이 연구의 목적은 한국의 알츠하이머 질환 사망에 사회경제적인 요인이 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 파악하고 사망에서 사회적 불평등이 존재하는지를 분석하는 것이다. 이 연구는 한국의 사망통계 자료(통계청, 1995-2009년)과 인구센서스자료(통계청, 1995년, 2000년, 2005년)를 이용하여 65세 이상 노인의 사회경제적 상태가 알츠하이머 사망에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 사회경제적 상태 변수로 교육수준, 경제활동상태, 결혼상태를 선정했고, 종속변수로 65세 이상 노인의 알츠하이머 사망으로 정하여, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시했다. 연구 결과, 65세 이상 집단에서 남, 녀 모두 낮은 사회계급집단에서 알츠하이머질환 사망위험이 더 높았다. 특히 65-74세의 경우 초등학교 졸업 집단, 비경제활동집단에서, 결혼하지 않았거나 이혼, 사별 등으로 배우자가 없는 집단에서 알츠하이머 질환 사망위험이 더 높았다. 알츠하이머 사망 추이를 보면, 2000년-2004년 기간에 비해 2005년-2009기간에서 대학졸업집단과 초등학교 졸업 집단의 사망 격차가 커졌으며, 비경제 활동집단, 비결혼집단, 이혼 및 사별한 집단의 사망이 크게 증가했다. 이 연구는 65세-74세의 교육수준이 낮은 집단, 물질적 결핍 지수가 높은 집단, 그리고 배우자가 없는 집단에서 알츠하이머질환의 사회적 불평등이 크고, 불평등이 심화되는 경향을 보이고 있어, 국가적으로 65세이상 노인의 사회적불평등을 줄이는 정책이 필요하다는 것을 시사해주고 있다. This study examined the association between socioeconomic factors and Alzheimer s disease mortality and identified social inequality in the mortality among over 65 years old in Korea. Data were consisted of population census data in 1995, 2000, and 2005 and death registration data in 1995-2014 from the Korea National Statistical Office. The results showed that the death rate from Alzheimer s disease was increased in men aged 65-74 years with a high school diploma or less compared to those with a college diploma or more. The higher risk of mortality was found among those who are non-married, divorced, and widowed. So the mortality was higher for old adults living without spouse than for those living with spouse in adults over the age of 65. We found that the death rate from Alzheimer s disease was increased in adults aged 65-74 years with low education attainment, and that socioeconomic inequalities in mortality are apparent. Therefore, this study suggests that being physically active and building high social relationships will help old adults to reduce Alzheimer s disease prevalence and mortality. In addition, A public health policy for old adults living without spouse is necessary to improve social inequality in mortality from Alzheimer s disease.
대향 타겟식 스퍼티링법을 이용한 저저항 투명전도 다층박막의 제작

We prepared the ITO/Ag multilayer thin films on soda-lime glass substrate by the Facing Target Sputtering System (FTS) at room temperature. To confirm the effect of Ag layer in ITO/Ag multilayer thin films, we have prepared various range of Ag layer in its thickness and investigated prior to the setting of ITO/Ag multilayer thin films. The thickness of Ag layer was controlled by the sputtering deposition time. Properties of as-prepared samples were investigated by using a four-point probe, UV-Visual spectrometer with a spectral visual range (400-800nm) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). As a result, the transmittance of as-prepared samples turned out to be very low in the visible range due to light-scattering on the surface of thin film as the thickness of Ag layer got increased. However, reduction of phenomenon of light-reflection in visual range was observed around 20nm of Ag thickness. We prepared the ITO/Ag multilayer thin film with a resistivity of about 8×10-5 [Ω-cm] and a transmittance of more than 80 % at 550 nm.
Aspergillus oryzae로 제조한 soybean koji 섭취가 40~60대 여성의 안면 피부상태에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to confirm the potential as inner beauty materials of soybean koji. To this end, 26 women aged 40 to 69 living in Seoul and Gyeonggi province participated in the clinical trials for 12 weeks. In this clinical trials, the control group ingested soybean flour which is non-fermented soybean and the experimental group intaked soybean koji which is fermented soybean. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Window 20.0. In addition, the independent sample t-test was performed to check homogeneity of facial skin conditions and to check changes in facial skin conditions before and after of the clinical trials the paired sample t-test was conducted. According to the study, the experimental group increased about 1.6 times in moisture contents, 2.8 times in sebum contents than the control group. Also the melanin index, erythema index and roughness decreased about 3.1 times, 1.9 times and 6.5 times, respectively than the control group. On the basis of the clinical trials, the researchers suggest this soybean koji prepared with Aspergillus oryzae as an inner beauty materials for improving skin aging of women in their 40∼60s.
마이크로 유동 네트워크 설계를 위한 1차원 GUI 해석 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

Nowadays. the development of Microfluidic chip (i.e. Biochip. Micro-total analysis system (μ-TAS) and LOC (Lab on a Chip)) becomes more active. and the microchannels to deliver fluid by pressure or electroosmotic forces tend to be more complex like electronic circuits or networks. For a simple network of channels. we may calculate the pressure and the flow rate easily by using suitable formula. But for complex network, it is not handy to obtain those information with such a simple way. For this reason. Graphic User Interface program which can rapidly give required information should be necessary for microchip designers. In this paper, we present a GUI program named 'MFNS: Micro Fluidic Network System' developed in our laboratory including simple theoretical formula. We applied our program to simple case and could get a result compared well with other numerical result. Further. we applied our program to several complex cases and obtained reasonable results.

The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between soybean koji intake cultured with Aspergillus oryzae and the neck skin condition. Women from their 40s to 60s participated for 12 weeks from May to August 2018, the control group was to consume boiled bean powder, which is non-fermented soybean and the experimental group was to intake soybean, which is fermented soybean. As a result of this study, the moisture and sebum contents of the experimental group increased about 1.8 times and 2 times compared to the increase in the control group. In addition, the melanin index, erythema index and roughness decreased 6 times, 3.7 times and 3.6 times more than the reduction of the control group. Meanwhile, the control group showed significant differences in moisture, sebum contents, melanin index and erythema index, excluding roughness. It appears that the effective ingredients of the boiled soybeans themselves have shown efficacy. On the other hand, the experimental group showed significant differences in all five measurement items. In conclusion, soybean koji ingestion was effective in improving skin aging compared to non-fermented soybeans. Therefore, it is expected that soybean koji can be used as an inner beauty material through this study.
Aspergillus oryzae로 제조한 Soybean koji 섭취가 40~60대 여성의 피부 미용에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between soybean koji prepared with Aspergillus oryzae and effects of skin care. For the 12 weeks from May to August 2018, 40~60s women participated in clinical trials. The control group consisted of nonfermented soybean and the experimental group was soybean koji, a fermented bean. And before and after soybean koji intake, the count of pores, depression, wrinkle, brightness, redness and yellowness of the facial skin were measured and compared. Research result, the pores, depression and wrinkle decreased in the experimental group 0.6 times (p<.01), 2.7 times (p<.001) and about 5.6 times (p<.001) more than the control group, respectively. On the other hand, the control group showed no significant difference in all three items. In addition, compared to the control group, the brightness of the experimental group increased 1.8 times (p<.001), the redness decreased about 1.3 times (p<.001) and the yellowness decreased about 2.6 times (p<.001). The experimental group showed a high improvement in depression (15.79%), wrinkle (12.79%), and the changes in brightness (5.07%), redness (10.04%) and yellowness (7.64%) were more alleviated compared to the control group. In conclusion, soybean koji was more effective in skin beauty such as depression, wrinkle and skin tone, compared to non-fermented soybean. Through the results of this study, confirmed the potential of soybean koji as a material for inner beauty. Finally, I expect this study will be used as basic data for nutrition and beauty.
