본 연구에서는 Kawabata가 제안한 직접수치해법(direct numerical solution method)을 확대하여 윤활표면으 국부 회소가스 효과(local rarefaction effect)로 인 한 공기분자의 벽면 미끄름 현상을 고려한 지배방정식을 Navier-Stokes방정식으로 부 터 유도하고 이를 2차원 유동의 경우까지 확대하여 극소틈새와 높은 압축성 계수를 갖 는 경우에 적용하고 그 결과를 기존의 수정된 레이노래즈 방정식의 해석결과와 비교하 고자 한다. An expanded scheme of a direct numerical solution method for solving the Navier-Stokes equation considering the modified boundary conditions for gas lubrication with ultra low clearance at high .LAMBDA. region is presented. Many examples are calculated by this scheme and their results are compared to the previous solutions using P$^{2}$H$^{[-992]}$ . This scheme has the advantages of fast calculation time and stable convergence in high .LAMBDA. region, and gives very good results in the case of fluid film thickness discontinuity.

본 논문에서는 TV제조 공정 중 이형 제품 간 접합공정을 위한 로봇 최적 구조 시스템을 개발하는 것을 중점으로 하며, 제안된 실현 가능성이 있는 로봇 구조들을 대상으로 Visual C++ 및 OpenGL을 이용한 Simulation을 통해서 선발된 최적구조의 로봇 시스템을 소개하고자 한다.

In this paper, we introduce a fixer attaching robot system which is used to attach several fixers to a TV cabinet. It is necessary to automate the fixer attaching process for two reasons. One is that the process is very harmful because very strong ultraviolet rays are used in that process. The other is that the productivity and the overall quality of the end-product are determined by the fixer attaching process. We proposed 9 candidates for the robot system to be used in the fixer attaching process. Then we simulated cycle time for each of the 9 candidates with considering physical constraints. We also considered other aspects such as the easiness of implementation, possible interference with other mechanical structure, and cost etc. to choose one of the 9 candidates. We implemented the chosen robot system and adopted it in a TV manufacturing process.

TV 본체를 둘러싸고 있는 외곽의 판을 캐비닛이라 하며 다양한 디자인이 가능하도록 하기 위하여 폴리카보네이트와 같은 재질을 사용하여 만든다. 이러한 캐비닛은 사출 성형, 자외선 접합 등의 공정을 거치는 동안 열 변형을 일으키기 쉽다. 심하게 변형이 일어난 불량 캐비닛은 제품의 품질을 저하시키기 때문에 공정에서 제거되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 TV 캐비닛의 형상 인식을 자동화하기 위하여 개발된 초음파 센서를 사용한 형상인식 시스템에 대하여 소개한다. 즉, 캐비닛 형상 인식을 위한 실험 시스템 구성과 캐비닛의 형상을 판별할 수 있는 평가 지수의 제안 그리고 초음파 거리 측정 시 발생할 수 있는 바이어스치 제거 알고리듬, 캐비닛의 양·불량품 판정을 위한 검사 알고리듬 등의 개발 및 검증 결과에 관하여 소개한다. A cabinet is an outer frame of a TV, which is usually made of poly-carbonate. Cabinets are apt to be deformed because of applied heat during injection molding process and UV joining process. Severely deformed cabinets cause a falling-off in quality of the final product. Therefore cabinets should be inspected and only the good ones should be delivered to the following process. We implemented an experimental system for shape recognition of a cabinet and proposed several indices to characterize the shape of a cabinet. We also proposed algorithms to eliminate the possible bias present in measured data and to check the goodness of a cabinet. Experimental results show the feasibility of the propose algorithms.

Objective: The effect of lead on blood pressure remains controversial in spite of the numerous studies which have been conducted in the recent years. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of exposure to lead on blood pressure among non-smokers. Methods: In this cross sectional study, 1416 male and female non-smokers were enrolled, aged 20 years or older, from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2008. Blood pressure, blood lead levels (BLLs), height, weight, and cotinine level were measured for all subjects. Results: Geometric mean BLLs of the participants was 2.20 ${\mu}g$/dl. BLLs were higher in the older, male, and lower education groups than the younger, female and higher education groups. After adjusting for age, sex, education and BMI through multiple regression analysis, a significant positive association between systolic blood pressure (p = 0.0357), diastolic blood pressure (p = 0.0111) and BLLs. Also, among the normal BMI group (18.5 kg/$m^2$ < BMI < 25 kg/$m^2$), we also found a significant positive association between diastolic blood pressure and BLLs (p = 0.0370). Conclusion: The present study showed that blood lead serves as a good predictor of blood pressure changes and that there was a statistically significant association between blood lead and blood pressure, especially diastolic blood pressure.
공진특성을 활용한 2 자유도 파력발전용 선형발전기의 특성해석 및 설계

Nowadays, due to importance of renewable energy is increasing, a technology that converts wave energy to electric energy is being developed but still it is on first step now. Therefore in this research, we propose that a novel generation system using wave energy which is composed with a linear generator inside of a buoy. We expect that the proposed generation system can generate the sufficient power in a relatively small wave energy area, because we use the resonance of the proposed generation system. And then, we analyze vibration characteristic of two degrees of freedom in the proposed generation system using vibration analysis. At same time, we design and analyze the linear generator by using a commercial electromagnetic analysis software named MAXWELL.
