대수층을 취급하는데 있어서 어려운 문제중에 하나는 수문학적인 변수의 공간적인 분포를 추정하는 것이다. 대수충에서 전달계수의 분포를 결정하기 위하여, 몇 개의 자료가 유용하다; 관측정 주변 전달계수의 극부적인 값, 간섭실험, 약간의 지질구조 지식, 이러한 자료들은 대수층을 나타내는데 적절히 활용되어야 한다. 주어진 자료들이 적절히 반영되도록 3가지 최적화 계산과정에 따라 전달계수 분포를 추정하였다; 제한된 pilot point에서 조정된 값과 기지점의 값을 기초로 하여 변수분포의 지질 통계적인 평가, 수치 모델에 의하여 산정된 값과 비교, 최소화 알고리즘에 의하여 pilot point 값의 수종, 대수층에 위의 방법을 적용해 본 결과 매우 유용함이 증명되었다. One of the delicate problems in aquifer problems in aquifer management is the identification of the spatial distribution of the hydrological parameters. To determine the distribution of the transmissivity in a aquifer, several data are available; the local values of transmissivity around well, interference tests, some knowledge of geological structure. All this information has to be combined to find a plausible representation of the aquifer. According to a three phased optimization process calculation is carried out; geostatistical estimate of the parameter field on the basis of known well point values adjustable on a limited numerical model, and modification of the values ot pilot points by a minimization algorithm. This procedure, applied to a known case, has proved to be very useful.

인접계측지점의 상관성을 이용하여 결측지점의 자료를 보완한 다음, 다중상관 기법에 의하여 총강우량의 호우곡면을 구성한다. 구성된 호우 곡면에서 주기성분을 분리하여 호우잔차를 발생시키는데, 이중 프리에 해석을 이용했다. 각 강우에 잔차성분들은 균질등방성이라고 가정하여 이에 대응하는 자기 상관 함수를 조사하엿다. 실용성을 보완하기 위해서 경험치와 비교하였다. 모든 강우에 대한 정규상관 함수의 계수는 비슷한 양상을 보였다. 위의 결과를 사용하여 한강유역에 내린 강우의 공간분포를 나타내는 환상스펙트럼 분포함수를 추정하였다. Using the storm data which was augmented by the stochastic correlation with it's neighbors, the multiquadric equation of random surface of total storm depth is constructed. And to separate the local components from it's regionals and find the regional characteristics, a double Fourier analysis was applied to the total depths of storm data. The local components, storm residuals of each storm was assumed to be homogeneous random field and investigated with it's autocorrelation function. For the practical application, isotropic was assumed and that was identified with emprical data. Coefficients of normalized autocorrelation for all storms showed similar apperance. Using this emprical result, an example of the radial spectral distribution function which represints the spatial characteristics of rainfall over Han River Basin during 1975-1983 is presented.

For a hotel industry, the membership program is a way to admit new hotel members, make revenues by new membership fee, obtain sales of sutie and food and beverage for those with membership and increase sale. The main purpose of this research is to suggest the most effective process of rejoin ratio for membership after one year. Second purpose of this research is to suggest effective process of stabilizing rejoin ratio by membership character and active factor. Third purpose of this research is to research on efficient management of hotel membership program the previous studies on membership program an its current statues within the hotels in first class hotels in Seoul. The research result was the main purpose of the membership program was to hold importance market share to increase customer enrollment, to increase sale, increase revenue for more effective advertisement and to provide the customers with variety of services.
HPLC를 이용한 한국산 송이의 methyl trans-cinnamate 함량 분석

The contents of methyl trans-cinnamate, a significant and major aromatic compound in Tricholoma matsutake (pine mushroom), were determined by HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography.). Mushroom sample collected from five sites in Korea were extracted with methanol by ultrasonication. The contents of methyl trans-cinnamate in the pileus and stalk of pine mushroom ranged from 84.8 to 995.7 μg/g and from 4.5 to 45.2 μg/g, respectively. The average contents of methyl trans-cinnamate in the pileus and stalk of pine mushroom from the five sites were 559.1 μg/g and 35.7 μg/g, respectively. From the results of this study, we could conclude that the contents of methly trans-cinnamate varied by different parts (pileus and stalk) and collecting sites. The amounts of methyl trans-cinnamate from tresh T. matsutake were higher than those of dried T. matsutake, Pileus of pine mushroom appeared to contain more methyl trans-cinnamate than did stalk. Additionally, as pileus of pine mushroom developed, the aroma content increased as well.
