovery. Moreover, the present study not only highlights the importance of abstinence self-efficacy but also the role of resilience and social support when treating individuals with Alcohol Use Disorder. Lastly, the implication, limitations and suggestions for future research were discussed.

        Comparison of Contrast-Enhanced T2 FLAIR and 3D T1 Black-Blood Fast Spin-Echo for Detection of Leptomeningeal Metastases

        Purpose: Imaging plays a significant role in diagnosing leptomeningeal metastases. However, the most appropriate sequence for the detection of leptomeningeal metastases has yet to be determined. This study compares the efficacies of contrastenhanced T2 fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) and contrast-enhanced 3D T1 black-blood fast spin echo (FSE) imaging for the detection of leptomeningeal metastases. Materials and Methods: Tube phantoms containing varying concentrations of gadobutrol solution were scanned using T2 FLAIR and 3D T1 black-blood FSE. Additionally, 30 patients with leptomeningeal metastases were retrospectively evaluated to compare conspicuous lesions and the extent of leptomeningeal metastases detected by T2 FLAIR and 3D T1 black-blood FSE. Results: The signal intensities of low-concentration gadobutrol solutions (< 0.5 mmol/L) on T2 FLAIR images were higher than in 3D T1 black-blood FSE. The T2 FLAIR sequences exhibited significantly greater visual conspicuity scores than the 3D T1 black-blood sequence in leptomeningeal metastases of the pial membrane of cistern (P = 0.014). T2 FLAIR images exhibited a greater or equal extent (96.7%) of leptomeningeal metastases than 3D T1 black-blood FSE images. Conclusion: Because of its high sensitivity even at low gadolinium concentrations, contrast-enhanced T2 FLAIR images delineated leptomeningeal metastases in a wider territory than 3D T1 black-blood FSE.

        Reasons of Personal Color Dissatisfaction in MZ Generation: Exploring Behavioral and Psychological Responses

        Background Personal color is gaining enthusiastic popularity in the beauty industry. Abundant research has proven various aspects of the theory, yet in-depth study for the group with dissatisfaction toward their personal color stays lacking. This research aims to provide a theoretical basis of the MZ generation’s dissatisfaction regarding diagnosed personal color by unearthing their fundamental behavioral and psychological responses. Thorough investigation of the overlooked users and discovery of their hidden needs may contribute to the intellectual and academic proliferation of personal color field as well as potential consumer insight and practical ideation, which can lead to future design thinking, marketing, and product planning strategies. Methods This study conducted an exploratory survey to investigate the background information of the dissatisfied and qualitatively conducted 1:1 in-depth interviews to retrieve data regarding dissatisfaction toward diagnosed personal color and following behaviors and perceptions. Results For the basis of dissatisfaction, four major reasons have been discovered as internal causes implying identity problem, external causes implying social restrictions, trend issues, and difficult chromatic characteristics. On top of these dissatisfaction factors, the MZ generation acted out either neglecting or compromising behavior toward their given personal color diagnosis. And, keeping track of their thoughts and feelings, they are revealed to undergo several types of negative psychological responses classified to discomfort and distrust. Conclusion The results of this research convey holistic implications about the MZ generation’s internal conflict between ideal self-image and actual self-image, which has been expressed through the process of searching identity in form of personal color. Capturing their fundamental conflict factors, this study theoretically and qualitatively explored the previously undiscovered group and found background basis of design and marketing strategies, which can address the potential consumers in the beauty and personal color industry.

        MEA (monoethanolamine) 함침 메조포러스 물질을 이용한 CO<sub>2</sub> 회수

        본 연구에서는 MEA(monoethanolamine)를 함침한 메조포러스 물질을 이용하여 이산화탄소를 회수하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 MCM-41, MCM-48 및 SBA-15의 메조포러스 물질을 제조한 후 30, 50, 70 wt%의 MEA로 함침하였다. 함침한 메조포러스 물질의 특성을 평가하기 위하여 XRD, FT-IR, SEM, BET를 이용하였다. 이산화탄소 흡탈착 실험을 수행한 결과, 흡착량은 MCM-41>MCM-48>SBA-15 순으로 나타내었다. 최대 이산화탄소 흡착량은 50 wt% MEA 함침 MCM-41으로써 $40^{\circ}C$에서 $57.1mg-CO_2/gr-sorbent$이며, 이는 MCM-41과 비교할 때 8배 높았다. 그리고 20회 반복 흡탈착 실험 결과, 반복 실험에도 일정한 흡착능을 나타내었다. The present study deals with removal of $CO_2$ using various mesoporous materials impregnated with MEA (monoethanolamine). The mesoporous materials such as MCM-41, MCM-48 and SBA-15 were synthesised and then impregnated with 30, 50 and 70 wt% of MEA, respectively. XRD, FT-IR and SEM were used to evaluate the characterization of those. From the adsorption/desorption experiments for various materials, the adsorption capacity of these materials were found in the order of MCM-41> MCM-48> SBA-15. MCM-41 impregnated with 50 wt% of MEA showed the maximum adsorption capacity of $57.1mg-CO_2/gr-sorbent$ at $40^{\circ}C$. It is nearly 8 times higher than MCM-41 without impregnation of MEA. In the multiple cycle test of 20 times, MCM-41 impregnated with 50 wt% of MEA showed a constant adsorption capacity.

        Comparison of 3D Volumetric Subtraction Technique and 2D Dynamic Contrast Enhancement Technique in the Evaluation of Contrast Enhancement for Diagnosing Cushing’s Disease

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare the performance of the T1 3D subtraction technique and the conventional 2D dynamic contrast enhancement (DCE) technique in diagnosing Cushing’s disease. Materials and Methods: Twelve patients with clinically and biochemically proven Cushing’s disease were included in the study. In addition, 23 patients with a Rathke’s cleft cyst (RCC) diagnosed on an MRI with normal pituitary hormone levels were included as a control, to prevent non-blinded positive results. Postcontrast T1 3D fast spin echo (FSE) images were acquired after DCE images in 3T MRI and image subtraction of pre- and postcontrast T1 3D FSE images were performed. Inter-observer agreement, interpretation time, multiobserver receiver operating characteristic (ROC), and net benefit analyses were performed to compare 2D DCE and T1 3D subtraction techniques. Results: Inter-observer agreement for a visual scale of contrast enhancement was poor in DCE (κ = 0.57) and good in T1 3D subtraction images (κ = 0.75). The time taken for determining contrast-enhancement in pituitary lesions was significantly shorter in the T1 3D subtraction images compared to the DCE sequence (P < 0.05). ROC values demonstrated increased reader confidence range with T1 3D subtraction images (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.94-1.00) compared with DCE (95% CI: 0.70- 0.92) (P < 0.01). The net benefit effect of T1 3D subtraction images over DCE was 0.34 (95% CI: 0.12-0.56). For Cushing’s disease, both reviewers misclassified one case as a nonenhancing lesion on the DCE images, while no cases were misclassified on T1 3D subtraction images. Conclusion: The T1 3D subtraction technique shows superior performance for determining the presence of enhancement on pituitary lesions compared with conventional DCE techniques, which may aid in diagnosing Cushing’s disease.

        팬데믹 시대 미술관의 ‘장소적 경험’ 구축에 대한 사례 연구 -서울시립 북서울미술관 어린이 전시《물체주머니》를 중심으로-

        With the outbreak of COVID-19 and its prolonged pandemic, museums were faced with the need for a response and the demand for the production of online programs. Problems such as inconsistent operating manuals, digital divide, and the lack of ‘place-based experience’ in the museums also began to arise. Many museums in Korea and abroad adopted the method of communicating with the audience online, bringing the museum contents to their homes through virtual exhibitions, museum tours, real-time video transmission, and tool provision. This study introduces the Bottomless Bag exhibition for children held in 2020 at the Buk-Seoul Museum of Art and discusses how the related programs achieved ‘place-based experience’ offline and ‘personalization’ online under the constraints of social-distancing. The exhibition programs related to Bottomless Bag combined online and offline activities catered to a diverse audience to fulfill the need for onsite experience at the museum. This study hopes to contribute to the future planning of exhibition programs during the pandemic or other similar crises in the future. 팬데믹으로 선언된 COVID-19가 장기화되면서 뮤지엄의 중․장기적인 대응의 필요성과 온라인 프로그램의 수요와 제작이 가속화되고 있다. 그러나 일정하지 않은 운영 매뉴얼, 디지털 정보 격차, 뮤지엄의 ‘장소적 경험’의 상실 또한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 국내․외 주요 뮤지엄들은 가상 전시와 뮤지엄 투어, 실시간 영상 송출, 교구 제공 등을 통해 ‘미술관이 아닌 집’에서 관람객과 소통하는 양상을 주로 보였다. 본 연구는 2020년 상반기 서울시립 북서울미술관에서 진행된 어린이 전시《물체주머니》가 비대면 시대에 어떻게 프로그램의 ‘개인화’와 오프라인과 온라인에서의 ‘장소적 경험’을 이루어냈는지를 소개하고자 한다. 3월 26일 팬데믹이 도래한 이후 개막한《물체주머니》의 온라인과 오프라인 전시연계 프로그램들은 하나의 전시에 대한 다양한 해석과 물리적 체험에 대한 갈증을 해소하는데 기여하였다. 앞으로 지속 혹은 재발될 팬데믹 상황에서 뮤지엄의 전시와 프로그램 기획에 참고가 되고자 한다.
