성서적 관점에서 본 내적치유: 성서 언어 분석을 중심으로

Christians believe that God heals and restores broken people. Christian counselors also acknowledge that God provides the ultimate power to heal clients. However, many divergent models of healing exist and the Christian counselor may not feel adequately trained to discern which models best reflect traditional Christian doctrine and biblical interpretation. This article seeks to avoid simple use of bible passages or superficial use of the text by building on an alternative foundation—a thorough Biblically based, theological review of the Bible’s overarching message of healing—for counselors as they develop their own understanding how God heals broken people. 본 연구는 기독교 상담방법의 하나인 내적치유가 그동안 심리학적 통찰력을 지나치게 의존해 왔던 문제점을 극복하기 위해 성서로부터 그 근거를 찾는 설명을 시도하였다. 또한 신앙적인 접근을 한다고 했을 때도 성서 구절을 협소하게 인용하거나 성서 본문들을 피상적으로 사용하는 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 체계적인 성서적 관점을 제시하려고 시도했다. 이를 위해 2장에서는 오늘날 심리학과 성서의 통합 위에서 이루어진 내적치유 흐름을 분석하고 그 한계를 제시했다. 3장에서는 성서적 치유의 목표는 전인건강이라는 것을 밝혔고, 4장에서는 구체적으로 치유에 대한 성서의 언어들이 갖고 있는 은유적 차원의 의미를 분석하고, 5장에서는 이를 근거로 내적치유에 대한 성서적 입장을 정리하였다. 그리고 6장에서는 기독교 상담자로서 정체성을 더 깊게 하기 위해 내적치유에서 던져질 수 있는 질문들을 소개하였다.

시비(施肥)와 피복(被覆)이 갯기름나물(식방풍)의 수량(收量) 및 품질(品質)에 미치는 영향(影響)

1990~92년간 남부지방 식방풍 재배시 3요소 시용랑및 피복처리가 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사코자 시험한 결과를 요악하면 다음과 같다. 1. 3요소 시용량 시험 가. 3요소 각각 결제에 의한 수량 감수율은 질소〉인산〉칼리순으로 적었다. 나. 식방풍뿌리중 회분 함량과 질소 시비랑과는 부의 유의 상관관계가 있었고, 칼리 시용량과는 정의 유의적인 상관관계가 있었다. 다. 남부지방에서 식방풍 일년생 수확시 시비적량은 N-P2O5-K2O=21-13-10kg/10a이었다. 2. 피복효과시험 가. 흑색비닐피복에서 출현율이 무피복 80%보다 6% 낮으나 수량이 7%정도 증수하므로 남부 지역에서는 흑색비닐피복재배가 좋을것으로 생각하며 투명비닐피복재배는 출현율이 낮아 수량이 25% 감수하였다. 나. 피복재료에 따른 식방풍의 품질조사결과 회분, 산불용성회분 및 엑기스 함량은 피복재료간 차이가 없었다. This study was carried out to know the effects of N,P2O5,K2O application and mulching materials on the yield and quality of Peusedanum japonicum. And conducted from 1990 to 1992 in the south region. The emergency rate by mulching materials was 80% on non-mulching, 74% on black P.E mulching, but 49% on the transparent P.E mulching. The yield of dried root on the transparent P.E mulching was increased 7% compared to non-mulching. The decreasing rate of yield was increased with the sequence of N>P2O5>K2O5. The significant negative correlation was obtained between the content of ash and nitrogen application, and the significant positive correation between the content of ash and potassium application. The contents of ash, acid insolubleash, and C2H5 OH OH extract were not affected by the treat-ment of mulching materials. When Peusedanum japonicum was cultivated in the south region for one year, optimum application of fertilizers was N-P2O5-K2O5=21-13-10kg/10a.

목회상담에서 신학과 심리학의 관계

The purpose of the article is to suggest a desirable method to harmonize Christian traditional faith (theology) and psychological insights in pastoral counseling. There are many models which explain about the relation between theology and psychology such as 'against model,' 'parallels model,' 'of model,' and 'integrate model.' However, the integrate model is chosen as the best one to explain about the relation between these two areas and Don Browning's approach is selected and analyzed to suggest a integrate model. Browning's method to bridge the gap between theology and psychology recognizes how both faith tradition and psychology are interactive and mutually influential, and presents a way to hold theology and psychology in creative tension to avoid the abuses of both. Browning's "revised correlation method" which allows a critical dialogue between theology and psychology is evaluated as his contribution to modern pastoral counseling. For Browning, major reason to have a dialogue between psychology and theology is to establish ethical norms which causes confusion in people's lives that can bring mental illness. An important task of pastoral counseling is to establish ethical norms, without returning to moralism to care for people most effectively. For this task, he suggest five dimensions of practical moral reasoning. However, Browning's focus on ethical norms in pastoral counseling is too narrow to treat all the problems people meet in their life situations, even if it is an important part in pastoral counseling. Beyond any intellectual pursuit of theological ethics, Christians want to experience the living God. This metaphor influences more deeply a person's ethical decision. It must be remembered, therefore, that persons form their identities and make most of their normative choices, metaphorically, on the basis of their faith, rather than by practical moral reasoning.

Infant baptism has been practiced from the beginning of Christian history and there have been a lot of discussions about the meaning of Infant baptism, particularly about the question “Is there salvation in infant baptism?” This article shows how the relationship between regeneration and infant baptism is discussed in early church Fathers, medieval church, reformers, and theologians in 20th century. And then John Wesley’s ‘baptismal regeneration’ is explored. To understand clearly Wesley’s view, his sacramental understanding of Baptismal regeneration which was influenced by Catholic and Anglican church and his evangelical understanding of regeneration which was influenced by Pietist and evangelicals is analyzed.

Emotionally Focused Couple’s Therapy (EFCT) is a newer method of therapy designed to help couples embrace their emotions—negative emotions included—and constructively share those feelings with each other to heal their relationship. EFCT has increasingly proven to be reliably beneficial to couples in distress. Therefore, this article tries to examine the philosophical presuppositions of EFCT using Don Browning’s model and provide some thoughts on integrating this therapy within a Christian perspective. This article begins with a brief introduction of Browning’s model (1987)followed by a brief synopsis of EFCT. The article focused on three of Browning’s integration questions as they relate to EFCT: What does the theory claim as the ultimate meaning and foundation of life?, What does the theory morally obligate us to do?, and What are the fundamental needs and tendencies that this theory purports are foundational to psychological health and survival? These are then applied to EFCT. This article suggests that there are four metaphors—harmony, process,growth, atachment—in EFCT. These four metaphors are explained and compared with Christian perspectives. And obligation in EFCT (what we have to morally) is to have sense of entitlement, to form attachment and seek contact, and to love in mutuality. And this article shows that there are basic needs for attachment, self-actualization , and approaching to unexpressed emotion. Though EFCT has some limitations in its theory of ultimacy, it has many points of agreement with Christian tradition and has a strong place within a theory of adult love. Finally this article suggests in the conclusion that it will be a good therapy to help couples in the context of pastoral counseling, if Christian spirituality is considered in the theory.
