청부부상담에서 집단상담의 치료적 활용:문헌 고찰과 사례연구 중심으로

본 연구에서는 부부상담에서 집단상담적 접근과 그 효과에 대해 고찰하고, 부부상담에서 어떻게 치료적으로 활용할 수 있는지에 대하여 부부집단상담 전개과정 및 각 단계별 작업과제를 중심으로 논의하였다. 부부집단상담의 치료적 효과에 대한 선행연구결과에 따르면 집단상담은 부부들에게 안전하고 수용적인 작업환경을 제공함으로써 부부의 역기능적 상호작용 패턴에 대한 이해, 관찰과 모델링을 통한 효율적 의사소통 방식과 대안행동 학습, 부부상호작용에서 개방성과 친밀감 증진, 배우자에 대한 이해와 수용성의 증진 등에서 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 부부집단상담 전개과정에 대한 문헌 고찰과 사례연구 결과에 따르면, 집단전개과정의 역동적 특성에 따라 각 단계별로 적절한 작업과제를 통해 부부집단상담의 치료적 효과를 증진할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 부부집단상담은 특히 부부의 남녀 성차와 관련된 갈등, 배우자에 대한 비난 혹은 힘겨루기, 갈등의 억압과 같은 역기능적 상호작용 패턴이 만성화된 부부들에게 효과적인 접근방법임을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the therapeutic effects of couple's group therapy, and to discuss the application of couple's group therapy to couple'sor marital counseling. For this purpose, the author reviewed articles and analyzed the couple's group processes. The result was as follows. First, couple's group therapy was effective by enabling the participants to establish the holding/supportive environment. Second, couple'sgroup therapy was effective by allowing the participants to explore their dysfunctional patterns, and to enable them to develop functional patterns.Third, the couple's group therapy was effective by enabling the participants to experience the universality of their conflicts. Fourth, couple's group therapy was effective by allowing the participants to enhance the acceptance and intimacy by self-disclosure between the couples. Thus, the couple's group therapy was effective for those who had clinical and rigid dysfunctional interaction patterns, such as blaming, struggles, and project identification, and denial defense mechanism.

The genomic structure of the Cu/Zn superoxide dismutase (SOD1) gene from the entomopathogenic fungus, Cordyceps pruinosa was characterized. The SOD1 gene of C. pruinosa spans 947 nucleotides and consisted of four exons encoding for 154 amino acids and three introns. Four exons of the SOD1 gene are composed of 13, 331, 97 and 20 nucleotides respectively. Homology search of amino acid sequences of the SOD1 gene of C. pruinosa with another 13 fungi species showed higher sequence similarity of 69% ~ 95% and had the most highest sequence identity of 95% with Beauveria bassiana and Cordyceps militaris, which can easely infect domesticated Bombyx mori and another wild lepidopteran species in artificial or natual manner of infection. This SOD1 gene sequence showed copper, zinc and beta-barrel fold sites. Homology search showed that the Cu/Zn SOD1 gene from the entomopathogenic fungus, C. pruinosa is an orthologous gene homolog present in different species of organism whose ancestor predates the split between the relating species. In addition, C. pruinosa SOD1 gene is placed together within the ascomycetes group of fungal clade. From these results it is concluded that C. pruinosa SOD1 gene is orthologous gene having the same or very similar functions with a common evolutionary ancestor.

To reduce the number of rearing seasons required for preservation of multivoltine silkworms which do not produce diapause eggs, the optimal egg stage, temperature, and period of cold storage were examined using hatchability as an indicator of viability. Multivoltine silkworm starains MR, SPT, and HM were used in the study. 1. The hatchability of multivoltine silkworm eggs (MR and STP) preserved at 5°C for 30 days was 80% for the eggs chilled from 2 days after oviposition but less 5% for those chilled from 7 days after oviposition. 2. When 2 day-old eggs of multivoltine silkworm (HM) were preserved between -2.5°C to 7.5°C for 15 to 60 days, 0°C and 2.5°C showed the hightest hatchability with 91% at 30 days and 61% at 60 days storage, respectively. 3. From these results, it can be concluded that by preserving 2 day -old eggs at 2.5°C for 50 to 60 days, rearing seasons required for preservation of the multivoltine silkworm can be reduced to half per year.

정보통신 기술의 비약적인 발전은 시간적 공간적 제약이 존재하지 않는 방대한 양의 정보와 지식의 교환의 장인 가상시장 전자적 시장이라는 용어로 대변되는 전자상거래 시스템에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 또한 기존의 인터넷에 많이 사용하던 HTML의 한계와 SGML의 복잡함을 해결한 XML을 차세대 문서형식으로 이용하려는 추세이다 본 논문에서는 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래가 보편화 되는 시점에서 XML을 적용하는 방법에 대해서 고찰하고자 한다.
