        일 지역 3년제 간호대학 신입생의 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investing factors affecting freshman adaptation to school life within a junior college of nursing. Methods: The subjects were 282 freshmen attending a junior college of nursing within the J-city area. Students were given written consent to participate in this study. Data were collected using the following questionnaires: Rosenberg`s Self Esteem, Shere`s et al. self efficacy scale (SES), Choi`s Stress and Baker & Sirk`s School Adaptation Questionaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS 11.5 for Windows. Results: Subjects` adaptation to school life bears a significant positive correlation with self efficacy and self esteem and a negative correlation to stress. In general, students who chose this major independently, indicated satisfactory relationships with school friends and a higher level of adaptation than those who did not. Conclusion: There is a need to develop programs of self-esteem and bonding for incoming nursing students within the junior college in order to improve and enrich adaptation to school life.

        일 지역 중학생의 외모스트레스 및 또래관계의 자아존중감에 대한 영향

        Objectives: While not good looking physical appearances and body shape cause teenagers to be stressful, self-respect and good peer relationship can play a mediating role in reducing the stresses caused by physical appearances. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of self-respect and peer-relation on appearance stress of middle school students. Methods: Data were collected through structured questionnaire given to 353 students in a middle school that agreed to participate in this study. We confirmed the minimum sample size by correlation analysis using G power 3.1 program. The data were analyzed by using SPSS WINDOW 18.0 program. Results: When peer-relations are high, the self respect rises as well and When stress caused by appearance stress goes up, the self-respect goes down. When the peer-relations rise appearance stress decreases. Appearance stress and peer-relations affected the student`s self-respect. Conclusions: In school, it is needed to have an appropriate stress management about their appearance to increase adolescents` self-respect and various program developments to improve the peer-relation.

        맞춤형 운동프로그램이 대학생의 건강과 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: This study was to identify the effects of the tailored exercise program on the physical health, psycho-social health and life satisfaction of the college students. Methods: The subjects consisted of a total of 53 students of a college in one city. They were divided into two groups; 28 into the experimental group and 25 into the control group. The tailored exercise program was carried out for 10 weeks from Feb. 2006. The collected data was analyzed by the SPSS 11.0 program. Results: Physique and physical strength, there was no significant difference between two groups with the passage of time. Subjective health was markedly improved after10-weeks program. In terms of physical characteristics (Z = -3.18, p =.001), depression (Z = -2.35, p = .019), and anxiety (Z = -3.22, p = .001), all participants of the experimental group showed a significant difference 10 weeks later, while the control group did not show any difference at all. In terms of life satisfaction, the experimental group showed a statistically significant difference with the passage of time (Z = -2.01, p = .045). In the comparison of the mean between two groups, life satisfaction of the experimental group was more improved than that of the control group (U = 203.00, p = .007). Conclusions: The tailored exercise program was effective in improving health habits, psycho-social health, and life satisfaction in college students.

        일 보건대학 재학생의 헌혈실태와 헌혈부적격 영향요인 조사

        Objectives: The purposes of this study were to survey of blood donors and analysis factors affecting of unqualified donors at health college. Methods: We collected data 213 students of J health college in J city by using the questionnaire from December 5 to December 7, 2007. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 11.5 program with t-test, Chi-square and logistic regression. Results: The total number of blood donors was 473, among which 221 (46.7%) were qualified as eligible donors and 252 (53.35%) were unqualified at 2006. And the number of qualified as donors was 288 (43.0%) by the total number of 670 and among which 382 (57.0%) were unqualified at 2007. The unqualification rates were 80.5% (2006) and 59.0% (2007) for the Low specific gravity of blood. Factors affecting deferral donation were gender (OR = 6.76, p = .013), grade (OR = .04, p < .0001), department (OR = 3.38 p = .004), age (OR = 4.92, p < .0001), BMI (OR = 2.70, p = .027), regular meals (OR = 2.12, p = .012), after menstrual period(OR = 2.20, p = .017) and experience of donation (OR = 1.93, p = .019). Conclusions: It is necessary to educate donor eligibility criteria for college students. We must develop health education program to maintain regular health habits.

        일 종합병원 상급병실 입원환자의 병원서비스 만족도와 재이용의도와의 관계

        본 연구는 상급병실 입원환자가 지각하는 병원서비스 만족도와 재이용의도와의 상관관계를 파악하기 위한 조사연구로 연구대상은 상급병실 입원환자 78명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 대상자의 병원 서비스에 대한 만족도는 5점 만점에 4.69점이었으며, 하부영역에서는 간호사요인이 가장 높았으며, 그 다음은 검사요인, 관리요인, 외형적요인, 사무요인, 의사요인 순으로 나타났다. 재이용의도는 5점 만점에 2.43점이었다. 병원서비스 만족도가 높을수록 재이용의도가 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 병원에서는 입원환자들이 다시 병원을 찾을 수 있도록 병원 서비스의 각 영역에 따른 구성원들 모두가 노력을 하며, 특히 병원서비스 만족도 하부 영역 중 점수가 낮은 요인에 대해 더욱 중점을 두어 개선 체계가 마련되어야 할 필요가 있다. Purpose : The purpose of this study was done to explore the relationship in hospital service satisfaction and revisiting intention of patients. admission patient's. And to provide basic data for developing programs to improve quality of hospital management. Methods: This article used the same tools/methods which was used in the study of Lee Keunyeon(2005) to measure the hospital service satisfaction. To measure the loyalty, the article used the tool developed by Park Minhyang(2010) which is made of three questionaries and each has a Likert scale which is from 'strongly disagree' 1point to 'strongly agree' 5points. The collected data is analysed by SPSS 18.0 program using frequency and percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficients. Result & Conclusion : The mean score for hospital service satisfaction 4.69, and for revisiting intention 4.05. Hospital service satisfactionhad a positive relationship with revisiting intention(r=.54). This article made a conclusion that nursing services have a high influence on the hospital service satisfaction perceived by the admission patients in hospial. Thus, since analysing hospital service satisfaction contributes to the improvement of hospital competitiveness, and for especially nursing service having a huge effect on the patient's satisfaction, we have to consider the internal and external strategy of structural improvement and understand the patient’s needs.

        방과 후 전공기초학습프로그램이 전문대학 신입생의 학습역량과 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 방과 후 전공기초학습프로그램이 전공학습역량과 진로결정 수준에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 참여 학생들의 프로그램의 만족도를 조사하여 프로그램의 질적인 개선을 위해 실시되었다. 운영은 2016년 9월 22일부터 12월 6일, 매주 1회 총 10회 동안 34명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구결과 학습역량인 학습자신감, 학습도움 및 학업성취도가 유의하게 상승하였으며, 진로결정수준은 평균값은 상승하였으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 프로그램 만족도는 4.66점/5점으로 상당히 높게 나타나 방과 후 전공기초학습 프로그램이 대학생의 학습역량에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of after-school major basic learning program on learning competence and career decision level. It was conducted to improve the quality of the program by examining the students' satisfaction with the program. The operation was conducted from September 22, 2016 to December 6, 10 times during 10 weeks and 34 students were enrolled. Result & Conclusion : The results of the study showed that the self - confidence of learning, learning help and academic achievement were significantly increased. The level of career decision was not statistically significant although the mean value was increased. Program satisfaction was significantly high at 4.66 points / 5 points. It was found that the after school major basic learning program was effective for the learning ability of college students.

      • 일 상급종합병원에 입원한 암환자의 극복력, 가족지지 및 건강증진행위간의 관계

        연구목적: 본 연구는 상급종합병원에 입원한 암환자의 극복력, 가족지지 및 건강증진행위의 관계를 조사하였다. 연구방법: 암환자 131명에게 극복력, 가족지지, 건강증진행위를 조사하였으며, SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 극복력은 일반적 특성 중 성별, 교육정도, 직업, 가족수입, 가족도움과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 질병관련 특성 중 재발여부와 유의한 차이가 있었다. 가족지지는 일반적 특성 중 교육정도, 직업, 돌봄제공자, 가족도움과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 질병관련 특성 중 질병의 경과기간, 재발여부와 유의한 차이가 있었다. 극복력과 가족지지는 서로 정적상관관계가 있었다. 결론: 암 환자의 극복력을 높이기 위해서는 암환자 가족을 포함시키는 다양한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship among resilience, family support and health promotion of hospitalized cancer patients in an advanced general hospital. Methods: Data were collected from 131 hospitalized cancer patients and analyzed SPSS 18.0 program. Results: Resilience showed significant differences according to gender, education level, occupation, family income, family help. and recurrence. Family support showed significant differences according to education level, occupation, care giver, family help, progress of disease and recurrence. Resilience and family support are positive correlations. Conclusion: It is needed to develop various program including cancer patient and their family for the promoting resilience.

      • 진로 지도 프로그램이 일 3년제 간호대학 신입생의 학습동기, 전공만족 및 진로자기효능감에 미치는 영향

        Purpose. This study investigated the effects of career guidance program on learning motivation, a major satisfaction and career self-efficacy for nursing college freshmen. Methods. The subjects were 100 nursing college students in J-city area. They were divided into two groups; experimental group(N=50) and control group(N=50). Data were analyzed by using the SPSS 11.5 program with χ2-test, Fisher's exact test, t-test and paired t-test. Results. Participants in the career guidance program group increased learning motivation, a major satisfaction and career self-efficacy. Conclusion. The career guidance program was effective in improving learning motivation, a major satisfaction and career self-efficacy for nursing college freshmen. Therefore, this program is recommended as a way to improve school-life adjustment.
