SOC 민자사업과 프로젝트 파이낸싱의 효율적 결합방안에 관한 연구

SOC 민자사업의 성공을 위해서는 사업시행자의 원활한 자금조달이 필수적인데, 이를 위해서는 국내외의 다양한 재원을 통한 효율적인 프로젝트 파이낸싱이 수반되어야 한다. 본 연구는 SOC민자사업의 개요 및 현황을 살펴보고 새로운 민간투자법 체제에서 변화된 프로젝트 파이낸싱 환경을 구 민자유치법 체제와 비교.분석한다. 현체제에서도 남아있는 문제점들을 어떻게 개선하여 프로젝트 파이낸싱과 민자사업을 효율적으로 결합시킬 수 있는가에 대한 대안도 제시한다. For the successful performance of a private infrastructure project, an effective project financing is indispensable through various domestic/overseas sources. This study explains the concept of the private infrastructure development and investigates its current status in Korea. In addition, the details of the changed environment for the project finance under the newly enacted 'Private Investment Act' are compared in an analytical manner to those under the previous law. Finally, it discusses the problems that still remain and recommends the remedies available for the better financing environment.

LNG발전소 입지선정에 관한 주민 수용성 제고연구

Recently, LNG power plants are increasing drastically and the desire of an improvement in the quality of life is growing. The delay of power plant construction can hinder the stability of power supply and increase the cost. So this study was conducted to help power plant construction progressing from now on by studying on the social acceptance of a LNG power plant. On this study I limited the scope of the study to the stage of Site Selection which is the most conflict stage and can interrupt the project. To conduct this study I researched the recently constructed power plants which have been delayed, in particular Eumseong Natural Power Plant and Daegu LNG Power Plant which are under bitter conflicts with local residents and have difficulty in construction progressing. So I found out that it is very important to collect the opinions of the residents in the stage of Site Selection and it is necessary to change ACT ON ASSISTANCE TO ELECTRIC POWER PLANTS- NEIGHBORING AREAS. Lastly it is very important to adapt the state-of-the-art facilities to increase the social acceptance of a LNG power plant.

보완대체 의사소통도구를 위한 상황인식 모바일 시스템

보완대체 의사소통도구는 구어(口語)로 자신의 의사를 표현할 수 없는 장애인의 의사소통을 보조하는 상호작용 시스템으로 전통적으로는 그림이나 글자로 된 의사 소통판을 활용하여 왔다. 최근에는 스마트폰 기기 등의 높은 휴대성을 가진 기기를 이용한 의사소통도구의 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 또한 최근 상황인식 컴퓨팅의 개념이 출현하면서 모바일 디바이스는 사용자에서 즉시적이며 위치기반서비스를 제공하는 주요도구가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 기기의 다양한 멀티미디어 기능을 이용한 장애인을 위한 맞춤형 보완대체 의사소통도구 제안한다. 맞춤형 의사소통도구를 위해서 가변적인 레이아웃과 장애정도에 따른 AAC 항목의 선택이 가능하게 하였으며 시간정보, 위치정보, 그리고 클릭 수 등의 상황인식 기능을 적용하였다. Augmentative and alternative communication(AAC) is a communication tool for those with impairments or restrictions on the production or comprehension of spoken language. Traditional AAC has used a portable board with pictures and texts with which disabled person could be supported by it. Currently, smart phone based AAC researches and developments are actively studying. With emerging concepts of context-aware computing, the mobile devices can provide mobile users with timely information and location based services. We proposed a adjustable AAC system for disabled people of which has variable layouts and selectable items. We also implemented context-ware application for AAC systems including time, location and click count informations on smart phone. The system can adaptively change its layout and select AAC items depending on various situation of disabled persons.

스크류 공기 압축기의 성능해석

This study aims at the optimal design of the screw rotor and its performance analysis. The optimal design of the screw rotor's shape has been performed theoretically. Also, the performance analysis technique of an oil-injected screw air compressor is developed. The effect of internal leakage, heat exchange between air and oil, and flow resistance at suction and discharge ports are included in the performance analysis. Some numerical examples of the volumetric efficiency and adiabatic efficiency for sample rotors are demonstrated for various lobe combination, rotor wrap angles and L/D ratios.

대한치과보철학회지에 게재된 논문의 통계적 오류: 국문논문과 영문논문의 비교

연구목적: 대한치과보철학회지에 사용된 통계적 방법의 통계적 오류현황을 파악하여 통계적 방법의 잘못된 활용으로 인한 치의학 연구논문에서의 문제를 검토하고, 또한 통계적 오류의 유형과 빈도를 파악하여 동일문제의 재발 방지 및 효율적 대처의 기회로 삼고자 함이다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 2000년부터 2006년까지의 대한치과보철학회지에 게재된 총 399편의 논문 중 통계적 방법이 사용된 292편의 논문을 조사했고, 이를 위해 1997년 국제의학학술지 편집위원회의 "생의학 학술지에 투고하는 원고의 통일양식의 통계학적 방법론에 관한 서술지침" 15개항을 기초로 하여 1) 통계 프로그램의 불명시, 2) 통계 방법의 부적절한 기술, 3) 통계용어의 오용 등으로 크게 3가지 범주로 구성된 점검표를 사용하여 통계적 방법의 종류 및 통계적 오류부분을 확인하고 이를 한글판과 영문판으로 비교해 보았다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 결과 및 결론: 1. 통계 프로그램 명시 오류는 한글판에선 54%가, 영문판에선 59%가 있었으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이진 않았다 (P = .66). 2. 통계 방법의 부적절한 기술에 관한 오류는 한글판에선 49%가, 영문판에선 33%가 있었으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이진 않았다 (P = .09). 3. 통계용어의 오용오류는 한글판에선 54%가, 영문판에선 24%가 있었으며 통계적으로도 유의한 차이가 있었다 (P = .01). 상기 결과로 볼 때 통계용어의 오용 오류 이외엔 통계적 유의성을 보이진 않아서 한글판과 영문판의 통계적 오류의 비율은 유사하게 나타난 걸로 추정되며, 전체적으로 대한치과보철학회지의 통계적 타당성은 다소 부족하게 나타났다. 따라서 향후 치의학 연구자는 통계적 방법을 기술하고 적용할 때 통계적 오류를 피하기 위해 주의를 기울여야 할 것이며, 아울러 치의학 논문에서의 통계학적 방법론에 대한 인식의 제고가 필요하다고 보인다. Statement of problem: The aim of dental research is to advance scientific knowledge and leads to improvement in the treatment and prevention of dental disease. Utilizing an effective research design and adequate statistical methods are essential procedures ensuring that the results of researches are based on evidences. A research should utilize proper statistical methods without statistical errors; Otherwise, it could adversely affect clinical practice and future research. Purpose: This study was made to investigate the statistical methods used in the Journal of Korean Academy of Prosthodontics (JKAP) and then to assess them for the statistical errors. Material and methods: Among the total of 399 articles in the JKAP published from 2000 to 2006, 292 articles using statistics were reviewed. The validity of the statistical methods used in them were assessed using a checklist based on the guideline for statistical reporting in the uniform requirements for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals by International Committee of Medical Journal Editors. The checklist consisted of three categories of statistical errors: 1) Unspecified computer statistical packages, 2) Inadequate description of statistical methods, 3) Misuse of statistical terms. Then, the results were compared between the Korean version and the English version in the JKAP. Results: Among the 212 articles using statistics in the Korean version, 115 articles (54%) and among the 80 articles using statistics in the English version, 47 articles (59%) were shown to have unspecified computer statistical packages without statistically significant difference (P = .66). Likewise, 101 articles (48%) in the Korean version and 25 articles (31%) in the English version were shown to have the inadequate description of statistical methods without statistically significant difference (P = .09). However, 114 articles (54%) in the Korean version and 19 articles (24%) in the English version were shown to have the misuse of statistical terms with statistically significant difference (P = .01). Conclusion: Some of the articles in the JKAP had inadequate statistical validity, given the statistical errors identified in this assessment. Hence, dental researchers should be more careful when it comes to describing and applying statistical methods.

모바일 어플리케이션 이용패턴 분석 시스템의 설계와 구현

모바일 어플리케이션 시장은 지난 수년간 급속하게 확장되어 왔다. 이 논문에서는 모바일 디바이스의 이벤트 로그를 추적하여 스마트폰 어플리케이션의 사용량을 조사하는 기법을 제안하고 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 클라이언트 시스템과 사용성 분석 서버 시스템을 통하여 스마트폰 사용량에 대한 분석을 시도하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 안드로이드 운영체제가 탑재된 디바이스에서 사용성 분석 플랫폼을 구현하였다. 또한, 분석 서버 시스템을 이용하여 47,000여명의 사용자 정보와 사용자의 앱 사용 정보를 실시간으로 수집하였다. 본 논문에서 우리는 대규모의 사용자 정보를 기반으로 하여 스마트폰의 사용 패턴과 사용 정보를 연구하였으며, 사용자를 위한 편리한 사용패턴 가시화 기능을 구현하였다. Mobile applications are software systems running on handheld devices, such as smartphones, PDAs, tablets and so on. The market of mobile application has rapidly expanded in the past few years. In this paper, we present a novel approach to track smartphone application usage from a event logs on the mobile device and analyzed both on client system and usage analysis server. We implemented our client system on Android device based usage analytics platform. Based on the analysis server system, we obtained over 47,000 user base, and we get the user's app usage informations on realtime. In this paper, we describe a large scale deployment-based research for a smartphone usage patterns and usage information visualization techniques.
