This study examined the main factors for activating rural tourism of Jeollabuk-do using big data analysis. The tourism big data was gathered from public open data sources and social network services (SNS), and the analysis tools, ‘Opinion Mining’, ‘Text Mining’, and ‘Social Network Analysis(SNA)’ were used. The opinion mining and text mining analysis identified the key local contents of the 14 areas of Jeollabuk-do and the evaluations of customers on rural tourism. Social network analysis detected the relationships between their contents and determined the importance of the contents. The results of this research showed that each location in Jeollabuk-do had their specific contents attracting visitors and the number of contents affected the scale of tourists. In addition, the number of visitors might be large when their tourism contents were strongly correlated with the other contents. Hence, strong connections among their contents are a point to activate rural tourism. Social network analysis divided the contents into several clusters and derived the eigenvector centralities of the content nodes implying the importance of them in the network. Tourism was active when the nodes at high value of the eigenvector centrality were distributed evenly in every cluster; however the results were contrary when the nodes were located in a few clusters. This study suggests an action plan to extend rural tourism that develop valuable contents and connect the content clusters properly.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the meaning, application and utilization of big data for developing in agroindustry through the analysis on the home and abroad cases about the utilization of big data in agroindustry. The practiced cases were investigated by searching on the portal sites using keywords such as agroindustry and big data. As a result, abroad cases of big data are the following as Monsanto's FieldScripts, JohnDeere‘s SeedStar Mobile, DuPont Pioneer’s Pioneer Field360 Select of USA, Phytech software of Israel, Silent herdsman’s Cattle Health Care Management System of Scotland, Integrated Management Control System of EU, Flower Trade System of Netherlands, Fujitsu's Cow Step Counts System, Smartagri System, and FARMS Case of Japan. In home cases are the following as Smart green house, Apple cultivation, Tomato farmers Internet of Things (loT), Strawberry cultivation systems, and Integrated management system of direct transactions in the local food. The case of ubiquitous farm are under the development. Consequently, utilization of big data in agroindustry is to contribute significantly to activate the economy of local economy, as well as the effect of cost reduction for production of agricultural products.

This paper aims to analysize the regional disparity of rural life service. In other words, analyzing the spatial distribution of the single-households elderly and service accessib ility to public transportation, and the relationship between them in rural. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a high concentration of the single-households elderly in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Jeollanam-do, and the distribution of them shows a tendency to cluster locally. Second, the vulnerability area of public transportation are concentrated on the myeon area. Third, The above-average proportion of vulnerable single-households elderly in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Jeollanam-do are concentrated on the myeon area. This result show that there is a positive correlation and high values are concentrated. This paper is expected to contribute to the regional development projects and effective implementation of rural polices.

The ratio of the deterioration housing in rural area was 29.6%, but it was 18.3% in urban area based on a 2018 survey. In consideration of the point, this study aims to analyze the actual condition of indoor air quality in rural houses to provide basic data for improving the indoor air environment. It was investigated 15housings of Hongseong-gun, Chungchengnam-do. To investigate the correlation between indoor air quality and housing type, both the field survey of housing type and precision diagnosis of concentration of indoor air pollutants such as HCHO, TVOC, Fine dust(PM-10, PM-2.5), CO2, Radon. The results of this study are as follows. First, according to the average value of each element of rural old housing, the construction year was distributed in 1939~2004, and 12households(80%) living in houses older than 30years have passed for about 46years. As for the housing area, more than 12houses(80%) of 60m2 or more and 3 houses (20%) of less than 60m2 were often living in relatively small-scale housing. Second, as a result of measuring indoor air pollutants in rural houses, substances exceeding the standard values were found in HCHO, TVOC, CO2. Third, in the case of Fine dust and Radon, none of such factors were exceeded the standard. Fourth, there was no significant difference in indoor air quality depending on housing type in rural houses. This paper is expected to contribute to the regional development projects and effective implementation of rural policies.

The purpose of this study is to diagnose rural development projects from the viewpoint of rural tourism and to produce directions of development. As a result of examining the relationship between rural tourism characteristics and village projects, concepts and goals were similar. 'Creative village development projects' are being promoted with the aim of improving landscapes and increasing income by MAFRA(Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs). As a result of field survey, most of village development contents were rural tourism infrastructure such as village road. In a survey of 12 rural villages, there were 8 'active', 2 'normal' and 2 'sluggish'. The difference between these villages was whether the residents actively participated in village development. And, the rural development policy of OECD was taken into consideration and the development direction of the village project was derived. For efficient management, the characteristics of villages must be precisely identified from the planning stage.
