          직전항로에서의 적정 최대속력에 대한 검토.연구

          Recently, ships' average navigation speed become faster than before because of the increasing of high-speeds vessel including container ships and passenger-ferries. So, it is considered that the speed limit in the navigation channel in Korea isn't proper for vessel management in these days. Also, there is rare paper studies about the speed limit quantitatively and numerically, especially the speed limit is discussing continuously, as abrogation of Incheon Port's speed limit and alleviation of Gwang-yang Port's speed limit according to the requests by the navigating mariners. Consequently this paper deals with the effectiveness of speed limits using the Environmental Stress Model, after replay of the navigation traffic flow in the straight waterway using marine traffic flow simulation technique. 컨테이너 선박 및 고속선 등과 같은 고속선박의 등장으로 해상에서의 선박 속력은 이전보다 더욱 높아지고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 특정해역으로 지정되어 있는 현행 교통 밀집해역에서의 속력규제는 수십년전의 규정으로 현재의 교통상황에 잘 부합되지 않는 제도라고 사료된다. 특히 그 해역을 항행하고 있는 선박운항자의 주장으로 인천항의 속력규제 폐지, 광양항의 속력규제 완화 등 속력규제에 관한 논의가 계속되고 있지만 이러한 협수로에서의 속력규제에 대하여 수치화되거나 정량화된 연구는 드물다. 본 연구에서는 직선항로에서의 통항선박의 흐름을 재현한 후, 선박운항자의 선박운항 부담감을 정량화한 환경스트레스 모델(ES Model)을 이용하여 속력규제에 대하여 분석하여 최대속력규제의 효과 여부를 알아보고자 한다.

          비외상성 피질하 뇌혈관질환 환자에서 병소의 편측성에 따른 인지기능, 정신행동증상 및 일상생활기능의 차이에 대한 연구

          Objectives : This study was designed to find clinical factors that could be differentiated by the lateralization of lesion and also find clinical factors to predict the lateralization of lesion. Methods : The subjects were 65 cooperative inpatients and outpatients with non-traumatic subcortical cerebrovascular disease without neurologic and psychiatric history from January 1995 to September 1995 ; 48 patients in Kyung Hee University, Oriental Medicine Hospital, 35 patients in Anam Hospital, Korea University were examined as subjects, but authors excluded 20 patients whose data were incomplete or who had uncertain lesions on brain CT or MRI. The 65 patients were divided into three groups-group with left hemispheric lesion, group with right hemispheric lesion, group with both hemispheric lesion-according to the finding of brain imaging study. Their cognitive functions were evaluated by the Benton Neuropsychological Assessment(BNA), their subjective neurobehavioral symptoms by Symptom Check List-90-R(SCL-90-R), their objective neurobehavioral symptoms by Neurobehavioral Rating Scale, and their daily living functions by Geriatric Evaluation by Relative's Rating Instrument(GERRl) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living Scale(IADLs). Results : The results were as follows : 1) The results of cognitive function test indicated that the group with right hemispheric lesion showed low functions in Tactile Form Perception(left), the group with left hemispheric lesion showed low functions in Finger localization(right), the group with right hemispheric lesion showed low functions in Finger Localization(left). 2) Though, there were little significant differences in subjective neurobehavioral symptoms, the group with right hemispheric lesion showed higher scores in all symptoms except hostility. 3) Though, there were little significant differences in objective neurobehavioral symptoms, the group with both hemispheric lesion showed higher scores in cognition, guilty/disinhibition, the group with left hemispheric lesion showed higher scores in lability of mood, the group with right hemispheric lesion showed highest scores in psychotism, neurotism, agitation-hostility and decreased motivation/emotional withdrawal. 4) There were little significant differences among three groups in Daily Living Functions, but the group with right hemispheric lesion showed the lowest functions in Instrumental Activities of Daily Living. 5) As a result of discriminant analysis on each factor's contribution to the prediction of lesion, Finger Localization(left), Phoneme Discrimination and Tactile Form Perception(right) showed that they had the potentiality to predict lesion. Conclusion : The results suggest that there are little significant differences among the groups of three non-traumatic subcortical cerebrovascular disease in cognitive functions, but the group with right hemispheric lesion showed more serious and various changes in subjective and objective neurobehavioral symptoms, and showed low functions in Instrumental Activities of Daily Living. This results suggest the possibility that the decline of the daily living function in the group with right hemispheric lesion were due to various symptoms, not due to cognitive dysfunction. The confirmation of the possibility should be worked out through the follow-up study of some groups containing cortical lesion. Apart from these findings, Finger Localization, Tactile Form Perception(right) and Phoneme Discrimination suggest that they can be used as clinically valuable cognitive parameters that predict the lateralization of lesion in non-traumatic cerebrovascular disease.

          Developing a Program to Pre-process AIS Data and applying to Vung Tau Waterway in Vietnam - Based on the IWRAP Mk2 program -

          IWRAP 프로그램은 수로에서의 위험성을 평가하는데 유용한 프로그램이다. 그러나 이 프로그램의 기본 버전의 경우 AIS 데이터를 수집하는 기능이 포함되지 않아서, 더구나 베트남과 같은 개발도상국에서는 해상교통량 통계 데이터가 없는 실정이다. 사용자들은 수동으로 준비하여 입력하여야 한다. 이 연구는 IWRAP Mk2 프로그램 기본 버전을 사용하는데 있어 AIS 데이터를 전처리(pre-process) 할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였으며, 선박 형태, 선박 크기, 통과 시간 등으로 분류한 통항로에서의 선박 통항 척수 및 항로 배치와 같이 해역 내 해상교통에 관한 정보들을 사용자에게 제공하도록 고안되었다. 이렇게 개발된 통합 AIS 프로그램(Total AIS, TOAIS)은 베트남 Vung Tau 해역의 AIS 수집 데이터를 전처리할 수 있는지에 대하여 검증하였다. 그 결과, 통합 AIS 프로그램에서 전처리한 데이터를 이용한 IWRAP 프로그램은 베트남 해역의 위험성을 효율적으로 평가할 수 있었다. The IWRAP program (Inland Waterway Risk Assessment Program) is a useful program for risk assessment of a waterway. However, in the basic version, the function which is used to import AIS data is not included. So users have to prepare the data and input to the program manually. And not all waterways have enough statistical data about passing vessels especially in developing countries as Vietnam. This paper studies the development of a program to pre-process AIS data for using the IWRAP Mk2 program basic version. In addition, it provides users basic information about marine traffic in a waterway such as routes layout, number of passages at a gate classified by type, size and time. The developed program, named TOAIS (Total AIS), was successfully used to pre-process AIS data collected in the Vung Tau waterway-Vietnam. As a result, the IWRAP Mk2 program basic version using data pre-processed from TOAIS could effectively assess the risk of collision in this waterway.

          A Study on the Marine Traffic Assessment based on Traffic Distribution in the Strait of Malacca

          말라카해협의 해상교통 안전 확보는 우리나라를 비롯하여 중국, 일본을 포함한 극동아시아의 경제 발전에 직접적인 영향을 미치므로 세계적으로 중요한 해역이다. 이러한 의미에서 이 해역의 해상교통안전을 분석하는 것은 중요한 의미가 있다. 이 연구에서는 말라카해협을 대상으로 TOAIS 프로그램에 의한 선박 AIS 데이터를 1개월 동안 수집하였고, EasyFit 프로그램을 이용하여 해상교통의 통항분포를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 현재까지 해상교통공학 분야에서 선박통항의 분포는 정규분포라고 알려져 사용되고 있었지만, 말라카해협의 해상교통조사 결과 그 통항분포가 정규분포와 상이하다는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 상이한 해상교통 분포 모델을 적용한 IWRAP모델을 이용하여 이 해역을 평가하였고, 그 결과 추월과 횡단상황이 가장 위험한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 말라카해협의 충돌위험이 가장 높은 해역은 말라카해협과 포트클랑 해협 간 횡단지점으로 분석되었다. The Strait of Malacca is one of the most important fairways in the world and its traffic safety has direct effect on economic development of East Asian countries including China, Japan and Korea. Because of this reason, a safety analysis of the marine traffic in the strait has a great significance. In this paper, we analysed the statistic distribution of marine traffic in the Strait of Malacca based on the vessels' AIS data for 1 month by using the TOAIS and EasyFit programs. As the results of the analysis, it was found that the traffic distribution of this strait was different with normal distribution, which had been still widely used in marine traffic engineering field. Furthermore, with the traffic distribution analysis results, the traffic safety of the strait was also assessed by using the IWRAP model. The results showed that the highest level of risk were overtaking and crossing situations. Finally, we found that the highest risk of collision area in the Strait of Malacca was crossing area between the Strait of Malacca and the Port Klang fairway.

        • 태권도 선수의 인지 재구성에 의한 시합 불안 감소 연구

          본 연구의 목적은 김용승(1996)이 개발한 심리기술 강화 훈련 프로그램(시합불안 제어용)의 단축형을 스포츠 현장의 태권도 선수 남녀 2명에게 적용하고 그의 시합불안 제어효과를 조사하고자 하는 것으로 2개의 1인 대상연구 형태로 이루어 졌다. 개입프로그램은 합리적 정서적 치료(RET) 및 합리적 인지 재구성(CRR)을 기반으로 하여 개발된 것으로, 현장에서 심리학적 전문지식이 없어도 적용이 가능하도록 127개의 진술 항목이 개발되어 포함되어 있다. 대상은 남녀 대학 태권도 선수 2명이며 평소 시합불안 제어가 필요함을 표현하던 선수였다. 연구개입은 각각 4회기에 걸쳐 이루어졌고, 개입 전후에 SCAT 검사를 하여 특성 시합불안의 변화를 조사하였다. 개입 후에는 보충면접(Back-up Interview)을 통해 1인 대상 연구의 단점을 보완하고자 하였다. 남자 P의 경우 개입 프로그램 전후의 SCAT 점수는 15점에서 14점으로 1점의 감소를 보였으나, 보충면접을 통해 개입 프로그램이 시합 불안을 낮추는데 효과가 있었다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 피험자 L의 경우도 개입 프로그램 전의 점수가 20점이었으나 프로그램 개입 후의 점수는 12점으로 대폭 감소하여 개입 프로그램이 L의 시합 불안을 급격하게 감소시킨 것으로 나타났으며, 보충면접에서도 L은 개입 프로그램으로 시합 불안이 크게 감소하였다고 진술하였다. 따라서 이 프로그램은 태권도 선수들의 시합 시 불안을 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라 훈련 시에도 개입효과를 기대할 수 있다. This study aims to apply the simple version of Mental Technique Enhancing Training Program (for controlling game anxiety) developed by Young-Seung Kim (1996) to 2 Taekwondo players (male and female) in the sports field and to research the game anxiety control effect and was composed of 2 one-person studies. The intervention program was developed based on Rational-Emotive Therapy (RET) and Cognitive, Rational Restructuring (CRR) and is composed of 127 statement items developed for this research so that it can be applied without psychological expertise in the field. The subjects were 2 college taekwondo players who needed to control game anxiety usually. The intervention was performed 4 times for each player and examined the change of game trait anxiety by SCAT test before and after the intervention. Back-up interview was conducted to compensate for the weakness of one-person study after intervention. In case of male subject P, the SCAT score decreased from 15 to 14 after the intervention but it was concluded through the back-up interview that the intervention was effective in reducing game anxiety. In case of subject L, the SCAT score sharply decreased from 20 to 12 after the intervention, showing that the intervention program reduced game anxiety drastically. The subject L also stated that the game anxiety was reduced greatly due to the intervention in the back-up interview. Thus, it was concluded that this program can not only reduce anxiety during a game for taekwondo players but also have anxiety control effect during training session.

          부산항내 제트포일 여객선의 항해 속력에 대한 연구

          부산항내는 시간당 10척 이상의 선박이 통항하고 있고, 일본 왕복 제트포일 여객선이 30 kts~40 kts의 고속으로 항행하고 있어 우리나라에서도 고밀도 교통해역으로 간주된다. 더불어 이 항로 내에서는 제트포일 선박의 약 18 %가 고속으로 추월을 하거나 항로 밖으로 이탈하여 운항하고 있어 타 선박과 빈번히 조우하거나 항로 밖 항행 등과 같은 현행 법령을 미준수하고 있는 것으로 10일간의 해상교통조사를 통하여 분석되었다. 이 논문에서는 부산항의 교통조사 결과를 기반으로 한 해상교통류 시뮬레이션을 통하여 부산항내의 제트포일 여객선의 운항자 허용 가능 속력이 약32노트 이하로 계산되었으며, 제트포일 선박이 항로 내 및 항로 밖으로 통항하는 경우의 조선부담감 발생비율 차이가 미미한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 시간당 통항척수가 감소함으로써 조선부담감이 다수 감소하기 때문에 피크타임 시간대 운항을 피하여 통항안전을 확보하여야 할 것이다. There are more than 10 ships and jetfoil passenger ships with speeds of 30~40 kts navigating between Japan and Busan ports per hour. Busan port has the highest density of traffic among the Korean ports and waterways. Jetfoil ships are the most frequently encountered amongst other vessels and about 18 % of passing jetfoil vessels violated port regulations. Based on the analysis of traffic survey carried out for 10 days, jetfoil vessels often overtook other vessels in route and deviated with high speed. This paper verified a proper speed and how to navigate in or out route of jetfoil ships by marine traffic flow simulation. A acceptable navigation speed for jetfoil vessel's mariner was calculated at less than about 32kts in Busan Port. It is a little different that shiphandling difficulty of jetfoil was almost the same whether passing in and out route in Busan Port. This paper proposes that the passing time of jetfoil ships should avoid the peak time to improve the traffic safety in Busan Port.

          남해안 주요항만 접근해역의 위험도 분석에 관한 연구

          남해안은 우리나라 전체 항만의 입항척수의 58.1%출 차지하며, 위험화물 운반선의 척수를 기준으로 할 경우 68.9%를 차지하여 통항위험에 노출되어 있다. 따가서 남해안 주요항만에 입출항하는 선박의 교통량과 흐름을 조사하여 교통환경스트레스 모델을 적용하여 해역별 위험도를 평가하고, 위험도와 해양사고 및 입출항 척수와의 관계 분석을 통해 주요항만의 문제점과 해결책을 마련할 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. The main ports of Korean south sea are exposed to intensive danger as 58.1% of total vessel in Korea waters and 62.9% of total dangerous cargo ships. Therefore, it is required to establish fundamental database to solve numerous issues at the main ports cf the south sea as studying amount of the vessel traffic and their flows into the main ports, and evaluating degree of danger by traffics environmental stress model as analyzing relationships among degree of danger, maritime accident, and number of vessel arriving or departing in the main ports.

          에어로졸 증착법[aerosol depostion method]에 의한 $Ba[Ce_{0.9}Y_{0.1}]O_{3-\delta}$ - Ni 수소분리막 제조

          BCY($Ba(Ce_{0.9}Y_{0.1})O_{3-\delta}$) oxide, shows high protonic conductivity at high temperatures, and are referred to as hydrogen separation membrane. For high efficiency of hydrogen separation ($H_2$ flux and selectivity) and low fabrication cost, ultimate thin and dense BCY-Ni layer have to be coated on a porous substrate such as $ZrO_2$. Aerosol depostion (AD) process is a novel technique to grow ceramic film with high density and nano-crystal structure at room-temperature, and would be applied to the fabrication process of AD integration ceramic layer effectively. XRD and SEM measurements were conducted in order to analyze the characteristics of BCY-Ni membrane fabricated by AD process.

          유도결합 플라즈마 화학기상증착법을 이용한 Ni/SiO<sub>2</sub>/Si 기판에서 그라핀 제조

          Graphene has been effectively synthesized on Ni/SiO$_2$/Si substrates with CH$_4$ (1 SCCM) diluted in Ar/H$_2$(10%) (99 SCCM) by using an inductively-coupled plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition. Graphene was formed on the entire surface of the 500 nm thick Ni substrate even at 700 $^{\circ}C$, although CH$_4$ and Ar/H$_2$ gas were supplied under plasma of 600 W for 1 second. The Raman spectrum showed typical graphene features with D, G, and 2D peaks at 1356, 1584, and 2710 cm$^{-1}$, respectively. With increase of growth temperature to 900 $^{\circ}C$, the ratios of the D band intensity to the G band intensity and the 2D band intensity to the G band intensity were increased and decreased, respectively. The results were strongly correlated to a rougher and coarser Ni surface due to the enhanced recrystallization process at higher temperatures. In contrast, highquality graphene was synthesized at 1000 $^{\circ}C$ on smooth and large Ni grains, which were formed by decreasing Ni deposition thickness to 300 nm.

          전자연동장치용 연동도표 작성 지원 소프트웨어 개발에 관한 연구

          Described in this paper is the software to design of a railway interlocking table, which describes the functional specifications of an interlocking device. Interlocking tables has been designed mainly based on personal expertise among signal engineers. However, this expertise needs to be analyzed with technical uniformity and integrated in an organized system. The proposed software is amount to the signal engineer's expertise, yet a generalization of interlocking reasoning. The algorithm is based on the train route setting principle, and is applicable in solving practical problems by computers. The software was evaluated through man-made and machine-made interlocking tables are compared. The evaluation results proves the software to be effective for computer control of the signaling system as interlocking system with a much improved safety.
