PECVD를 이용한 DLC 두께 제어에 따른 간섭색 구현

Various surface colors are predicted and implemented using the interference color generated by controlling the thickness of nano-level diamond like carbon (DLC) thin film. Samples having thicknesses of up to 385 nm and various interference colors are prepared using a single crystal silicon (100) substrate with changing processing times at low temperature by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition. The thickness, surface roughness, color, phases, and anti-scratch performance under each condition are analyzed using a scanning electron microscope, colorimeter, micro-Raman device, and scratch tester. Coating with the same uniformity as the surface roughness of the substrate is possible over the entire experimental thickness range, and more than five different colors are implemented at this time. The color matched with the color predicted by the model, assuming only the reflection mode of the thin film. All the DLC thin films show constant D/G peak fraction without significant change, and have anti-scratch values of about 19 N. The results indicate the possibility that nano-level DLC thin films with various interference colors can be applied to exterior materials of actual mobile devices.

연구배경 최근 국내 공예 산업은 중장년층이 주요 고객이었던 장인 중심의 명품 공예에서 젊은 세대가 주축이 되는 현대적이고 일상적인 공예로 그 영역이 확장되고 있다. 공예 산업이 지속적으로 부흥 발전하기 위해서는 고객 가치 중심의 디자인적 변화와 생산 방식의 변화가 필요하다. 본 연구는 공예 산업의 활성화와 지속 가능한 성장을 위하여 2030세대가 중요하게 인식하는 공예의 속성을 살펴보기 위해서 진행되었다. 연구방법 먼저 문헌 연구를 통해서 공예의 속성을 살펴본 후, 현대적 의미의 공예의 속성을 파악하기 위하여 공예가와 소비자를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 최종적으로 아홉 개의 속성을 도출하였으며, 2030세대 88명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 연구결과 2030세대는 품질의 우수성과 마감의 우수성을 가장 중요한 공예의 속성으로 생각하였는데, 이는 공예 제품에서 고급스러움을 가장 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 해석된다. 다음으로 오브제성과 실용성을 중시하였는데, 이는 제품의 기능적 측면을 방해하지 않는 선에서 독창적인 장식적 요소가 가미된 것을 선호하는 것으로 해석된다. 그 외는 아날로그적 감성, 예술성, 지속가능성, 대중성, 유일무이성의 순으로 공예의 속성이 중요하게 인식되었다. 결론 본 연구는 새로운 구매 계층인 2030세대가 공예에서 중요시하는 속성이 무엇인지를 규명함으로써 공예 산업이 추구해야 할 방향을 제시하였다는 데에 그 의의가 있다. 공예 산업의 지속 가능한 성장을 위해서는 소비자의 기대 가치에 대한 다양한 연구와 효율적인 생산, 유통, 판매 시스템에 대한 성공 사례의 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. Background In recent years, the craft industry is expanding from craftsman-centered luxury crafts to modern. In order for the craft industry to revive and develop further, it is necessary to pursue customer-oriented design and to change production system. This study was conducted to examine the properties of crafts that 2030 generations value. Methods First, after examining the properties of crafts through literature research, in-depth interviews were conducted with craftsmen and consumers to understand them in a modern sense. The nine properties of crafts were finally drawn, and a survey was conducted for 88 people in 2030 generations. Results The 2030 generations considered quality and finish excellence as the most important, which is interpreted to consider high quality as the most important in crafts. Next, the emphasis was placed on objet and practicality, which is interpreted to favor the addition of original decorative elements, without interfering with the functionality. Others were in the order of analogue sense, artistry, sustainability, popularity, and uniqueness. Conclusion This study has significance in that it suggested the direction that the crafts industry should pursue by identifying what properties the 2030 generations value in crafts. For the sustainable growth of the craft industry, various studies on the expected value of consumers and on efficient systems of production, distribution, and sales should be continuously conducted.

본 연구는 한국형 역기능우울척도의 하위모듈을 개발하기 위한 것이다. 우울장애에는 상당한 이질성이 존재하는데, 우울장애에서 나타나는 세부적 우울양상을 측정하기 위해 6개의 하위모듈-화병, 기분조절곤란, 여성우울, 불안, 배우자 갈등, 자살위험성을 개발하였다. 선행연구와 우울증 환자, 정신과 전문의, 임상심리전문가에게 개별심층면접을 실시한 자료를 참조하여 하위모듈의 예비문항을 개발하였다. 이후 정신건강분야 전문가와 준전문가에게 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 준거척도와의 상관, 문항정보함수, 문항-전체 평균 간 상관, 탐색적 요인분석 등을 실시한 결과, 화병 8문항, 기분조절곤란 7문항, 여성우울 7문항, 불안 7문항, 배우자 갈등 7문항, 자살위험성 9문항이 선정되었다. 하위모듈의 신뢰도는 .84∼.93였다. Background: The purpose of this study is to develop the Korean dysfunctional depression submodule scales, which are composed of hwa-byung, mood dysregulation, female depression, anxiety, spouse conflict and suicidal risk. Methods: To achieve this purpose, we developed preliminary items of six submodules through the theoretical approach and experiential approach. Then we collected data from professionals and para-professionals in mental health area (n=407) and 275 data were used to analyzed. Correlation with criterion, item information function, item-total correlation, and explorative factor analysis are performed using Mplus 7.4 and SPSS 21.0. Results: 6 submodules of the Korean dysfunctional depression are composed of 8 items for Hwa-byung, 7 items for mood dysregulation, 7 items for female depression, 7 items for anxiety, 7 items for spouse-conflict and 9 items for suicidal risk. Reliability of submodules are .84∼.93. Conclusions: These submodules of the Korean dysfunctional depression scale are verified to have high reliability and expected to be useful to assess the specific and various features of the dysfunctional depression.
