In this paper, a novel multilevel inverter using DC-Link voltage combination is presented to reduce the harmonics of output voltage without the output filter inductor The proposed multilevel inverter can generate 27-level output voltage. It employs three H-bridge cells which consist of single phase full- bridge inverter module. As well as, It can make continuous output voltage level employing the properly three DC-Link voltage ratio.<br/> The validity of the proposed inverter is verified through the experimental result using a prototype which can generate a 110[Vdc], 60[Hz] output voltage from 12[Vde], 36[Vdc], and 108[Vdc] input voltages<br/>

In this paper, we proposed the electric circuit using one common arm of H-Bridge Inverters to reduce the number of switching component in multi-level PWM inverter combined with H-Bridge Inverters and Transformers. and we proposed the switching method that can be same rate of usage at each transformer. Also, we tested the proposed prototype inverter to clarify the proposed electric circuit and reasonableness of control signal.

First light galaxies have predictable linear clustering, and are expected to produce fluctuations with a characteristic spatial power spectrum, which peaks at an angular scale of ~ 10 arcminutes and in the $1-2{\mu}m$ spectral regions. The Cosmic Infrared Background ExpeRiment 2 (CIBER2) is a dedicated sounding rocket mission for measuring the fluctuations in the extragalactic infrared background light, following up the previous successful measurements of CIBER1. With a 28.5 cm telescope accompanied with three arms of camera barrels and a dual broadband filter on each H2RG (${\lambda}_c=2.5{\mu}m$) array, CIBER2 can measure 6 bands of wide field ($1.1{\times}2.2$ degrees) up to 3 AB magnitudes deeper than CIBER1. This project is leaded by California Institute of Technology/Jet Propulsion Laboratory, collaborating internationally with Institute of Space and Astronautical Science in Japan, Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute, Korea Basic Science Institute, and Seoul National University. The Korean team is in charge of 1) one H2RG scientific array, 2) ground station hardware and software, 3) telescope lenses, and 4) flight and test bed electronics fabrication. In this paper, we describe the detailed activities of the Korean participation as well as the current status of the CIBER2 project.

In this paper, we proposed the electric circuit using one common arm of H-Bridge Inverters to reduce the number of switching component in multi-level inverter combined with H-Bridge Inverters and Transformers. and furthermore we suggested the new multi-level PWM inverter using PWM level to reduce THD(Total Harmonic Distortion). and we used the switching method that can be same rate of usage at each transformer. Also, we tested the proposed prototype 9-level inverter to clarify the proposed electric circuit and reasonableness of control signal for the proposed multi-level PWM inverter.

고속중형컴퓨터의 개발과 같은 대형 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 우해서는 먼저 연구 개발 업무의 방향 수립, 개발 업무의 수평적, 수직적인 세분화, 단계별 연구 개발 범위 설정, 연구원들간의 원활한 의사 소통 확립, 그리고 생성되는 결과물을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 관리 체계 정비가 필요하다. 한국전자통신연구소에서 개발 중인 고속 중형 컴퓨터 개발을 위한 개발 체계를 수립하였는데, 이는 프로젝트에 참여하는 개발자들에게 업무의 내용과 범위를 확실히 규정해주고, 사업 과정에서 발생할 시행 착오를 최소화하게 해주며, 개발 이후의 컴퓨터 시스템의 생산, 보완, 보전에 이르는 과정을 효과적으로 관리하는데 지침이 된다. 이 개발 체계는 업무 흐름 및 성격에 따라 순기 관리 체계, 관리물 관리 체계, 형상 관리 체계, 일반 관리 체계 등으로 구성되어져 있다.
