Automated Cable Route Design based Flexible Cable Fill Check of Raceway in Cable Spreading of Generating Station

In generating station, cable spreading design is a very important task, which is very much time consuming, due to the type of cable used in generating station is very diverse. The raceway means the cable line section from source equipment to destination, and consists of cable tray and conduit. The process of existing cable spreading design was written in by hand. Thereby, there are grossly inefficient gain such as cable omission and unfixed fill value by a personal and time investment. In this paper, we proposed and implemented the automated cable route design based flexible cable fill check in generating station, and proposed the automated cable route design can be calculated the cable fill with flexible changing of raceway. Some experimental result shows that implemented cable route design is well performed and conducted as the design specifications, and it will be able to reduce the cable spreading design time. 발전소 설비에서 케이블 포설을 위한 설계는 발전소 설비에 사용되어지는 케이블 유형의 다양한 형태로 인해 매우 많은 시간이 요구되고 매우 중요한 과제이다. 케이블 포설 설계 시 레이스웨이(Raceway)는 출발지(Source) 장비로부터 목적지(Destination) 장비까지의 케이블 트레이(Tray) 및 콘디트(Conduit)의 포설 구간을 의미한다. 기존의 케이블 포설 설계 과정은 모두 수기에 의해 작성되어 인적/시간적 투자손실이 크고, 케이블의 누락 및 케이블 오버필(Over Fill)과 같은 비효율적인 손실이 빈번히 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 효과적인 발전소 케이블 포설 설계를 위한 레이스웨이의 유연한 케이블 오버 필(Fill) 체크 기반의 자동화된 케이블 라우팅 경로 계산 알고리즘을 구현하였고, 제안한 자동화 케이블 라우팅 설계기법은 케이블 위치의 변화에도 유연한 레이스웨이 계산이 가능하다. 구현 결과, 케이블 라우팅 설계 프로그램은 발전소 케이블 포설 설계 사양을 준수하면서 케이블 라우팅 경로를 효과적으로 설정하고, 케이블 포설 설계 시간을 기존 대비 크게 단축하는 성능을 얻을 수 있었다.

Primary aldosteronism is one of the most common cause of secondary hypertension and can be accompanied with hypokalemia. Rhabdomyolysis with hypokalemia in primary aldosteronism has been rarely reported. We describe a patient of primary aldosteronism who presented with limb-girdle type weakness.

Objectives : Clinical differences between elderly patients with early and late onset depression have been described although these have been inconsistent. We aimed to compare differences of clinical symptoms using the 17 items Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAM-D-17) between two groups. Methods : Data of 175 elderly patients with a diagnosis of major depressive disorder according to DSM-IV from January 2005 to November 2009 were collected. Seventy five patients were early onset depression and one hundred patients were late onset depression. Depressive symptoms were assessed by the 17-item Hamilton Rating Scale for depression. Results : There were some differences in HAM-D-17 scores between early and late onset depression. Early onset depression patients scored significantly higher in retardation(t = 2.41, p = 0.017) and somatic symptoms( general)(t = 2.37, p = 0.019) than late onset depression patients. Conclusion : We concluded that early onset depression patients have more severe psychomotor retardation and general somatic symptoms than late onset depression patients in Korea. Because of some limitations of this study, further investigations will be needed to validate this study results.

발전소 전기설비를 위한 효과적인 케이블 포설 알고리즘 및 자동화 프로그램 구현

본 논문에서는 발전소 전기설비의 설계 중 케이블 포설 설계가 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 케이블 포설 알고리즘 개발 및 자동화 프로그램을 구현하였다. 기존의 케이블 포설 설계 작업이 수기로 작성됨에 따라 케이블 누락 및 기준치 이상의 케이블 포설 등 불필요한 오류가 발생되어 인적 시간적 투자 대비 비효율성을 갖는 반면, 제안된 케이블 포설 자동화 프로그램은 케이블과 케이블 선로 구간을 코드화하여 효과적으로 과포설 계산 및 선로 구간을 변경할 수 있도록 하였다. 실험 결과, 구현된 케이블 포설 자동화 프로그램은 설계 규격대로 수행됨을 확인할 수 있었고, 프로젝트의 규모에 따라 하루에서 한 달 이내로 설계기간을 줄일 수 있어 발전소 전기설비를 위한 케이블 포설 설계를 경제적이고 효과적으로 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In this paper, we proposed and implemented the automated cable-spreading program which can be done effectively cabling plan for electrical equipment in power plant. Cause the process of existing cable-spreading design was written in by hand, there are grossly inefficient gain by a personal and time investment with cable omission and unfixed overfill value. Proposed automation program for cable-spreading, which is coded cable and raceway, can calculate the overfill value and raceway change. Some experiments are conducted so as to verify the proposed model, and as a result, implemented cable-spreading program is well performed.

족삼리(足三里) 홍화약침(紅花藥鍼)처치가 Collagen으로 유발한 생쥐의 관절염 모델에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of Carthami Flos herbal-acupuncture (CF-HA) at Joksamni($ST_{36}$) on arthritis in mice induced by Collagen II. Methods : The author performed several experimental items, including arthritis evaluation, change in weight, spleen size and stenosis rate, change in cytokine level, IgG, IgM and anti-collagen II, change of immunocyte count and histological change of the CIA mouse joint. Conclusions are as follows: Results : 1. In the CF-HA, the arthritis index and rate and the incidence of arthritis were decreased as the experiment proceeded. 2. In the CF-HA, spleen swell and stenosis, joint edema and change were decreased. 3. In the CF-HA, the level of $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-6, $TNF-{\alpha}$ and $IFN-{\gamma}$ in blood serum were significantly decreased. 4. In the CF-HA, the level of IgG, IgM and anti-collagen II were decreased. 5. In the CF- HA, $IFN-{\gamma}$, $IFN-{\gamma}/IL-4$, IL-10 of the culture fluid was decreased. 6. In the CF-HA, the cell rate of $CD3e^+$ and $CD45R^+$, $CD4^+$ and $CD8^+$, $CD4^+/CD25^+$ in spleen was similar to the cell rate of the normal group. 7. In the CF-HA, the cell rate of $CD4^+/CD25^+$, $CD45R^+/CD69^+$ in a lymph node was decreased as in the normal group. 8. In the CF-HA, the cell rate of $CD3^+/CD69^+$, $CD11b^+/Gr-1^+$ in joints was decreased as in the normal group. 9. In the CF-HA, the cartilage destruction and the inflammation cell growth in the H&E stain were decreased. The collagen fiber in the M&T stain were less destructed, therefore the result was similar to the normal group. Conclusions : These results suggest that CH-HA at $ST_{36}$ has an effect in controlling immune reaction and suppressing inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis therefore, the continuous flow of the following study is expected.

응용 및 융합기술 : 효과적인 이동물체 추적을 위한 색도 영상과 엔트로피 기반의 그림자 제거

최근 지능형 비디오 감시를 위한 다양한 연구가 제안되고 있음에도 CCTV 영상에서 이상 징후 판단이 사람에 의해 이루어지고 있어 상황인식을 위한 방법 및 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이동물체 검출 및 추적을 위해 RGB 칼라 모델 기반의 색도 영상과 엔트로피 영상을 도출하여 그림자 제거를 수행한 후 이동물체를 추적하는 방법을 제안한다. 이동물체 검출을 위해 잡음 및 주위 환경변화에 민감하지만 순간적으로 발생되는 상황인지 환경에서 효과적인 차영상 모델을 적용하였다. 검출한 이동물체 영역에서 RGB 채널의 색도 영상을 기반으로 첫 번째 그림자 후보 영역을 선정하였고, 그레이레벨에서 엔트로피를 계산하여 두 번째 그림자 후보 영역을 추정하여 그림자를 제거하였다. 제안하는 방법의 타당성을 위해 고속도로에서 주행하는 자동차들을 대상으로 실험하였고, 실험 결과 색상과 엔트로피를 이용한 그림자를 제거와 이동물체 추적이 효과적으로 수행됨을 확인하였다. Recently, various research for intelligent video surveillance system have been proposed, but the existing monitoring systems are inefficient because all of situational awareness is judged by the human. In this paper, shadow removal based moving object tracking method is proposed using the chromaticity and entropy image. The background subtraction model, effective in the context awareness environment, has been applied for moving object detection. After detecting the region of moving object, the shadow candidate region has been estimated and removed by RGB based chromaticity and minimum cross entropy images. For the validity of the proposed method, the highway video is used to experiment. Some experiments are conducted so as to verify the proposed method, and as a result, shadow removal and moving object tracking are well performed.

위기 이후 투자은행 규제 변화와 국내 금융회사 시사점

본 보고서는 글로벌 금융위기 이후 투자은행 관련 대내외 규제 트렌드를 살펴보고, 규제 측면에서 국내 투자은행의 활성화 방안을 모색해 보고자 했다. 위기 이후 해외 주요 지역은 시스템리스크를 해소하기 위해 은행의 증권업 사내겸업을 제한하여 위험전이 방지와 예금자 보호규제를 강화하는 한편, 과도한 신용팽창을 제어하기 위해 부보은행의 건전성 규제, 대형 투자은행의 고위험상품 운용 규제를 강화했다. 그러나, 계열사간 시너지 창출을 위해 임직원 겸직 부문 및 정보 공유 부문의 규제변화는 없었으며, 전반적인 규제 수준을 예금은행 대비 낮게 유지하면서 자본시장내 창의성과 활력을 지속시키고자 했다. 국내의 경우 금융지주내 은행과 증권업간 계열 분리는 잘되어 있으나, 업권별 상품 운용 등 업무에 대한 구조적 분리는 여전히 명확하지 않다. 거래규모가 크지 않아 규제의 실효성이 낮기 때문이라고 볼 수 있지만, 중장기적으로는 글로벌 규제 트렌드에 맞춰 시스템리스크 관리체제가 구축될 필요가 있다. 한편, 임원 겸직과 고객 정보부문은 제약수준이 상당히 높아 계열사간 시너지 창출을 지원이 사실상 어렵다. 이는 금융지주회사 설립 목적에도 배치된다. 특히 진입장벽과 건전성 규제가 높아 다양하고 전문화된 투자은행 설립과 성장이 저해될 우려가 커, 시장의 창의성과 활력을 불어넣기 위한 규제완화가 적극 검토될 필요가 있다. This report examines the domestic and foreign regulatory trends related to investment banks since the global financial crisis and sought to revitalize Korean investment banks in terms of regulations. In order to mitigate the systemic risk in the overseas major regions after the crisis, banks should restrict the diversification of the securities business to limit the risk transfer and strengthen the protection of depositors. In order to control excessive credit expansion, And strengthened regulations on product operation. However, in order to create synergies among affiliates, there were no changes in the regulations on executive officers and information sharing, and the overall regulatory level was kept lower than that of deposit banks, while maintaining creativity and vitality in the capital market. On the other hand, in Korea, the separation of banking and investment banking business is well done through the financial holding company, but the structural separation of the business is still unclear, as banks and securities companies are allowed to operate high risk products within a limited range. This is because the scale of the deal is not so large and the effectiveness of the regulation is low. However, in the mid- to long-term, it is necessary to establish a management system for systemic risks in line with global trends. On the other hand, executive positions and customer information are suffering from difficulties in supporting the creation of synergies among affiliates due to the high level of restriction compared to overseas regulations. It is also placed for the purpose of establishing a financial holding company. Especially, the entry barriers and prudential regulations are so high that the establishment of various and specialized investment banks and the growth of the investment banks are likely to be hindered. Therefore, the deregulation to encourage creativity and vitality of the market needs to be actively reviewed.

보안성이 취약한 사용자 계정 관리를 위한 웹 로그 분석기

인터넷이 확산과 더불어 보안의 문제도 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 네트워크 보안과 서비스에 대한 관리자의 책임 또한 더욱더 중요시 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹로그를 분석하여 웹호스팅 환경에서 장시간 사용되지 않아 보안성이 약한 사용자 계정을 관리자로 하여금 시스템 보안의 틈새를 찾고 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 WLA(Web Log Analyzer)를 구현하여 웹서버가 수행될 때 기록되는 각각의 로그를 분석한다. 그 결과 웹호스팅을 사용한 계정 이름의 수를 포함한 UUL(Used User List)를 구축하고 일정기간 사용하지 않는 호스팅 서비스 이용자를 찾아내고, 관리할 수 있게 한다.
