최근 센서데이터를 활용한 농작물 생육 관리는 스마트 농업의 핵심요소 중 하나로 자리 잡았다. 센서데 이터를 활용하면 그렇지 않은 경우보다 농작물 품질 관리의 효율성 향상에 효과를 보이기 때문이다. 하지만, 센서 데이터 활용을 위해서는 재배작물 성장 정보, 온실 환경을 최적화하기 위한 환경의 조건 및 생육의 특성과 관련된 데이터 등의 수집 정보가 필요하나 해당 정보가 많이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 농업사회의 변화 속에 대안으로 제시되고 있는 스마트 팜의 지능화·고도화에 있어 선행되어야 하는 딸기의 생육 및 환경에 대한 조사 분석을 위하여 보유 테스트베드를 개발하고자 하는 관수관비시스템을 구현하는데 기초 자료로 활용하였다. 보유 테스트베드를 활용한 본 연구는 최적의 생장 환경을 제공하는 데 있어 생육 환경 감지·분석에 대한 정확도의 향 상을 가져다줌으로써 농사의 딸기 하우스 운영에 있어 안정성을 높일 것으로 기대된다. Recently, crop growth management using sensor data is one of the key elements of smart agriculture, and if sensor data is used, it is developing based on sensor network as efficiency of crop quality management will be improved. However, there is also a lack of analysis on the conditions of growth due to the lack of information on the collection of growth information for crops and data related to environmental characteristics and growth characteristics to optimize the greenhouse environment. In this paper, it is expected to enhance the stability of the operation of strawberry houses by improving the accuracy of the detection and analysis of the development environment in providing the optimal growth environment by using the irrigation system as the basis for the survey and analysis of the growth and environment of strawberries that should be preceded in the intelligentization and advancement of the smart farm, which is proposed as an alternative to the agricultural society.

도핑방지 교육홍보 전문강사의 전문성과 윤리성에 관한 인문학적 통찰

이 연구는 도핑방지활동의 예방적인 차원과 함께 도핑방지 흐름에서 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있는 도핑방지교육 과 홍보활동에 대하여 전반적으로 논의하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 도핑방지 교육 및 홍보 현장의 주체인 도핑방지 교육홍보 전문강사의 전문성과 윤리성에 대하여 심층면담을 통한 질적인 연구 및 참여관찰방법, 문헌고찰 방법, 그리고 인문학적 통찰을 하였다. 도핑방지 교육홍보 전문강사의 전문성과 윤리성을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 진행된 이 연구는 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 도핑검사관의 전문성에는 교육준비, 교육진행, 교육방법, 전달기법, 도핑검사관 이라는 다섯 가지 결과가 나타났다. 둘째, 도핑검사관의 윤리성에는 이해충돌, 비밀유지, 인권 등 세 가지로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 도핑방지 교육홍보 전문강사의 전문성과 윤리성에 관한 8가지 키워드를 모든 도핑방지활동에서 잘 활용될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 그리고 도핑방지요원들(도핑검사관, 도핑방지 교육홍보 전문강사)에 대한 개념과 관계, 그리고 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향까지 지속적인 연구가 모색되어야 한다. The purpose of this study is to discuss the anti-doping education and public relations activities which are important parts of anti-doping activities as well as the preventive dimension of anti-doping activities. The professionality and ethics of the instructors specializing in anti-doping education and public relations, which are the main subjects of anti-doping education and public relations, were conducted through in-depth interviews with qualitative research and participation observation methods, literature review methods, and humanities insights. The purpose of this study was to understand the professionalism and ethics of professional instructors in education and publicity for anti-doping education. First, the doping inspectors' expertise was found to be five results: education preparation, education progress, education method, delivery technique, and doping control officer. Second, the ethics of doping inspectors were shown to be three types: conflict of interest, confidentiality, and human rights. To sum up the above results, 8 key words about the professionalism and ethics of the instructors specializing in anti-doping education should be used in all anti-doping activities. And the concept and relationship of anti-doping agents(doping control officer, professional instructors for anti-doping education and public relations) and the direction to go forward should be continuously studied.

Soil Temperature Response in Korea to a Changing Climate Using a Land Surface Model

The land surface processes play an important role in weather and climate systems through its regulation of radiation, heat, water and momentum fluxes. Soil temperature (ST) is one of the most important parameters in the land surface processes; however, there are few extensive measurements of ST with a long time series in the world. According to the CLImatology of Parameters at the Surface (CLIPS) methodology, the output of a trusted Soil-Vegetation- Atmosphere Transfer (SVAT) scheme can be utilized instead of observations to investigate the regional climate of interest. In this study, ST in South Korea is estimated in a view of future climate using the output from a trusted SVAT scheme — the University of TOrino model of land Process Interaction with Atmosphere (UTOPIA), which is driven by a regional climate model. Here characteristic changes in ST are analyzed under the IPCC A2 future climate for 2046-2055 and 2091-2100, and are compared with those under the reference climate for 1996-2005. The UTOPIA results were validated using the observed ST in the reference climate, and the model proved to produce reasonable ST in South Korea. The UTOPIA simulations indicate that ST increases due to environmental change, especially in air temperature (AT), in the future climate. The increment of ST is proportional to that of AT except for winter. In wintertime, the ST variations are different from region to region mainly due to variations in snow cover, which keeps ST from significant changes by the climate change.
