본 논문은 사격시험장에서 근골격계 질환의 예방 방안에 관한 연구 결과이다. 사격시험장에서 포탄을 들어 올리고 장전시스템에 올리는 작업을 인력에 의존하여 수행할 때 근골격계 질환의 발생가능성이 높으며 인적, 사회심리적, 인간공학적 측면에서 예방 방안을 검토하였다. 특히 NIOSH와 OWAS 에 의한 인간 공학적 평가 결과 포탄의 들기 및 이송 작업은 인간공학적 개선이 요구됨을 확인하였다. 인적, 사회심리적 측면에서의 개선과 함께 인간공학적 측면에서 기계적 이송장치의 사용으로 근골격계 질환의 발생가능성을 제거하였으며 작업의 효율성을 향상시켰다.
원형 배열 안테나 빔 형성을 위한 안테나 선택 및 제어 방법

본 논문에서는 원형 배열 안테나를 장착한 차량이 이동하면서 메쉬 네트워크 환경을 구성할 때 다중 노드 빔 형성을 위한 안테나 선택 방식과 전력 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 안테나 선택 방법은 안테나의 방사 이득을 고려하여 빔 형성을 위한 안테나를 선택하고, 두 개 이상의 노드가 인접할 경우 배열 이득을 최대화하기 위해 안테나를 중복으로 선택한다. 제안한 전력 제어 알고리즘은 중복 안테나 선택 시 SIR이 최대가 되도록 각 안테나의 전력을 제어한다. 전산 모의 실험을 통하여 제안한 알고리즘을 적용하여 기존의 방식과 비교하여 두 노드가 15°로 인접했을 때 최대 2.5 dB의 SIR 향상을 보인다. This paper proposes the antenna selection scheme and power control algorithms of multiple nodes beamforming when the vehicles equipped with circular array antennas is moving and construct mobile mesh networks. The proposed antenna selection scheme chooses beamforming antenna elements considering antenna radiation gain and allows duplicated antenna selection for multiple adjacent nodes. The proposed power control algorithms maximize SIR for the duplicated antenna selection. The simulation demonstrates that the proposed antenna selection and power control achieve 2.5dB higher SIR gain than that of conventional methods when two nodes are apart from 15°.
소음인(少陰人) 십전대보탕(十全大補湯)이 면역반응(免疫反應)에 미치는 영향(影響)

In order to investigate the effects of shipjuntaepotang (少陰人 十全大補湯) on immune response, the author performed this experimental study. Delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) and rosette forming cells (RFC) for cell-mediated immune response, hemagglutinin (HA) titers, hemolysin (HL) titers, and carbon clearance for phagocytic function of MPS (mononuclear phagocyte system) were measured in ICR mice. The results were summarized as follows. 1. DTH in the experimental group was increased, as compared with the control group, with statistical significance. 2. RFC in the experimental group was increased, as compared with the control group, with statistical significance. 3. HA-titers were increased in the experimental group, as compared with the control group, with statistical significance. 4. HL-titers were increased in the experimental group, as compared with the control group, with statistical significance. 5. Carbon clearance was increased in the experimental group, as compared with the control group, with statistical significance. Through invivo experimental study in ICR mice, these findings suggest that shipjuntaepo-tang enhance both cellmediated and humoral immune responce.

Purpose : To assess the usefulness of gadobenate dimeglumine-enhanced hepatobiliary phase MR imaging for evaluation of histological characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Materials and Methods : 57 HCCs histopathologically proved by surgery in 51 patients were retrospectively evaluated. All patients underwent gadobenate dimeglumine-enhanced MR imaging prior to surgery. The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of lesion and liver, and the liver-to-lesion contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) for both pre- and postcontrast hepatobiliary phase were measured and contrast enhancement ratio (CER) of lesion and liver were calculated to correlate with three groups stratified by histological grades (Edmondson-Steiner classification) of the lesions. The differences between means of each group were statistically analyzed with one-way analysis of variance test. Results : The liver-to-lesion CNRs of well-differentiated HCCs (n=9) on pre- (-0.8±13.2) and postcontrast hepatobiliary phase images (13.2±30.4) were significantly (P<0.05) lower compared to those of moderately (14.2±9.4 and 39.1±15.4 on pre- and postcontrast, respectively) (n=37) and poorly differentiated HCCs (18.6±11.3 and 39.3±27.9) (n=11), respectively. There were no significant difference for CERs between three histological tumor grades. Conclusion : Gadobenate dimeglumine-enhanced hepatobiliary phase MR imaging can help predict the histological grades of hepatocellular carcinomas preoperatively, especially differentiating well- from moderately and poorly differentiated HCCs.
