        集團構成員數를 考慮한 確率的 意見 收斂方法

        In this study three types of aggregation methods such as the Estimate-Talk-Consensus (ETC) process, the Estimate-Talk-Consensus (ETC) process, and as a new approach the Estimate-Talk-Leader's Estimate (ETLE) process are compared to find which one of the three group processes considered is more effective than others. We also, investigate the effect of group size on the performance of the group processes. Some experiments were conducted. It was shown that both the ETC and the ETLE processes performed better than the ETE process in approaching correct estimates in this judgmental task. As the size of group increased, only the ETC and the ETE processes were shown to results in positive effect.

        부자 ( 附子 ) 의 자원식물학적 특성에 관한 연구

        The experiment was carried out to study the bothanical characteristics of Aconitum charmichaeli Sieb. et Zucc in Korea.The results obtained are summarized as follows ; maximum flowering date was 15 Sep. and plantheight was 65cm, stem diameter was 8.7mm, No. of node was 25 and node of flowering initiation was15th.In flowering, No. of anothers were 52 and No. of flowers were 49.In leaf, length and width was same size, lower leaf size was 2-3 times than upper leaf, lower leafarea was 8.4 times than upper leaf.In tuber, No. of tuber per plant was 8, fresh weight per tuber was 25.4g, total fresh weight per plantwas about 200g.

      • 경쟁, 혁신, 그리고 경제의 진화

        This paper brings forth attemps to discuss the interrelationships and possible connecting threads between traditional evolutionary theory and econimic theory. Actually it is not unusual that some terms are used interchangeably in this field. Hayek(1945, p.523) argued that 'economic problems arise always and only in consequence of change.' This implies that evolutionary theory is one way of studying economic problems. Meanwhile, Alfred Marshall asserted more directly that 'the tendency to variation is a chief cause of progress'. That is, he pointed that the essence of evolutionary thinking lies in the variation exhibited by human artifacts. In this sense this paper aims to summarize the history of evolutionary economics from Scottish enlightment movement through Marshall to Veblenn's institutionalim and Hayek's Austrian theory of socio-cultural evolution in advance. Moreover a wide interpretation of Schumpeter's theory of economic evolution has been tried out in this paper to reassert the importance of Schumpeter's contribution to evolutionary economics. It also aspires to shed light on some fundamental problems concerning evolutionary economics: i) the relationship between Warlasian equilibrium and economic evolution; ii) the usefulness of Darwinian theory for Schumpeterian economics; and finally iii) the precise nature of the evolutionary forces at work in economic system. The main part of this paper applied the Darwinian framework to Schumpeter's theory of economic evolution in an attempt to identify and elucidate its implicit evolutionary mechanisms. Then we find out firstly the analysis of a stationary process has some limited uses as a theoretical contrasts to the process of economic evolution. And in this inpretation, Schumpeter's theory of economic evolution turns out to be strongly relevant to evolutionary economics. To summarize, it is safe to say that Schumpeter's theory of economic evolution contains a comprehensive and highly relevant analysis of the Darwinian forces of 'guided variation(innovation)', 'biased trasmision(immitation and learning)', and 'natural selection (competition and differential survival) which interact in capitalist economies to generate productivity growth.

      • 약용식물원을 이용한 인제군 지역활성화 전략

        A method for rapid propagation of mature Jack fruit was developed. Four types of explants (mature embryos, apical meristems of young seedlings, apices from mature plants and nodal segments) were used. It has been found 88% of young apical meristems produced shoots in Campbell and Durzan (CD) medium compared to 60% in Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium. Only 1/3 of them produced multiple shoots. Shoot idtiation from nodal segments was very rare. Mature apices produced callus. Although removed of the sheathing cover around mature buds enhanced the shoot initiation but success rate was low in growth regulator free medium. Embryos respond to the CD medium but not to the MS medium. Embryos from seeds soaked in water for 24 hours produced shoots after 8 weeks of incubation and the success rate was 70% while embryos from dry seeds only produced roots. There was no significant effect of cold storage (refrigeration) for 7 days on shoot initiation from mature embryos (65%) but the ability for shoot induction declines with storage time (55% after 21 days of cold storage). Mature axillary buds were established in Modified Campbell and Durzan (CD) medium supplemented with 0.5mg/1 and IBA. There was a significant difference in the growth performance of shoots according to the period of the year in which explants were collected. Highest (60%) was observed in November-January period. It was only 30% when the explants were collected in February-April or May-July and decreased to 20% in August-October. The shoots produced in November-January showed a higher vigor than those produced in other months. Since Jak fruit show seasonal changes in fruit bearing and shedding of leaves, it can be suggested that the difference in growth performances of tissues cultured in artificial culture media would have been affected by endogenous rhythms.

        몇가지 식물에 있어서 어린순의 식품학적 가치개발을 위한 기초연구

        최근 소비자들의 신선한 채소 요구에 따른 수요증가로 볼 때 어린순의 소비는 크게 늘어 날 것으로 보나 국내에서는 무순외에는 거의 개발이 안된 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 약용식물중에서 어린순을 채소로 개발할 수 있는 것을 선발하고자 기초연구로써 수행한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1. 실험에 사용된 12종의 식물중에서 가걱은 들깨, 메밀, 무등이 낮은 값을 보였다. 2. 발아율은 전체적으로 낮았으나 그중 무, 소엽, 메밀, 항금 및 들깨가 상대적으로 높은 발아율을 보였다. 3. 발아세는 발아율보다 낮으며 그중 소엽, 무, 메밀 및 황금이 상대적으로 높은 발아세를 보였다. 4. 식미특성중 외관상으로 무가 가장 높은 점수를 보였다. 5. 맛은 황금이 가장 높은 점수를 보였다. 6. 조직감은 메밀이 가장 높은 점수를 보였다. 7. 기호도는 소엽이 가장 높은 점수를 보였다. This experiments were carried out to develop for food in some plants seeding. Plant materials were Raphanus sativus, Perilla frutescens var. acuta, Perilla frutescens var. japonica, Scutellaria baicalensis, Angelica dahurica, Angelica gigas, Ligusticum acutilobum, Peucedanum japonicum, Platycodon grandiflorum, Codonopsis lanceolata, Allium monanthum and Fagopyrum esculentum. The results obtained are summarized as follows ; germination rate was the highest in Raphanus sativus and germination vigor was excellent in Perilla frutescens var. acuta Total overall acceptability was the best in Perilla frutescens var. acuta
