직무 스트레스가 중소기업에서 근무하는 작업자에게 미치는 영향

This study aims at providing some basic material to be made use of for establishing plans through which one can reduce job-related stress, through conducting a survey on the sources of stress and then distinguishing its symptoms by the sources. As the methods of the study, we conducted a questionnaire survey of some selected medium enterprises' employees in the National Capital region and analysed the results. The questionnaire was designed by using the dynamic stress model of Cooper and Eaker and consisted of 85 questions to examine the sources of stress, the characteristics of personalities, and symptoms by each type of stress. The total valid respondents were 392 persons indicating 65.3% of the response rate. For analysing the results, a rating scale was used, and the reliability and validity were tested by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. As the result of the study, those workers in medium enterprises were found to be put under much stress by responsibility, physical environment factors and career development factors and so on. As physical symptoms of job-related stress, eye fatigue, stiffness in their shoulders, headache, worry or anxiety, and waist ache presented most in the respondents. In addition, as behavioral symptoms, chronic fatigue was most indicated. In organizational symptoms, dissatisfaction about the company and lack of self-motivation for the job performance were found to show most. Moreover, the results indicated that the closer personalities to those appearing in persons mostly of type A they had, the more they were put under intensive stress by the vagueness of their roles and responsibility among all the job characteristics.

농작업 및 생활환경 안전관리 평가지표 개발

이 연구는 농작업 관련 재해발생을 예방하고, 농작업인의 건강과 근골격계 질환 평가를 위한 농작업 및 생활환경 안전 관리 평가지표를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 농작업 관계 전문가 협의회를 구성하여 문헌 연구와 2 차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하여 82 개 항목을 평가항목으로 선정하고, AHP 기법을 통하여 농작업, 농기계 및 기구, 농작업장, 위험물질, 생활환경에서의 요소별 세부요소 가중치를 결정하여 평가지표의 지수 산출에 적용하였다. 이 결과를 통하여 농작업에 대한 안전관리 평가지표뿐만 아니라, 농작업 분야의 다른 인간공학적 평가 도구를 개발에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

김치공장의 근골격계질환 실태에 관한 연구

Today, the workers who are engaged in the manufacturing industry have musculoskeletal disorders, because of many inappropriate motions. These problems cause the disputation between workers and managers. The disputation is getting worse than now. Also the worker’s needs have escalated every day. In this situation, we should find how to reduce worker’s musculoskeletal disorders. The purpose of this study is to remove injurious factors and to propose an improvement plan on worker’s musculoskeletal disorders at a Kimchi factory. We divide each works and analyze the worker’s risk factors using OWAS, RULA, REBA, QEC at the Kimchi factory. The result of analysis by four methods is that workers are required excessive power and unnecessary behavior, so their shoulder and waist are highly exposed to musculoskeletal disorders. Through the access of ergonomics and education, the occurrence rate of musculoskeletal disorders could be decreased.

The purpose of this study is what workers feel cause of work stress and cause of the stress occurs results of various sides. We made up a question for the sake of this study, and research to workers who are engaged in medium industry in the metropolitan areas including Seoul. As the result to analyzing the significance difference between each groups about population statistical character excluding personality. It is not likely to find high difference of each group. But, a result of each groups real difference examination about which population statistical character - kind of job, sex, scholarship etc, - have seen in a cause of work stress. 작업자의 작업쾌적성 향상을 위한 개선 활동의 실태에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to suggest some definite ideas of increasing worker's work comfortability in industry. Namely, questionnaire survey including questions to inquire of the effective activities engineers and the company administrators adopted in relating to work comfortability was conducted. As for the number of the companies investigated was to totally five hundreds randomly selected among the whole and the various different type of industries. From the results, it can be cleared that workers are apt to think of their own personal and effluenced living life belong the most valuable and important in recent years due to the rapid development of economic conditions. And, furthermore, working area for workers is not thought to be limited only to their own workplace but should be covered the whole area even at home. The conclusion from this study shows that the appropriate countermeasures to increase comfortability of working conditions and environment should be equally important fur industrial workers together with improving work efficiency from the view point of management.

자동차 번호판의 형식 및 소재가 판독성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to propose the improved style and material of license number plate, which is the exterior panel of the automobile indicating the legal registration codes, in order to provide the observers with the better readability than that of the current number plate in Korea. The results are as follows; 1) The average readable distance of the single line sample plates, in day time, is longer than that of the double life ones by 22 percent. 2) The average readable distance of the reflective sample plates, in nighttime, is longer than that of the non-reflective ones by 14.7 percent. 3) The reflective yellow captions on blue background were perfectly read farther away than the blue captions on reflective yellow backgorund by 6.4 percent. Also, there was no significant difference between non-reflective color contrasted samples; blue on yellow background and yellow on blue background.

휠체어를 사용하는 지체장애인 여성용 생리용품의 안전성 향상을 위한 개선 및 개발

이연구의 목적은 지체장애인 여성의 신체에 더 적합하고 착용이 용이한 생리용품의 설계 변수를 제안하고, 휠체어 사용으로 인 해 월경 시 예상되는 피부질환으로부터 지체장애인 여성을 보호하여 안전성을 향상시키고 지체장애인 여성의 월경 관리에 대 한 편리함을 증진시키는 것이다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하면 탐폰과 월경 컵과 같은 내부 위생 제품이 흡수율이 높고 피부 자 극을 유발할 가능성이 낮기 때문에 생리대와 같은 외부 위생 제품보다 우수한 것으로 나타나났다. 연구결과를 토대로 삽입형 생리용품을 대안으로 선택하였고, 동시에 기존 삽입형 생리용품의 단점이었던 착용 방법의 복잡함을 개선하여 질 안에서 손을 넣지 않고도 편하게 교체할 수 있는 보조용품의 설계변수를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to a) investigate the difficulties physically disabled, wheelchairconfined women may face in using feminine hygiene products; and b) present a solution to these difficulties by designing a product that is both easy to use and protects the skin from fungus and other irritants. In this study, we determined that internal hygiene products such as tampons and menstrual cups were superior to their external counterparts, like sanitary napkins, due to their higher absorption rate and unlikeliness to cause skin irritation. We have also designed accessories that can be used with internal hygiene products that allow the devices to be inserted without needing to place fingers or hands inside the vagina, allowing a more comfortable experience for the user.
