        학교현장실습학기제 ‘교수-실습생-교사’ 협의회 운영에 관한 방향과 과제: 대학교수의 역할 모색을 중심으로

        This study focuses on exploring the role of university professors in the operation of the 'Professor-Student Teacher-Teacher' council through the experience of the school practicum semester system piloted by D University of Education in 2023 and 2024. We selected 20 participants who could provide specific answers to the research questions, including supervising professors, student teachers from D University, and cooperating teachers from research middle schools A and B. Focus group interviews (FGI) were conducted with each group to analyze their experiences and perceptions in depth. The analysis revealed that preferences for the operation of the 'Professor-Student Teacher-Teacher' council varied depending on the participants' orientations and perspectives. In terms of school management, the importance of preliminary meeting to share information in advance for the smooth progress of the practicum was emphasized. The role of university professors in the council was emphasized in the area of subject education, particularly concerning the subject-matter teaching plan. Key considerations included the appropriateness of council discussion topics, the role of professors who are not subject education specialists, and potential conflicts of opinion between professors and teachers in lesson planning during the three-party council meetings. The FGI analysis results suggest that multiple factors need to be comprehensively considered to operate the school practicum semester system council effectively.

        변혁적 지도성에 대한 비판적 고찰: 분산적 지도성을 중심으로

        본 논문은 지도성 연구를 위한 이론적 모델로서 최근 새롭게 부각되고 있는 분산적 지도성의 주요 내용을 고찰하고, 이에 근거하여 지도성 연구의 새로운 방향성을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 변혁적 지도성 이론의 주요 내용을 비판적으로 검토하면서 인식론적 한계점을 고찰하였다.<br/> <br/> This article discusses the main ideas of distributed leadership, recently emerged in the field of educational administration, as a new conceptual framework of leadership studies. In order to understand the whole feature of leadership, the distributed perspective argues, all the situational factors by which leadership happens need to be taken into account, since the practice of leadership is 'stretched over' school leaders and the material and symbolic artifacts in the environment.<br/> In the article, the traditional conceptions of leadership studies such as transformational leadership are criticized, since it is based on a narrow view of science termed logical positivism emphasizing ideas of hypothetico deductive approaches and the centralized mindset. It is pointed out that empirical evidence of transformational leadership is shown to be remarkably thin and to be derived from an inadequate conception of leader-follower relations.<br/> In terms of capturing the everyday routine ways of organizational functioning by emphasizing aspects of social and spatial distribution of leadership, it is suggested, proposals for distributed leadership are a promising development that substantially broadens the field of leadership studies.<br/> <br/>

        지식융합: 지식경영적 접근과 이해

        In these days, knowledge fusion is a key topic causing various academic work, such as co-publication of scholars holding different backgrounds and inter-discipline conferences, and curriculum reforms on a large scale in the area of higher education. Fusion tends to generally refer to the blending of different things into one, which is usually something new, with the release of tremendous energy. The study has examined the future direction that knowledge fusion should aim for and some possible ideas of developing its main focus further in terms of knowledge management mainly concerned with analysing the systematic process of knowledge creation. For the purpose of the study, the main content of some ICT based myths stemming from the first generation of knowledge management regarding knowledge sharing has been critically reviewed. Given that knowledge cannot exist without learning process, the study has also examined that how appropriately learning metaphors, such as knowledge acquisition, knowledge participation and knowledge creation, can cohere with the explanatory view of how knowledge sharing happens in educational settings. Then, in order to find out the foundational base of knowledge fusion to guide academic work, the meanings of creativity and similar words of it have been analysed using related literature. Finally, the inter-relationships of five types of intangibles including internal structure, human competence, external structure, social citizenship and environmental health have been proposed to figure out the whole process of the development of knowledge fusion. And the attitude of knowledge creators has been suggested as an ideal role model that all the scholars should take account into their work for the advancement of knowledge fusion in the future. 지식융합은 국내 학계의 학술활동과 대학사회의 제도운영(예: 교육과정 개혁 등)을 이끌고 있는 시대적 핵심 화두이다. 그러나 지식융합의 시대적 중요성과 미래적 발전 가능성에 대한 학계의 전반적 합의점에도 불구하고 지식융합의 지향점과 이를 달성하기 위한 방법론적 논의는 구체적으로 진행되고 있지 못한 형편이다. 본 연구는 지식경영적 시각에서 지식융합의 미래적 지향점과 활성화 방안을 시론적으로 탐색해보고자 하였다. 이러한 목적은 지식융합 현상이 지식경영 연구의 주요 주제인 지식창조과정(지식공유·학습·생성)과 불가분의 관계를 가진다는 사실에 근거하였다. 지식융합 현상은 집단과 조직구성원 간에 지식이 선행적으로 공유·학습되지 않는 한 체계적으로 발생하지 않는다. 본 연구는 지식융합의 전제조건으로 간주되는 지식공유에 대한 잘못된 지식경영 신화를 비판적으로 검토하였고, 지식생성기제로서의 다양한 학습은유를 상호비교하면서 지식융합의 시대적 지향점(창의성)을 탐색하였다. 이어서 지식융합의 발생과정 체계와 향후 발전을 위한 제언을 조직혁신과 지식경영의 시각에서 제시하였다.

        인지적 자연주의: 철학적 배경과 교육적 의미 탐색

        Until Two hundred years ago, most of the other scholarly pursuits were the province of philosophy. Gradually, the various natural and social sciences developed their own techniques of inquiry and split off from philosophy into separate disciplines. As a result of the diminished scientific content of the field, philosophy remained as a normative enterprise. In more recent philosophy of science, however, there is a trend to the naturalization of philosophy, termed cognitive naturalism, to the denial of theoretical boundary between philosophy and science. The paper has examined the main theoretical arguments and practical implications cognitive naturalism has proposed to develope in the fields of philosophy of science and education. In order to identify the philosophical views that have shaped cognitive naturalism, the author has traced back to the ideas(egs. naturalized epistemology, connectionism claiming for a neuroscientific view of knowledge) developed by some naturalists such as Quine and the Churchlands. Philosophy should be undertaken not a priori, they argued, but within the web of natural sciences such as psychology, cognitive science and neuroscience; the theory of philosophy should be pursued as an empirical discipline. It has been suggested that successful neuroscientific accounts of cognitive functioning offer the best prospect in integrating propositional knowledge(knowing that) and practical knowledge(knowing how). 본 논문은 최근 과학철학계의 주목을 받고 있는 인지적 자연주의의 철학적 내용과 교육적 시사점을 탐색한다. 이를 위하여 자연주의적 인식론과 신경망적 은유에 근거하고 있는 연결주의의 주요 내용을 분석한다. 이어서 지식에 대한 전통적 시각인 명제적 지식과 인지과학적 관점인 신경망적 지식을 상호 비교하면서 인지적 자연주의의 교육적 적용가능성을 도덕교육과 전문성 훈련의 영역에서 논의한다.

        영국의 미래를 위한 학교건립(Building Schools for the Future) 정책 실행ㆍ운영과정 평가와 지원제도 내용 분석

        Since the close linkage between building design and educational effect was strongly suggested in related literature, a number of countries including Korea have put enormous capital investment into refurbishing and renewing the physical environment of schools. Given a level of investment in rebuilding school infrastructure, policy makers in Korea have been largely concerned with finding out some ideas of how to maintain the quality of the school buildings investment programme to date. Building Schools for the Future(BSF) of the United Kingdom is the proper policy example by which policy makers would have a sense of direction to be taken for Korean schools building investment in the future. Because it has substantially proven the enormous effect of an ambitious five-year strategy to improve educational facilities for all children in the country and created high quality resources for the whole communities. For this reason, the paper has examined the main features of BSF such as full details of the programme, how it works, the partners including CABE making it happen and an online based evaluation tool, namely DQI, helping make the process as fair as possible. It has been suggested that Korean policy makers should take into account those ideas backed by BSF in the implementation process of educational finance needed in the educational built environment and give special attention to develop a toolkit to measure the design quality of schools as seen in the case of DQI in the United Kingdom. 본 연구는 학교환경 개선사업의 대표적인 정책 모델로 주목받고 있는 영국의 “미래를 위한 학교건립(Building Schools for the Future: BSF)”의 실행ㆍ운영과정과 관련 지원제도의 내용적 특징을 분석하였다. BSF의 경우 노후학교의 신축ㆍ개축에 있어 공적인 책무성과 사적부분의 경영마인드가 결합된 관민공동협력체(PfS)를 구성하여 사업추진의 타당성을 제고하고 있으며, 건축건물 환경 설계 평가기관(CABE)을 독립적으로 운영하여 학교건물 설계의 우수성을 확보하고 있다. 또한 학교건물 설계의 질적 수준을 제고하고자 건물설계의 시작과 종료 및 사후 입주단계까지 On-line 교육환경 평가문항(DQI)을 활용하여 교육 수요자의 의견을 다양하게 수렴하고 있다. BSF 정책의 운영적 특징과 지원제도에 대한 내용적 분석은 교육환경 여건 개선 사업이 다양한 형태로 추진되고 있는 국내의 관련 정책 운영의 합리성 제고와 향후 개선점 도출을 위한 참조기제의 역할을 담당할 것이다.

        예비교사 전문성 개발을 위한 교원양성기관 교육과정 및 교수-학습의 문제점과 개선 방향

        Purpose: This study aimed to identify the problems of curriculum and teaching-learning in teacher education institutions and to find directions for quality improvement for pre-service teachers' professional development. Design/methodology/data/approach: This study conducted FGI with a total of 18 students, professors, and teachers. The collected qualitative interview data were analyzed using constant comparative analysis method. Findings/Results: The curriculum and teaching-learning management of teacher education institutions were disparate from the field of elementary, middle, and high schools, which led to the lack of field experience of pre-service teachers. Value: By comprehensively acquiring diverse opinions and insightful understanding from stakeholders in the field of education, this study will contribute to providing field-based implementation strategies and micro-ideas for innovative changes in the teacher education system.

      • 색소 과다 침착만으로 조기 발견한 소아 부신백질이영양증 1례

        The X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (X-ALD) is a peroxisomal disease by defects of ABCD1 gene on chromosome Xq28 leading to accumulation of saturated very long chain fatty acids (VLCFA), progressive demyelination and adrenal insufficiency. A 4-year-old boy was visited hospital with the chief compliant of hyperpigmentation beginning at 2-years old. Serum adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and cortisol concentration were compatible with adrenal insufficiency. The elevated plasmatic concentration of VLCFA and genotype analysis with sequencing of ABCD1 gene established the diagnosis of X-ALD. Brain MRI showed no abnormal high signal intensity on the white matter. Steroid replacement was started with good response. He initiated Lorenzo's oil with restriction of VLCFA by reducing the intake of fatty foods. The author highlight the importance of suspecting of X-ALD in the etiology of primary adrenal insufficiency as the first sign of the disease.
