        Streptozotocin 유도 당뇨쥐에서 C3G 및 D3G 안토시안이 풍부한 검정콩 CJ-3호 종피 추출물의 혈중지질 개선효과

        기존 연구에서 주로 사용하는 기타 재래종 검정콩 종피추출물 (콩단백질 혹은 총 안토시안)의 효과를 연구하는 경우와 달리, 본 연구에서는 재래종 서리태보다 C3G와 D3G 안토시안이 2배 이상 풍부한 검정콩 CJ-3호 종피추출물을 이용하였다. STZ로 유도된 당뇨쥐에 4주간 검정콩 CJ-3호 종피추출물을 처치한 결과 비록 체중감소, 혈당강하, 인슐린저항성 완화 등의 효과는 미비하지만 근육량이 유의적으로 증가하였는데 이는 일반적으로 항비만 식이요법에 따라 나타나는 근육소모를 보완하는 중요한 효과이다. STZ유도 당뇨 쥐에서 억제된 글리코겐이용률이 검정콩 CJ-3호 종피추출물에 의하여 증가한 것은 포도당이 에너지원으로 사용되면서 지방조직의 지질이용률을 억제하여 혈중 TG를 개선시켰고 간에서 HMG-CoA reductase 활성을 조절함으로써 혈청 TC를 낮추는데 기여하였다. 4주간의 투여기간을 연장한다면 향후 당뇨에서 발생하는 인슐린저항성 및 당화적 산화성억제에 따른 지질의 과산화물의 생성을 억제할 수 있는 가능성도 기대할 수 있겠다. 또한 검정콩 CJ-3호는 병 저항성이 높고 종실특성이 우수한 녹자엽 검정콩으로 생산성이 높아서 기능성에 대한 반복실험을 확인한다면 기능성식품시장의 산업화도 가능하다. 따라서 C3G와 D3G 안토시안이 풍부한 기능성 식품의 경우 당뇨, 비만 및 암 등 난치병질환에서 나타나는 혈중지질 개선을 위한 임상적 효과 또한 기대해 볼 수 있겠다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of black soybean (CJ-3) testa extracts on lipid profiles in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. Methods: One control group and four STZ-induced diabetic groups with different doses of black soybean (CJ-3) testa extracts treatment [0 mg/kg (diabetic control, EX), 250 mg/kg (EX-250), 500 mg/kg (EX-500), 1,000 mg/kg (EX-1000)] were orally administered for 4 weeks. Results: All CJ-3 treatment groups had remarkably lower serum triglyceride (TG) levels than that of EX group (p < 0.05) whereas hepatic TG contents did not show any differences. Results from serum total cholesterol (TC) concentrations of EX-250 and EX-1000 groups were decreased compared to EX group (p < 0.05). Furthermore, protein levels of 3-hydroxy-3-methyl-glutaryl-Coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase from the liver decreased in all treatment groups (p < 0.05). However, significant differences were not observed in serum glucose and insulin, and glucose transporter 4 (GLUT-4) protein expression in skeletal muscle tissue. Conclusion: These results suggest that black soybean testa extracts could be useful for improvement of hyperlipidemia and hypercholesteremia in diabetes.

        초등학생의 학교폭력 유형에 따른 상태분노, 우울, 자아탄력성, 자아존중감

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate differences in the states of anger, depression, resilience and self-esteem according to type of school violence involving elementary school students. Methods: The participants were 257 elementary school students in the 4th, 5th and 6th grades. Data was collected by structured questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, χ²?test, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Results: There were significant differences among the states of anger (Fs=16.66, p<.001), depression (Fs=18.04, p<.001), resilience (F=12.77, p<.001) and self-esteem (F=10.39, p<.001) according to the type of school violence. Of all the groups, bully-victim exhibited the highest score for anger and depression, and the lowest score for resilience and self-esteem. Conclusion: Based on the findings, developing intervention programs that consider the psychological characteristics of elementary school students is necessary. Also, the results of this study suggest that integrative programs for students that can enhance resilience and self-esteem, such as self-discovery programs, and reduce anger, such as anger control programs, need to be developed.

        대학생들의 경제적 스트레스와 우울, 자살생각, 자아탄력성 및 사회적 지지

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine economic stress, depression, suicidal ideation, resilience and social support in college students and to examine the correlation between these variables. Methods: The participants were 157 3th and 4th year college students. Data were collected in September and October, 2016. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: Students` economic hardship and worry about future economic security, sub-categories of economic stress had pos-itive correlations with depression and suicidal ideation. Economic hardship showed a significant negative correlation with resilience but no correlation with social support while worry about future economic security had negative correla-tions with resilience and social support. Factors significantly influencing suicidal ideation were depression (β=.37, p<.001) and social support (β=-.31, p<.001), with a total explanatory power of 36% (F=9.09, p<.001). Conclusion: These findings indicate that intervention strategies for managing economic stress in college students should include developing resilience and providing social support as well as decreasing depression and suicidal ideation.

        간호사의 사회심리적 건강과 동료의 지지가 환자 돌봄 능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of nurses" psycho-social health and social support from colleagues on patient caring ability. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used and the participants in this study were 422 nurses from 3 general hospitals. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire and collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis with the SAS 9.4 program. Results: Total mean score for psychosocial health was 3.15± 0.57, for social support from colleagues, 3.43±0.55, and for caring ability, 4.04±0.53. Psychosocial health, social support from colleagues, and married status were identified as significant factors influencing patient caring ability. Conclusion: Findings from this study indicate that psychosocial health and social support from colleagues are related to patient caring ability, and thus, to improve nurses’ caring ability for patient and for self, it is important to create a work environment that keeps nurses healthy and promotes collaboration with colleagues.

        일 대학 간호학생의 학습유형별 시뮬레이션 교육 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 일개 대학 간호과 3학년 학생 145명을 대상으로 학습유형별 시뮬레이션 교육 전·후 자기효능감, 문제해결능력, 임상수행능력 차이를 파악하여 학습유형별 시뮬레이션 교육을 제공하기 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 실시하였다. 본 연구는 시뮬레이션교육 후 학습유형별로 효과를 검증하기 위한 단일군 전후설계 실험연구이다. 본 연구 결과 간호학생의 학습유형은 적응자가 가장 많았으며, 시뮬레이션 교육후 문제해결능력(F=5.015, p=.02)과 임상수행능력(F=3.288, p=.02)은 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 문제해결 능력은 융합자와 분사자가 적응자보다, 임상수행능력은 융합자가 적응자보다 유의하게 높게 나타나 학습유형별 시뮬레이션 교육의 효과에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 그러나 자기효능감은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 학습유형별로 시뮬레이션교육을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to establish basic materials for providing a learning type specific simulation education through identifying the differences in self-efficacy, problem solving ability and clinical competence before and after a learning type specific simulation education, with 145 3rd-year nursing students at a university as the study subjects. This study is a single-group, before-and-after designed experiment for verifying the learning type specific effects after simulation education. As a result of the experiment on the learning types of nursing students, the adaptors were seen to be the most, and the after-simulation education problem solving ability (F=5.015, p = 0.02) and the after-education clinical competence (F=3.288, p = 0.02) showed statistically significant differences. From which, based on the fact that the convergers were seen to be significantly higher than the adaptors and the divergers were higher than the adaptors in regard to problem solving ability, and the fact that the convergers were seen to be significantly higher than the adaptors in regard to clinical competence, it was possible to ascertain that there are differences in the effects of learning type specific simulation education. However, self-efficacy did not show any statistically significant differences. Based on these results, it can be expected that a simulation education by learning types can be provided.

        노인장기요양 방문간호 현황 및 추이

        Purpose: This study aims to provide basic data for the development of measures and promoting home health nursing by examining the current status and trends in home health nursing for long-term care (LTC) insurance beneficiaries. Methods: Secondary data, including annual LTC insurance statistics reports for 2010-2017 and LTC manpower data, were used to compute current status and trends in the provision of home health nursing. Results: Beneficiaries of home health nursing under LTC insurance, insurance-covered costs for home health nursing, home health nursing provider, and home health nursing providing institution only accounted for 3% of all insurance-covered home care services, and were on a consistent decline since 2010. In particular, vulnerable rural regions with high proportion of individuals had poor infrastructure in terms of home health nursing institutions and manpower, but had a higher home health nursing utilization rate compared to urban regions. Conclusion: In addition to measures to support home health nursing service beneficiaries, policy measures are needed to support home health nursing service personnel and institutions. Furthermore, programs to cultivate the expertise of home health nurses and improve quality of home health nursing services should be developed in order to promote home health nursing utilization in vulnerable rural regions.

        신규간호사의 사회심리적 건강과 자기 돌봄이 실무 적응어려움에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Psychosocial health and Self-nurturance on the experience of new graduate nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. The participants in this study were 149 nurses who had less than 12 months of nursing experience and were working at one of 4 general hospitals. The data were collected by a self-administered questionnaire from Nov. 2012 to Oct. 2014. Results: The total mean score for Psychosocial health was 3.07±0.60, Self-nurturance, 3.38±0.44, and graduate nurse experience, 2.59±0.27. The effect of Psychosocial health and Self-nurturance predicted 23% of variance in graduate nurse experience. Conclusion: These results indicate that Psychosocial health and Self-nurturance have a positive relationship to graduate nurse experience. Therefore, further studies including approaches that support Psychosocial health and Self-nurturance are recommended to help in the adaptation of newly graduated nurses to clinical settings.

        간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향이 감정조절, 지각된 스트레스, 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of critical thinking disposition on emotional regulation, perceived stress and communication competence of students in nursing. Methods: A total of 362 students were recruited from two nursing colleges in C and S city. Data were collected by means of self reported questionnaires from December 1 to 15, 2012 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0. Results: A positive correlation was found between critical thinking disposition and seeking support emotional regulation, active emotional regulation and communication competence. A negative correlation was found between critical thinking disposition and perceived stress. Critical thinking disposition was the strongest predictor of seeking support emotional regulation, active emotional regulation, perceived stress and communication competence. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that to enhance positive emotional regulation and communication competence and to reduce stress for nursing students, it is necessary to develop a teaching program and curriculum for increasing critical thinking disposition.
