연구배경 활짝 핀 꽃이 아름답듯이 확연한 의도와 뛰어난 감각에 의해 디자인된 주얼리는 아름답다. 세상에는 수많은 보석이 있고, 아름다운 보석들을 다양한 디자인과 적절한 보석 세팅기법을 활용하여 훌륭한 장신구로 탄생시키는 것이 모든 주얼리 디자이너들의 소망이다. 아름답고 고귀한 다이아몬드도 장신구에 적절히 세팅되지 않는다면 진정한 가치를 발휘할 수 없기에 디자인에 걸맞은 적절한 보석 세팅 기법을 선택하는 것이 좋은 디자인을 하기 위한 기본이다. 연구방법 장신구 디자인에서 보석의 세팅에 초점을 맞추어 보석 세팅이 디자인적 요소로 주요한 단서를 제공하고 있고, 또한 수많은 장신구가 보석과 함께 세팅되고 있으므로 보석 세팅의 영향력이 크다는 것을 전제로 디자인적 요소를 고려한 상황과 여건에 맞는 아름다운 장신구를 디자인하는 데 의의가 있다. 보석세팅을 이용한 디자인 개발에 앞서 현재 장신구에 사용되고 있는 다양한 보석세팅 기법과 이를 활용한 장신구 디자인을 자료 조사하였다. 보석 세팅 기법의 종류와 설명은 관련 논문 및 서적, 그리고 인터넷정보, 업계 관행 등을 참고로 인용하였으며, 업계에서 오랫동안 종사한 세공기술자와 업계대표와의 인터뷰를 참고하였다. 인터넷과 서적에서 장신구의 보석 세팅별 사진 이미지와 보석 세팅 해석 사진을 첨부하는 동시에 캐드를 프로그램을 활용하여 캐드 이미지 그림을 첨부하였다. 연구결과 이와 같이 조사된 자료 내용을 통하여 연구한 결과는 각각의 보석 세팅 기법에 따라 시각적으로 다른 이미지를 가지게 되므로 시각적 자극을 받게 되는 사람에게 다양한 장신구 이미지 정보를 제공할 수 있으며, 보석 세팅 방법에 따른 적절한 디자인 개발을 할 수 있다. 결론 보석세팅의 다양한 활용성이 디자인적 요소로 충분히 응용될 것이며, 장신구 디자인에 있어 긍정적인 결과가 있을 것으로 기대한다. Background As broad-blown flower is beautiful, jewelry designed by decided intention and outstanding sense is beautiful. There are many jewels in the world, and a wish of all jewelry designers is to produce these beautiful jewels as worthy jewelry with various designs and proper jewelry setting technique. If diamond emitting beautiful light is not properly set in jewelry, it is difficult for this diamond to create true value, so to consider the proper jewelry setting technique suited to design is to find the good design. Methods This study focuses on the setting of jewels in the jewelry design, so jewelry setting offers a major clue as a design factor, and many jewelries have been set with jewels, so it is meaningful to design a beautiful jewelry suited to conditions considering a design factor on the premise that jewelry setting is influential. Before the design development using the jewelry setting, I looked at the various jewelry setting techniques used in the jewelery and jewelry design using it. Related thesis and book, internet information, and practice in the business world were consulted and quoted about type and explanation of jewelry setting technique, and interview with CEO and jewelry worker working in the jewelry industry for ages was consulted. The researcher added jewelry setting analysis picture and image by jewelry settings of jewelry in internet and book, created jewelry supposed to be set by lino CAD principle of jewelry setting. Result Each jewelry setting technique has a visually different image based on above data for research, so a variety of jewelry image information can be offered to people with visual stimuli, and the study on the development of proper design according to jewelry setting methods is meaningful. Conclusion Diversity and use of jewelry setting will be fully applied as a design factor through this study, and there will be a positive result of jewelry design.

The high pressure hydrogen gas refueling system is required for fuel cell vehicle. In this paper, a commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code, FLUENT is adopted to investigate the gas flow characteristics inside the check valve for various refueling and tank pressures. The results showed that the choking phenomena can occur for certain refueling pressures, therefore refueling processes should be divided by multiple stages. And a design method to prevent the seal departure problem which reported in CNG usages is required.

In CNG (Compressed natural gas) fuel supply line, whose main components are receptacle and check valve are used to charge high pressure gas to the tank of NGV (Natural gas vehicle). It is reported that the seal is separated occasionally form valve seat and results in blockage of gas flow. In this paper, MARC is used to investigate the reasons of seal separation and suggest design improvements. The static gas pressure distributions acting on the seal which calculated using FLUENT are considered to investigate accurate seal deformation behaviors. Deformed seal shapes are obtained for various amounts of seal interference and its location, gas pressure distributions and Young's modulus of the rubber used. The results showed that the reasons of seal separation problems are verified theoretically, and suggested examples of new design method. Therefore the present numerical methods can be applied in designing and performance analysis of rubber seals adopted in high pressure fluid machineries.

We examined the intake effects of sport-drink with vinegar before exercise on the activation of lipid metabolism at rest and during submaximal exercise in obese men. In the change of respiratory exchange ratio during submaximal exercise, the high density-myvin intake group showed a lower value than placebo group, but this differences was no significance. This result meaned the intake of sport-drink with vinegar affect to the activation of lipid metabolism during submaximal exercise. After intake of sport-drink with vinegar at rest showed a significant higher blood FFA concentration than before intake, but placebo group showed no significant difference between before and after intake at rest. After intake of sport-drink with vinegar at rest showed a significant lower blood LDL-C concentration than before intake, but placebo group showed no significant difference between before and after intake at rest. The high density-myvin intake group showed a significant higher value of blood HDL-C concentration at 10 min of submaximal exercise than resting value, but placebo group showed no significant difference. In this results, we could be suggested the positive treatment of sport-drink with vinegar for the obese subjects.
