나일론에 첨가된 유리섬유 함유량에 따른 Cage의 거동해석

다양한 고분자 복합재료의 강성 및 내열성 등의 기계적 물성 향상을 위해 유리섬유나 탄소섬유를 이용하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 유리섬유가 함유된 나일론 46 에 대한 인장강도를 분석하여 Cage 의 모델링을 시도 하였다. 모델링을 바탕으로 나일론 Cage 의 응력분포 및 방향 을 통해 강도와 힘에 대한 해석을 수행하고, 유리섬유의 유무에 따른 결과도 해석하였다. 상용 프로그램은 MSC Marc 를 사용하였다. 본 연구결과 유리섬유 함유량이 많은 경우 인장강도 및 응력분포가 높아지지만 크게 증가하지 않고 완만한 증가를 보이고 있다. 인장강도로부터 각종 재료의 동 하중 시 재료의 취성 정도를 정량적으로 평가할 수 있었다. 특히, Cage 창살 취약부위를 확인 할 수가 있어 추후 Cage 설계 시 최적화 설계를 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대가 된다. Glass fiber or carbon fiber is used to improve the mechanical properties of polymer composite materials, such as stiffness and thermal resistance. In this study, we analyzed the tensile strength of nylon 46 containing glass fiber through the modeling of cage. Stress distribution, direction and forces of the nylon cage are analyzed with controlling the amount of glass fiber. MSC Marc was used for the analysis. In the result of this study, tensile strength and stress distribution increased slightly in the case of more glass fiber. We could measure the brittleness of the materials from the tensile strength. Especially, vulnerable parts of the cage are verified so optimal design of the cage is expected.

The composite electric oven is one of the fixing utensil, various functions are required. Steam generating function, which is one of its functions, and allows various food cooking. The location of the outlet of the steam generator is designed around ease of installation, consideration of internal fluid is not. Distribution of the steam can not be non-uniformly. Accordingly, cooking time becomes longer, the energy consumption increases. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed stagnation phenomenon of the internal flow through the interpretation of the calculations for the position of the outlet of the steam generator existing. Further, by computing the analysis of various locations of the outlet of the steam generator, we investigated the distribution and characteristics of the internal flow.
키즈카페의 가구류 및 설치시설에 따른 실내공기질 비교 분석

Indoor air quality control has been strengthened within childcare facilities and welfare communities for the elderly and infirm. I have researched the indoor air quality of kids cafes. The quality was determined by the measurement of CO₂ and HCHO, and the result was used in understanding of the current status of indoor air quality control. The higher level of CO₂ and HCHO were found in the playground area where children use compared to the area for guardians in kids cafes. And the more people in the cafes, the more CO₂ and HCHO were generated. It is judged that kids furniture produce harmful substances for children. Hence, the government regulations for kids cafes should be improved by reinforcing the indoor air quality control, considering that the main customers are children not adults.

As the Second Sino-Japanese War broke out in 1937, Korean-Americans’ hope for independence rose up, however, a dispute over method was ignited. The headquarters of Korean National Association of North America(K.N.A) maintained the assistance to Provisional Government(P.G), while the United Korean Society to Aid China(U.K.S) insisted anti-Japanese movement in America. This resulted in division in K.N.A, as it was combined with political, emotional, and monetary problems. Doo Sik Shynn, editor in chief of The New Korea, tried to arbitrate K.N.A.H.Q. and U.K.S. On the one hand, Shynn demanded K.N.A.H.Q. to execute possible methods, more than the monetary aid to P.G, and on the other hand, he explained the situation of K.N.A to members of U.K.S. to settle down their discontent. K.N.A.H.Q. became antagonistic to Shynn who openly supported U.K.S, and as a result, Shynn lost his position in K.N.A and The New Korea. The absence of Shynn brought a full-fledged conflict. K.N.A.H.Q. attempted direct control over U.K.S, which U.K.S. openly opposed. Eventually, U.K.S. created a new political group, independent from K.N.A.

본 적용사례는 현재 광양제철소에 설치되어 있는 UPS가 총 369대에 이르고 있으며, 최근 2.5년간 UPS고장 유형분석결과에 따르면 전체 고장의 59%가 UPS의 DC/AC변환부(Inverter)에서 발생되고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 최근 녹색성장 일환으로 기존 전력설비를 대상으로 전력절감 요구가 증가하고 있는 점을 고려, 전력 변환 과정을 최소화하여 전력 손실을 최소화하고 365일 24시간 조업이 이루어져야 하는 주요 설비에 대한 무단절 전원 공급 책무를 담당하고 있는 UPS 구성 부품 단순화를 통해 고장 요인을 제거하여 신뢰성을 확보하는 것에 목적을 두고 추진하였다.

Since the Industrial revolution, a variety of medium has been developed by the affect of the development of technology and material. Instead of the traditional visual-focused hierarchy, the important of diverse perception is emphasized and the new sensibility lists are appeared such as the vision based on touch. The concept of Pixel is actively using in the field of Contemporary architecture. It is repeating a unit module in the process of the surface generation and tessellation. Based on the research of the expression method of the surface with perceptual experience, This research demonstrates that in contemporary architecture, pixeling is used as an appropriate tool for the active creation of surface effect.

Surface effect can be linked with encoded surface in contemporary architecture and it derived from human’s perceptual experience with the way of expression. Through the surface effect made by emotional stimulus of human being, this study reflect how architecture could control with human’s experience of visuality and its reproducing.
