        가상현실 게임기반 훈련프로그램을 이용한 체간조절훈련이 아급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 및 상지기능에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 가상현실 게임기반을 이용한 훈련이 아급성기 뇌졸중환자의 균형 및 상지기능에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 아급성기 뇌졸중환자 30명을 가상현실 게임기반 훈련프로그램을 적용한 실험군(n=15)과 대 조군(n=15)으로 무작위 배정하였다. 중재는 6주간 주 3회, 1회당 30분씩 적용하였다. 대상자의 기능 향상정도를 평가하기 위하여 중재 전·후 균형능력과 상지기능을 평가하였다. 연구결과 실험군에서 균형능력과 상지기능(FMUE), 체간 장애척도 (TIS)에 유의한 향상이 있었으며(p<.05), 두 그룹 간 차이는 버그균형척도(BBS), 일어나 걷기(TUG), 체간 장애척도(TIS)에 서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 가상현실 게임기반 훈련 프로그램은 아급성기 뇌졸중환자에게 임상적으로 유익한 운동프로그램이라 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of virtual reality game based training on balance and upper limb function in subacute stroke patients. Thirty patients with subacute stroke were randomly assigned to experimental groups(n=15) and control groups(n=15) applying virtual reality game-based training programs. Intervention is applied three times a week for 6 weeks, 30 minutes for 1 time. In the study group, there was a significant improvement in balance ability, upper extremity function, and trunk impairment scale(p<.05), and the difference between the two groups was significant in the BBS, TUG, TIS(p<.05). Based on these results, the virtual reality game based training program is clinically useful exercise program for subacute stroke patients.

        다이나믹 테이핑을 적용한 복합 운동프로그램이 긴장성 두통과 전방머리자세를 동반한 만성 목 통증 환자에게 미치는 효과

        Purpose : This study examined the effects of pain, neck dysfunction, psychosocial level, headache impact test (HIT), postural alignment, and trapezius muscle tone of the complex exercise program using dynamic taping in patients with tension headache and chronic neck pain with forward head posture. Methods : The design of this is a randomized controlled trial (RCT). Thirty-four patients with chronic neck pain were screened using a randomized assignment program and assigned to experimental group (n=17) and control group (n=17). Both groups underwent a complex exercise program. In addition, the experimental group dynamic taping was applied to the upper trapezius muscle. All interventions were applied three times per week for four weeks. The visual analogue scale (VAS), the neck disability index (NDI), short form-12 health survey questionnaire (SF-12), Headache impact test-6 (HIT-6), Craniovertebral angle (CVA), Cranial rotation angle (CRA), upper trapezius muscle tone were compared to evaluate the effect on intervention. Results : Both groups showed significant differences before and after the intervention in VAS, NDI, SF-12, HIT-6, and CVA, CRA (p<.05). In addition, significant differences in NDI and upper trapezius muscle tone were observed between the experimental group and control group (p<.05). Conclusion : A complex exercise program using dynamic taping for patients with tension headache and chronic neck pain with forward head posture are effective method with clinical significance in improving the function and reducing upper trapezius muscle tone.

        Effect of High-Intensity Complex Exercise Program Using Whole-Body Vibration and Respiratory Resistance for Low Back Pain Patients with High Obesity

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of high-intensity complex exercise program using whole-body vibration (WBV) and respiratory resistance on pain and dysfunction, psychosocial level, balance ability, and pulmonary function in low back pain (LBP) patients with high obesity. Design: A randomized controlled trialMethods: A total of 44 LBP patients withhigh obesity (body mass index, BMI≥30kg/m2) were randomly assigned to an experimental group (n=22) and a control group (n=22). Both groups underwent a lumbar stabilization exercise program. In addition, the experimental group implemented the high-intensity complex exercise program combined with WBV and respiratory resistance. In order to compare the effects depending on the intervention methods, numeric pain rating scale (NRPS), Roland-Morris disability questionnaire (RMDQ), fear-avoidance beliefs questionnaire (FABQ), balance ability, and pulmonary function were used for measurement. Results: Both groups showed significant differences in NRPS, RMDQ, FABQ, balance ability before and after intervention (p <0.05). In addition, the experimental groupshowed significant difference in the amount of change in RMDQ, balance ability and pulmonary function values than the control group (p<0.05). Conclusions: High-intensity complex exercise program using WBV and respiratory resistance has been proven to be an effective and clinically useful method to decrease dysfunction, increase balance ablilty, and pulmonary function for LBP patients with high obesity.

        4주간의 중간볼기근 중점 강화운동이 양쪽 발의 압력 분포에 미치는 영향

        Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of pressure distribution on the both foots with gluteus medius muscle intensive strengthening exercise in 4week. Methods: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of gluteus medius muscles strengthening exercise on the pressure distribution of the foot in 20 healthy adults. Four gluteus medius muscles strengthening exercise programs were conducted three times a week for four weeks. The pressure distribution changed of the right and left foot parts of the experimental group and the control group were measured and analyzed. Results: There was a significant difference in F1, F2, M1, M2, and H1 among the pressure distribution of the right foot of the experimental group (p<.05). There was a significant difference in F1, M1, M2, H1 and H2 among the pressure distributions of the left foot of the experimental group (p<.05). There was a significant difference in H1 among the pressure distribution of the right foot of the control group (p<.05). There was no significant difference in the pressure distribution of the left foot region of the control group (p>.05). There was a significant difference in H1 among the pressure distribution of the right foot between the group (p<.05). There was a significant difference in M2, H1 among the pressure distribution of the left foot between the group (p<.05). Conclusions: In the healthy adults, it was confirmed that the application of the gluteus medius muscles strengthening exercise had an effect on the weight shift during the walking due to the overall foot balance and the pressure distribution change of the foot part.

        경추성 두통환자의 근육 특성과 자세 및 근활성도의 분석

        본 연구는 두통 환자의 임상적 증상을 특징하여 환자의 평가와 치료 시 효율적 방법 제공을 목적으로건강한 대상자 15명, 편두통 환자 12명, 경추성 두통환자 15명을 모집하여 그룹 간, 근육의 특성과 자세, 근활성도를 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과 뒤통수밑근과 위등세모근의 긴장도와 경도는 경추성 두통그룹에서 가장 높게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 전방 머리자세를 측정하는 두 개 척추각은 경추성 두통그룹에서 가장 낮은 각도를 보였으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 깊은 목 굽힘 운동 시 목 빗근의 활성도는 경추성 두통그룹에서 가장 높았으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 향후 연구를 발전시켜 더 많은 연구대상자들을 평가하고 차이를 비교하는 연구와 다양한 직업군을 대상으로 하는 연구들이 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 다양한 운동 프로그램을 적용한 중재가 두통 환자들의 자세와 기능향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구들이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

        Comparative Study of the Biomechanical Factors in Range of Motion, Muscle Activity, and Vertical Ground Reaction Force between a Forward Lunge and Backward Lunge

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to examined the kinematic relationship and differences through the range of motion (ROM),muscle activity, and vertical ground reaction force (VGRF) during forward and backward lunge movements, which are effective inimproving muscle strength and balance ability of the lower extremities, and to provide clinical information on more efficient lungemovements. Design: Cross-sectional studyMethods: Fifteen adult males who met the selection criteria were tested for their dominant feet.Forward and backward lunges werethen performed, and the ROM, muscle activity, and VGRF were measured for kinematic analysis during the lunge movement.Thedifferences betweenthe forward lunge and backward lunge intervention were examined using a paired t-test. Results: A significant increase in the ROM of the knee and ankle was observed during the forward and backward lunges (p<0.05). In addition, in terms of the muscle activity, the peak values of the vastus medialis oblique (VMO) and VGRF also showed a significant increase in the forward lunge compared to the backward lunge (p<0.05). Conclusions: This study showed an increase in VGRF peak value, knee and ankle ROM, and VMO muscle activity duringforward lunge. Based on these results, it is considered necessary to apply differently depending on the direction of progress inconsideration of the musculoskeletal situation and physical ability during the lunge movement.

      • 변동성요인이 자산가격에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 우리나라 옵션시장의 변동성요인이 주식투자자들의 선택에 영향을 미치고 있는지를 검토한다. 본 논문은 옵션상품이 경제 내에서 비여분자산 (nonredundant securities) 으로서의 기능을 담당하고 있다는 최근 연구결과에 따라 변동성 요인을 자산가격결정 모형의 조건부 변수로 도입한다. 본 논문이 사용하는 변동성요인은 KOSPI200 지수에 대한 제로베타 등가격 스트레들 수익률이다. 동 수익률 변수를 조건부변수로 사용한 결과 주식시장에서의 자산가격결정모형의 가격결정력에 상당한 개선이 나타나는 것이 확인되었다. 따라서 주식 투자자들이 주식수익률에 대한 예상을 형성하는 경우 스트레들 수익률을 도구변수로 활용하고 있다고 해석할 수 있다. 한편 변동성요인과 시장수익률을 설명변수로 설정하고 각각의 기업그룹별 수익률에 대한 시계열회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 우리나라 주식시장에서는 소형 가치주보다는 대형 성장주그룹에서 변동성 요인에 대한 계수 값이 크게 나타나고 있어 미국 주식시장에 대한 연구결과와 유사한 결과를 나타내었다. 이는 우리나라 주식시장에서도 투자자들이 경제전체의 변동성에 대한 헤지수단으로 대형 성장주를 소형 가치주에 비해 선호하고 있음을 나타낸다. 이와 같은 발견은 옵션시장의 변동성 요인이 주식투자 포트폴리오 구성과 위험관리 및 헤지전략의 구성에 중요한 의미를 갖고 있음을 의미한다.

        변동성요인이 자산가격에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        We investigate if the straddle return on the KOSPI 200 index can be a conditional factor in understanding the behavior of investors in Korean stock market. In recent years, several studies showed that options are non-redundant securities in the economy. As a result, returns of options should appear as conditional factors in explaining the cross section of stock returns. In Hansen-Jagannathan distance test, we found that the performance of the conditional CAPM and conditional Fama-French 3 factor model improved when we used zero-beta at-the-money straddle returns of the KOSPI 200 index as a conditional factor. But the explanatory power of option volatility risk factor shows different patterns for different classes of stocks. In a regression, the coefficient of determination of large and value stock is larger than small and growth stocks of our Fama-French 16 test portfolios.         뇌졸중 환자의 보행훈련 효과 검증 - 근육활성화와 보행능력을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of treadmill gait training with weight loading on the muscle activity and gait ability of the stroke patients. The design of this is a randomized controlled trial (RCT). Twenty-two stroke patients participated in this study. Participants were randomly assigned to the experimental group I (n=11) and experimental group II (n=11). Experimental group I performed general treadmill gait training, and experimental group II performed treadmill gait training with weight loading applied. The muscle activity and gait ability were compared to evaluate the effect on intervention. Significant differences in internal oblique muscle activity, gluteus medius muscle activity, stride length, single support were observed between the experimental group I and experimental group II (p<.05). A treadmill gait training with weight loading resulted in improved muscle activity of the oblique muscle activity, gluteus medius muscle activity and gait ablilty in stroke patients. Therefore, treadmill gait training with weight loading for stroke patients are effective method with clinical significance in improving the muscle activity and gait ability.

        다이나믹 테이핑과 키네시오 테이핑 적용에 따른 발바닥 굽힘근의 지구력과 피로도에 미치는 효과 비교

        Background: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of plantar flexor on muscle fatigue and endurance when two different sport tapes are applied. Design: Cross-sectional design. Methods: Fifty-one healthy adults were randomly assigned to dynamic taping group (n=17), kinesio taping group (n=17), and control group (n=17). The dynamic taping group used the dynamic tape. The kinesio tape group used the kinesio tape, and the control group doesn't used tape. Every group performed heel rise test and sEMG for every during pre-test and post-test. To evaluate plantar flexor endurance, the number of times was measured during the heel rise test. Results: The number of heel rises increased significantly in the post-test in dynamic taping group compared to the pre-test, and In comparison between groups, the number of heel rises significantly increased in dynamic taping group compared to kinesio taping group and control group. PEF value was significantly increased in the post-test compared to the pre-test in dynamic taping group, and there was a significant difference between the three groups according to the taping application. Conclusion: The results of this study confirmed that dynamic taping was effective in musclular fatigue and endurance on plantar flexor in healthy adults. Based on these results, it is suggested that the application of dynamic tape can be suggested as one of the intervention methods for muscle endurance and muscle fatigue.
