Direct Headspace Sampling 방법을 이용한 당근의 휘발성 Terpenoids 분석에 관한 연구

Volatile terpenoids of carrots were measured by the direct headspace sampling method(DHS) with gas chromatography as a study for the breeding of high quality carrots. Using this method, 7 terpenoids such as α-pinene, β-pinene, β-myrcene, α-terpinene, limonene, γ-terpinene, and terpinolene were clearly separated. However α-phellandrene was not clearly separated from β-myrcene. In addition to this, higher boiling point compounds such as terpinen-4-ol, bornyl acetate, and α-bisbolol were not found. The coefficients of determination(r²) for the 7 terpenoids were higher than 0.99 and the standard curves were highly significant. Four replicated samples using this method demonstrated great reproducibility; the coefficidnt of variation (C.V.) for α-pinene, β-pinene, β-myrcene, limonene, γ-terpinene, terpinolene, and total terpenoids were 6.8, 6.8, 8.4, 7.1, 3.8, 10.1, 7.1%. Sixty five carrot cultivars breeded worldwide were evaluated for the 7 terpenoids and total terpenoids; the range for α-pinene, β-pinene, β-myrcene, α-terpinene, limonene, γ-terpinene, terpinolene, and total terpenoids were 0.28∼2.48 ppm, 0.35∼1.87 ppm, 0.56∼1.51 ppm, 0 ppm, 0.59∼1.84 ppm, 0.87∼3.33 ppm, 5.15∼35.81 ppm, and 9.07∼42.30 ppm, respectively. Big differences in each terpenoid and total terpenoids were found among cultivars. On the total terpenoids of the 65 cultivars, 5 cultivars(7.7%) contained less than 10 ppm, 15 cultivars (23.1%) 10∼11.99 ppm, 14 cultivars(21.5%) 12∼13.99 ppm, 9 cultivars(13.8%) 14∼15.99 ppm, 10 cultivars(15.4%) 16∼17.99 ppm, 4 cultivars(6.2%) 18w19.99 ppm, 5 cultivars(7.7%) 20∼29.99 ppm, and 3 cultivars(4.6%) were higher than 30 ppm. Generally, cultivars developed in Japan contained less total terpenoids than cultivars developed in Europe and America.

본 연구는 영․유아용 또는 완구 판매 중심이라는 유사한 전략을 구사해온 업체 간의 치열한 경쟁으로 인해 레드오션이 된 국내 애니메이션 시장에서 후발주자인 CJ ENM의 〈신비아파트〉가 어떠한 가치혁신을 통해 블루오션을 창출하고 다양한 분야에서 괄목할 만한 성과를 낼 수 있었는지를 분석하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 〈신비아파트〉는 애니메이션 시장에서 기존 애니메이션들과는 다르게 과감한 장르의 확장(공포)과 디지털 플랫폼을 적극적으로 활용한 스토리와 콘텐츠 중심의 OSMU를 통해 시청자에게 새로운 가치를 제공함으로써 시청자층 확대에 성공했다. 그 결과 국내 굴지의 애니메이션 채널인 ‘투니버스’의 역대 최고 시청률을 경신하며 공식 방영 1년여 만에 1,310억 원이라는 매출액을 기록했다. 본 연구는 국내 애니메이션 산업의 핵심 가치요인을 파악하고, 〈신비아파트〉의 성공을 가져온 가치혁신의 내용을 분석하였다. The Korean animation industry has become a red ocean as companies compete fiercely with similar strategies specializing in infants and toddlers or toy sales. The purpose of this study is to analyze the value innovation of CJ ENM’s 〈Shinbi Apartment〉, a latecomer in the animation industry, to create a blue ocean and achieve remarkable results in various fields. Unlike the existing works in the animation market, 〈Shinbi Apartment〉 succeeded in expanding the audience by providing new value to viewers through a bold expansion of genre (horror) and a story and content-oriented OSMU utilizing digital platforms. As a result, 〈Shinbi Apartment〉 has recorded the highest viewership rating ever in the nation’s leading animation channel, “Tooniverse,” and recorded sales of KRW 13 billion in two years after the official airing. This study grasped the core value factors of the domestic animation industry and analyzed the contents of value innovation that led to the success of 〈Shinbi Apartment〉.
서중(暑中) 환경에서 현장 콘크리트 시험을 통한 양생 품질관리 방안

It is required to study systematical on the concrete quality management to extend structure life because rebuilding effect is reducing under present condition of large sized and high stories structure. Concrete, which shows its intensity by hydrating action and a big change in quality according to hot weather and temperature, produces a lot of quality problem under hot and cold weather. Because of each specification and construction plan which does not have basic standard on site, concrete's quality is irregular and makes some defect. As a result, Dae-gu is fumed out to be the longest area after investigating application period and days focused on 8 cities weather information about t relationship between hot weather circumstance and construction environment. Therefore, we first surveyed the curing construction processing in the region and found out the problem of quality management. Then figure out the way of solution. Moreover, we integrated curing quality management, which is applied differently to each site, to have equal quality and to reduce defect from construction site. And then, based on various test of construction condition and analysis of quality management item, we suggest effective concrete quality management to make curing construction standard guide and plan under hot weather.

본 연구는 여성노동자 내부 집단에 따라 상이하게 형성된 일-가정 갈등 수준과 해소전략을 규명하고 있다. 기존의 실증연구들은 직장-가정자원이 일-가정 갈등 감소에 미치는 긍정적인 기능에만 주목한 반면, 본 연구는 직업지위 간 차이를 고려한 조절효과모형을 적용해 자원이 일-가정 갈등에 미치는 영향이 상이하게 분포하고 있음을 밝혔다. 첫째, 전문․사무직 여성노동자의 경우 직장자원을 사용할 경우 일-가정 갈등 수준이 유의미하게 낮아졌다. 둘째, 기술․단순노무직 여성노동자의 경우 직장자원은 일-가정 갈등 감소 자원으로 기능하지 않는다. 셋째, 가정자원인 배우자의 가사노동시간은 여성노동자의 직업지위 차이를 막론하고 일-가정 갈등 감소 자원으로 기능하지 않는다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 직업지위에 따라 일-가정 갈등 수준과 해소 전략이 양극화 되어 있는 현상을 포착하였다는 점에서 노동시장 내 하위일자리를 가진 여성노동자를 위한 기업 내 직장자원이 더욱 적극적으로 개발되어야 할 필요성을 보여준다. 나아가 국외 선행연구와 달리 가정자원의 일-가정 갈등 감소 효과가 나타나지 않았다는 점에서 국내 가구구조 내 변화와 함께 여성노동자의 역할에 대한 사회적 분위기의 변화가 시급한 과제로 판단된다. This study explores different level of work-family conflict and solving strategies depending on subgroups of women worker’s occupational status. Existing empirical studies focused on positive role of organizational-family resources reducing work-family conflict. However, this study found that unequal distribution of work-family conflict based on moderated multiple regression considering difference of occupational status. Tree main results of this study are as followers, Firstly, when professional-office women worker uses organizational resource, the level of work-family conflict is significantly reduced. Secondly, in the case of technical-routine women worker, organizational resource does not function as resource decreasing work-family conflict. Thirdly, husbands’ housework hour does not function as resource decreasing work-family conflict, regardless of difference in women worker’s occupational status. Based on findings capturing polarized level of work-family conflict and solving strategies depending on occupational status, this study conclude that individual companies have to develope organizational resource more aggressively for lower status women workers. Furthermore, there is no positive effect of family resources on work-family conflict in this study unlike previous abroad studies. Consequently, in Korea, women’s role restructuring in household and forming social atmosphere is urgent problem to actually achieve work – family balance.

벤조산 유도체와 베타 사이클로덱스트린의 복합체 형성반응에 의한 초음파 완화

베타 사이클로덱스트린(${\beta}$-Cyclodextrin, ${\beta}$-CD)(호스트)과 벤조산 유도체(게스트)의 수용액에 대하여 $25^{\circ}C$, 광대역 주파수영역(0.2 MHz ~ 50 MHz)에서 초음파 흡수계수를 측정하여 호스트와 게스트의 복합체 형성반응의 속도론적 연구를 행하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 1 MHz이하의 초음파 흡수측정이 중요하다. ${\beta}$-CD와 벤조산 유도체의 상호작용에 의한 초음파 완화는 수 MHz영역에서 단일 완화현상의 전형적인 스펙트럼을 보였다. 단일완화현상의 원인은 ${\beta}$-CD와 벤조산 유도체의 복합체 형성반응에 의한 화학평행의 혼란상태에 의한것으로 해석하였다. 게스트 농도에 따른 완화주파수의 의존성으로부터 붕괴 속도상수($k_b=7.48{\times}10^6M^{-1}s^{-1}$), 평형상수($K=68.6M^{-1}$)를 결정하였다. 그리고 파장당 최대흡수치의 의존성으로부터 반응에 의한 표준체적변화(${\Delta}V=10.6{\times}10^{-6}m^3mol^{-1}$)를 구하였다. 또한 게스트 분자의 소수성 그룹이 복합체의 안정성에 중요한 역할을 하는 것을 알았다.
당근 가공시 열처리 조건에 따른 휘발성 Terpenoids 함량 비교

Changes in the content of volatile terpenoids were investigated with heat-treated carrot. As heat treatment temperature became higher, the amount of volatile terpenoids decreased significantly. According to heat-treatment period, the volatile terpenoids, a-pinene and total terpenoids, decreased drastically during the initial 30-minutes of heat treatment but the rate of decrease slowed down afterwards. When changes in the content of volatile terpenoids in carrot juice were investigated according to sterilization temperature and period, the content decreased quickly with higher sterilization temperature. According to sterilization period, the content of volatile terpenoids decreased drastically during the initial 20-minutes of sterilization but decreased gradually afterwards. The amount of total terpenoids decreased more when sterilization was done at 10$0^{\circ}C$ for 20 minutes compared to sterilization at 6$0^{\circ}C$ and 8$0^{\circ}C$ for 60 min. In order to reduce the amount of volatile terpenoids in carrot juice, sterilization at high temperature for a short period of time would be more effective compared with sterilization at low temperature for a long period of time.
교육과정 개정에 따른 초등학교 과학 교과서의 식물의 구조와 기능 단원의 개념 네트워크 구조와 연계성

The purpose of this study was to analyze the change of the conceptual network structure and articulation between the concepts of the ‘The Structure and Functions of Plants’ unit in elementary school science textbooks according to the curriculum revision. For this, the ‘The Structure and Functions of Plants’ unit was analyzed by dividing into plant composition, transpiration, and photosynthesis according to the contents. As the curriculum was revised to the 7th, 2009 revised, and 2015 revised curriculum, the network of concepts presented in textbooks was visualized and the articulation between the concepts was analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. First, the conceptual network of 'The Structure and Functions of Plants' unit in elementary school textbooks was connected around the core concepts corresponding to the structure of plants. Second, the core concepts of textbooks were maintained regardless of the curriculum. Third, the core concepts presented in the curriculum achievement standards and those presented in the textbook were the same. Fourth, the number of concepts presented in textbooks was small, forming a clear concept network. This is a result showing that the curriculum revision intention to reduce the amount of learning is well reflected in the textbook. Through this, there is a need to analyze other units of elementary school textbooks and analyze the articulations between inquiry activities and texts. In addition, it is expected that the results of this study can be used as basic data for textbook development and teaching and learning strategies.
