勤勞者의 作業動作에 관한 硏究 : Tube 工業을 中心으로 with special reference to tube industry

This paper is to study the motion in Tube Vulcanizer Process of S Company. This study has been designed with the following objectives: (1) to analyze the minute motion of encl parts in job. (2) to examine the simplification, sequence change and rationalization of job, according to the factors which is composed of its job. (3) to investigate the best method for the job performance. (4) ultimately, to improve the quality and to increase the production by reducing the job time, utilizing the machinery tools effectively, shortening the degree of fatigue. In the motion study of this paper, three jobs are classified, that is, the job which puts a tube in vulcanizer, the job which puts a tube out vulcanizer and the job which fill a tube with air. They arc recorded and analyzed by Therblig Symbol of 3 motions which are ① walking ② transporation ③ pressing. By so doing, this paper found out the unreasonable motion of job and clarified the points of improvement. Besides this, in this paper, the period of time in skill mastery is classified by 4 stages: not more than 3 months; 3 months; 6 months; 9 months. These stages are investigated and compared with in the process of skill mastery. And in the point of management view, this paper clarified the solution of problems in production coordination and the reliability o employee's skill.

Electrode pattern effects on the capacitive humidity sensor were investigated. The fabrication of the capacitive humidity sensor was formed with three steps. The bottom electrode was formed on the silicon substrate with Pt/Ti thin layer by using shadow mask and e-beam evaporator. The photo sensitive polyimide was formed on the bottom electrode by using photolithography process as a humidity sensitive thin film. The upper electrode was formed on the polyimide thin film with Pt/Ti thin layer by using e-beam evaporator and lift-off method. Three electrode patterns, such as circle, square, and triangle pattern, were used and changed the sizes to investigate the effects. The capacitances of the sensors were decreased 622 to 584 pF with the area decreament of patterns 250,000 to $196,250{\mu}m^2$. From these results, a capacitive humidity sensor with photo sensitive polyimide is expected to be applied to a high sensitive humidity sensor.
