Differential Photocalorimetry(DPC) studies were conducted to monitor the radiation curing process. Effects of initiator, oxygen inhibition and degree of monomer functionality on the curing kinetics have been characterized through autocatalytic reaction model. Results presented elucidate the effect of formulating and environmental variables on cure speed, gel point and conversion. An understanding of these effects provides key information for the development of new products, quality control and insight into the mechanism of photopolymerization.
Na, Al Phthalocyanines 化合物의 特性 및 Complexation

Na and Al-phthalocyanine compounds were synthesized for characterization of their physical and chemical properties, and another several metal phthalocyanines were studied for identification of their photovoltaic effect. On the basis of changes in the spectra of these compounds the ability to form complexes with water and ethanol at room temperature was also examined. Na-phthalocyaninine and Al-phthalocyanine were found to be able to form hydrogen bonds to the nitrogen atom in the Na-phthalocyanine and Al-phthalocyanine molecules, respectively. Maximum UV absorption peaks were 309nm for Na-phthalocyanine and 680nm for Al-phthalocyanine and photovoltage from both phthalocyanine were 150㎶ for Na-phthalocyanine and 80㎶ for Al-phthalocyanine, The order of photovoltage from metal phthalocyanines would be Ni>Mg>Na> Al>Cu>Co.

The concept of six sigma plan was developed and pursued by Motorola to reduce defects of manufactured products. In fact, some six sigma concepts, such as the goal 3.4 parts per million(PPM) defect rates, have already become part of the quality lexicon as the state of "defect free quality". The goals of six sigma plan are established on the foundation of customer satisfaction such as quality, cost and service. It is more important for the companies to use six sigma to reduce defective and improve the process control than the technical definition as a disciplined quantitative approach for improvement of process control and a new way of quality innovation. This paper is to introduce the six sigma plan for the reduction of defective on the process control as a strong and valuable reinforcement to improve the process using Cp specified variations of within short term and between long terms.

When the sensitivity coefficient of stochastic network is used as evaluation measures for the system improvement, its analytic method may have the following advantages: First, the equivalent W-function for quantitative analysis can be obtained with the aid of this method, over the limitation of the traditional methods in the analysis of stochastic network. Second, the over-all operaton of system can be represented on Q-GERT network and the sensitivity equation can be derived from parameter variations. Third, the sensitivity coefficient of stochastic network can be used as measures for the system improvement, and can control the condition of system to a stable degree that the sensitivity coefficient approches zero. When used as an analytic method in the industrial field, this study, making contributions to the system improvement, will be good evaluation measures of system.

Among many viable approaches to improve quality and productivity of the process control in industries, We control the productivity with lower fraction defective and better quality as the fraction defective using parts per million(PPM). The recent control is an implementation of the statistical process control(SPC) using the fraction defective PPM. This article is a brief lood at the manufacturing productivity to facilitate the fraction defective as ppm-control of manufacturing process or to improve the efficiency.

Atractylodes japonica Koidzumi, A. macrocephala Koidzumi and A. lancea D.C. are the main sources of Atractylodis Rhizome(Alba). The chromatographic pattern was evaluated as a method of quality evaluation by HPLC and TLC. The main evaluation criteria were arithmetic mean, weighted mean, similarity and matching ratio. The concentration of the components in fresh roots was higher than that of in preserved roots of A. japonica and A. macrocephala. The wild species showed higher concentration than the cultivated species of A. japonica. The smilarity of Atractylodis Rhizoma(A lancea) was 20%, while that of Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba(A. japonica, A. macrocephala) was higher than 55%, indicating that Atractylodis Rhizoma Albaand Atractylodis Rhizoma could be differentiated by this method.
