        디지털기술 발전에 따른 영화 부가시장의 다변화 -디지털 온라인 시장을 중심으로-

The changes in the digital media from the audience’s perspective that you can touch and feel on the skin is the fact that you can just enjoy the movie in a variety of media. The consumption of the theater after the movie and gradually moving online using the Internet-based and hold a variety of services to occupy an increasingly lot situated within the online market share. Now this is the audience share come see a movie theater as download services and IPTV, cable TV and free.fee is going to spread in a variety of ways. Each feature of each medium and technology are constantly changing and the audience, and this phenomenon because it seems to be adapting to these media continues to lead the future. Academic papers related to digital movies are mainly related to the state whether ‘cinematography’ for any change in the development of digital technology, film production system, or been done to study for a theater outside the theater, which is the production and screening of films and discuss the changing patterns centered changed. At this point we see the development of a wide range of technical audience movie - it needs to try a more systematic organized in the audience’s perspective. In addition, the impact on the overall process of the film industry and on the basis of this change will also review what Must.         오가피 추출물이 CoCl2에 의해 유도된 SK-N-MC Neuroblastoma Cells의 세포자멸사에 미치는 보호효과

        Objectives :Acanthopanax cortex belongs to Acanthopanax genus, and it has been used as a tonic and sedative agent to treat the patients with rheumatism, diabetes and liver disease for many years. Cobalt chloride(CoCl2) is used to induce hypoxic condition in vitro study. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Acanthopanax cortex extract on CoCl2-induced apoptosis in human SK-N-MC neuroblastoma cells. Methods :In order to investigate whether Acanthopanax cortex possesses a protective effect on CoCl2-induced cytotoxicity in neuronal cells, MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay, DAPI(4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) staining, TUNEL(terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end-labeling) assay, DNA fragmentation assay, flow cytometry, DNA fragmentation assay, and Western blotting were performed on SK-N-MC neuroblastoma cells. Results :Cells treated with CoCl2 exhibited several apoptotic features, while cells pre-treated with Acanthopanax cortex prior to CoCl2 exposure showed a decrease in the occurrence of apoptotic features. CoCl2 increased HIF-1α expression, however, Acanthopanax cortex treatment decreased CoCl2-induced HIF-1α expression. The extract of Acanthopanax cortex treatment suppressed Bax and caspase-3 expressions, and increased Bcl-2 expression in human neuroblastoma SK-N-MC cells. Conclusions :These results suggest that Acanthopanax cortex may exert a protective effect on CoCl2-induced apoptosis in SK-N-MC neuroblastoma cells.

        에밀 쿠스트리차는 1981년 첫 장편 데뷔작 이후 오늘날까지 8편의 장편 극영화를 만들면서 1941년 나치의 지배에서부터 각 공화국 간의 내전과 독립, 그리고 민주주의와 자본주의의 도입에 이르기까지 매우 격렬하고 역동적인 시대의 흐름을 시대적 배경으로 삼고 있다. 여기에 집시들의 가난한 삶과 무슬림과의 갈등 등의 소재들이 추가되어 그의 영화는 대담하면서도 위험한 작품들이다. 그의 영화에는 여전히 사회와 개인의 문제, 정권과 이데올로기에 대한 발언들이 빠지지 않으면서 여전히 자기만의 방식과 화법을 구사하고 있다. 특히 쿠스트리차의 장편 극영화 8편은 당시 정치적으로 혼란스러웠던 다른 국가들의 영화와 마찬가지로, 민감한 정치 사항들에 대해 직접적으로 비판하거나 사실적 묘사를 하기 보다는, ‘환상성’과 ‘알레고리’의 방법을 통해 보다 은유적이고 함축적으로 관객들에게 이야기하고 있다그의 영화는 현실과 꿈, 혹은 현실 속 비현실의 상황이 항상 ‘환상적’으로 등장하는데, 현실과 환상의 세계가 분리되어 나타나는 것이 아니라 두 세계의 공존을 통해 그 경계를 모호하게 만들어버린다. 또한 그는 ‘비유’의 방법으로서 벤야민식 의미의 ‘알레고리’를 사용하고 있다. 현실을 기준으로 하여 여기서 벗어난 것에 대한 ‘명백한 가시화’의 환상성과 역사와 이데올로기를 그대로 담아내는 알레고리의 기법은 쿠스트리차의 영화에서 주된 영화 표현 방식으로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 역사성과 시대성을 과거와 현실을 통해 환상적으로 재현하여 시대의 알레고리를 묘사하였고 극적인 요소들을 통해 현실과 비현실의 경계의 모호한 경계를 효과적으로 표현하였다. 또한 비현실적 상황의 현실적인 전개 방식인 ‘마술적 사실주의’에 따라서 관객들에게 ‘진짜 현실’을 일깨워주는 방식으로 사회적 경각심을 놓치지 않았다.         The indoor air has been polluted seriously in a residential room, wherever the air tightness is improved only for preventing infiltration with energy conservation strategies in buildings. Originally oxygen is most important element to vitalizing human body. In a small room, occupants inhale the oxygen and exhale the carbon dioxide to the ambient air. However, ventilation or oxygen generator could be applied to compensate oxygen consuming with respiration in a room. In this study, the variation of concentration for oxygen and carbon dioxide with human breaths has been measured in a typical bed room when occupied with 2 persons during 12 hours of measurement periods. And the effects of compensation of oxygen with operating oxygen generator in a selected room. The CO₂ concentration has been increased dramatically in a air tight room and the oxygen concentration is decreased with residence activities.

        중국 녹색건축 인증제도의 개선방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement direction of China Evaluation Standard for Green Building (ESGB) and to validate the application propriety of evaluated standard through case analyses based on current environmental conditions in China. By analyzing comparative three different criteria, some ESGB rating systems are impractical and unrealistic. These rating systems are eliminated and nine rating systems are added considering economical social condition in China. Furthermore, the current and revised version of ESGB applies to review a building which obtains G-SEED certification in Korea. As a result of this experiment, the current version is impossible to obtain the certification, but the revised version is distinguished and received the grade of certification. Therefore, this study shows the validity to change to the current ESGB and demonstrates the need to further improvement of ESGB in China.

        組織擴張器를 利用한 耳介再建術

        One of the most difficult problems in ear reconstruction is the extreme shortage of available skin to cover the reconstructed framework. To accomplish the successful outcome of total ear reconstruction is equally dependent on the quality and quantity of available skin coverage. The prerequisite to good skin coverage should be thin, hairless, sensitive, good color-match, pliable, well-vascularized and easily available. In an effort to obtain this good skin coverage, we used the tissue expander as the first stage of auricle reconstruction in congenital microtial and traumatic anotia. We felt that expanded skin provides thin, pliable and well-vascularized cover for framework of autogenous cartilage graft or silastic implant, especially, the expanded skin flap was excellent for contour of the cartilagenous framework. But there are some contractures of the expanded pocket so that it is difficult to keep the deep auriculocephalic sulcus as that of immediate operation. This paper represents the authors' 5 to 19 months experience with 6 cases in 5 patients of a ear reconstruction in which tissue expander was used.
