The adsorption capacity of charcoal is a function of the airborne concentration of the target chemical. To evaluate the adsorption capacity of charcoal packed in the cartridges of air purifying respirators, breakthrough tests were conducted with carbon tetrachloride for three commercial cartridges (3M models #7251, #6000 and AX) at 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 ppm. Adsorption capacities were calculated using a mass transfer balance equation derived from the curve fitting to the breakthrough curves obtained experimentally. Carbon micropore volumes were estimated by iteration to fit the Dubinin/Radushkevich (D/R) adsorption isotherm. They were 0.6566, 0.5727 and 0.3087 g/cc for #7251, #6000 and the AX cartridge, respectively. Above 100 ppm (at high challenge concentrations), #7251 and #6000 showed higher adsorption capacities. However, as the challenge concentration decreased, the adsorption capacities of #7251 and #6000 sharply dropped. On the other hand, the adsorption capacity of the AX cartridge showed little change with the decrease of the challenge concentration. Thus, the AX showed a higher adsorption capacity than #7251 and #6000 at the 5-50 ppm level. It is concluded that service-life tests of cartridges and adsorption capacity tests of charcoal should be conducted at challenge concentration levels reflecting actual working environmental conditions. Alternatively, it is recommended to use the D/R adsorption isotherm to extrapolate adsorption capacity at low concentration levels from the high concentration levels at which breakthrough tests are conducted, at a minimum of two different concentration levels.
계절 ARIMA모형을 이용한 스포츠센터의 여성회원객에 대한 수요예측

As the number of female participants increases, the necessity of practical and scientific demand prediction of female sport participants is rising. In order to predict the demand, we performed a times-series analysis for female swimming, aerobic and yoga program in a sport center located in Yong-in during the period of October, 2004 - July, 2011. We have selected the ARIMA(1, 1, 0) model through diagnosing model specification - parametric estimation - model suitability diagnosis and analyzed through SPSS 18.0 version. According to our research, the number of female participant has decreased gradually from October to February and has increased after February as summer season approaches.

Purpose: In order to improve the existing school fine dust environment, 12,095 elementary, middle, and high schools in Korea were analyzed by statistical analysis, and the purpose of this study was to derive the priority of field diagnosis and improvement through the scoring system. Methods: First, through the data of school alert of the Korean Educational and Academic Information Service, a total of 12,095 types and sizes of schools, classroom types and sizes, areas, building years, fine dust, formaldehyde, noise, and asbestos were analyzed. Second, the types were classified into 6 evaluation items through the analysis of fine dust detail and consultation with experts in the air environment improvement council. Result: 12,095 schools were classified into the top and bottom based on the playground, building year, indoor and outdoor fine dust concentration, number of students per class, fine dust warning and alarm scoring system. The results of the analysis of the combined score of the regional influence factors were analyzed as Gyeonggi Province, Jeollabuk-do Province, Chungcheongnam-do Province and Incheon, which recorded the highest score of 27 out of 28.
프로야구 구단의 서비스품질이 팀 동일시 및 충성도, 관람의도에 미치는 영향

This study carried out a survey amongst professional baseball spectators in order to verify association between professional baseball club`s service quality and club equation, loyalty, and audience`s intention. It implemented path analysis through a structure model based on theoretical background and hypothesis. The participants of the survey were spectators in Seoul-Jamsil stadium and Incheon Literature stadium. The number of returned questionnaires was 492 out of total of 500, and 479 valid questionnaires excluding untrustworthy or uncompleted ones were used for data analysis. The processing of the document included exploratory factor analysis to verify validity of sub-factors. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to confirm convergence validity and discriminant validity of all variables, path analysis for verification of set structure model, and AMOS 18.0 Window ver. Program for verification of SPSS18.0 Window ver. and structure model, which showed the following result. First, service factors provided by the club, along with team`s grade, players, and other factors that might occur in the game, have positive effect on ties with spectators. Second, equation of spectators on the club has positive effect on loyalty and audience`s intention. Strong ties between the club and the audience has intimate relationship loyalty which can be defined as attachment and goodwill toward the club, and audience`s intention which directly relates to watching behaviors. Third, loyalty also has been shown to have positive effect on the audience`s intention. Strong attachment, goodwill, and etc. lead to the spectator`s behavior of continuously watching the game.

The thermal performance database of the covering material which can be used as input data for the smart farm cooling load simulation performance evaluation was analyzed through the test evaluation. Methods: The solar heat gain coefficient of the covering materials (PE, PMMA, PC double layer, woven film) was compared and analyzed through the Korean standard test method and input data was derived. Based on the thermal input data, the cooling load simulation of smart farm was conducted and the simulation performance evaluation of each case was performed to analyze how the indoor cooling load changes by covering materials. Results: The cooling load of the PC double layer was the lowest at 424 W/㎡, and the PE film was the highest at 559 W/㎡. The coefficient of heat transmission was 3.7 W/㎡ ·K~6.7 W/㎡ ·K for each covering materials, and the solar heat gain coefficient was evaluated as 54%~90% visible transmittance was 50%~88%. The cooling load of the PC double layer and PE film showed a difference of 135 W/m2(24%), indicating that the selection of the coating material greatly affects the cooling load. The cooling load was reduced by 25.3% when the cooling setpoint temperature was controlled, and the cooling load was reduced by 35.8% when the internal shading rate was applied by 60%.
