As meters become digital and smart, energy data such as electricity, gas, heat, and water can be accurately and efficiently measured with a smart meter, providing consumers with data on energy used, so that real-time demand response and energy management services can be utilized. Although it is developing from a simple metering system to a smart metering industry to create a high value-added industry fused with ICT, illegal counterfeiting of electronic meters is causing problems in intelligent crimes such as manipulation and hacking of SW. The meter not only allows forgery of the meter data through arbitrary manipulation of the SW, but also leaves a fatal error in the metering performance, so that the OIML requires the validation of the SW from the authorized institution. In order to solve this problem, a quantitative confirmation device was developed in order to eradicate the act of cheating the fuel oil quantity through encoder pulse operation and program modulation, etc. In order to prevent the act of deceiving the lubricator, a device capable of checking pulse forgery was developed, manufactured, and verified. In addition, the performance of the device was verified by conducting an experiment on the meter being used in the actual field. It is judged that the developed quantitative confirmation device can be applied to other flow meters other than lubricators, and in this case, accurate measurement can be induced.

We analyzed 23 patients with bladder rupture managed at Chosun Univercity Hospital during a 8 year period from January 1978 to December 1985. The results are as follows; 1. Among the 182 patients with genitourinary injury, the patient with bladder rupture are 23 cases(12.6%). 2. Age distribution of bladder rupture shows the most prevalent incidence in the age group from second to fourth decade, giving a rate of 52.2% of total 23 cases. 3. Traffic accident is the most frequent cause of bladder rupture, "which is occurred in 12 cases" (52.2%)of 23 cases. 4. The most frequent associated injury is the fracture of pelvic bone and the next are intestinal injury, urethral rupture and the fracture of upper and lower extremity. 5. The occurence of the intraperitoneal rupture is 6. 7times more than that of extraperitoneal rupture. 6. Transverse tearing is the most common tearing sliaps of bladder wall, which consist of 14 cases in 20 cases explored and the most common tearing diameters are between 5 to 10㎝. 7. In almost all cases, immediate primary anastomosis of bladder wall and indwelling urethal catheter, with or without auprapubic cystostomy are performed, except 3 cases who are managed with indwelling urethral catheter.
Studies on Secretion of Catecholamines evoked by Panaxadiol in the Isolated Rabbit Adrenal Gland

본 연구에서 한국산 인삼의 활성성분의 하나인 Panaxadiol(PD)에 대한 가토적출부신에서 카테콜아민(CA)의 분비작용과 작용기전을 파악하고자 실험을 시행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. $PD(400{\mu}g)$을 가토적출부신에 투여하였을 때 카테콜아민의 분비를 의의있게 증가시켰다. PD의 이러한 CA 분비작용은 atropine 처치로 현저히 억제되었다. Physostigmine 전처치시 PD 뿐만 아니라 Ach의 CA 분비작용은 뚜렷이 증가되었다. 그러나 chlorisondamine 전처치로 PD나 Ach의 분비 효과는 억제되었다. 또한 $PD(400{\mu}g/30\;min)$을 주입한 후에 Ach의 CA 분비 효과는 오히려 강화되었다. PD나 Ach의 작용은 adenosine 전처러시 현저히 증강되었다. EGTA(5mM)와 함께 Ca-free Krebs액으로 30분 주입한 경우에 Ach의 분비작용은 거의 전적으로 차단되었으며, PD의 작용도 약화되었다. 이상의 실험결과로 보아, PD는 가토적출부신에서 $Ca^{++}$ 의존적으로 CA분비를 증가시키며, 이러한 작용은 cholinergi muscarinic 및 nicotinic receptor의 흥분작용에 기인하며, chromaffincell 대한 일부 직접작용도 개재되어 나타나는 것으로 사료된다. The effect of Panaxadiol(PD), which is an active component of Korean Ginseng Saponins, on the secretion of catecholamines (CA) from the rabbit adrenal gland and its mode of action were investigated in the present study. $PD(400{\mu}g)$ increased significantly the secretion of CA from the isolated perfused rabbit adrenal gland. PD-induced secretion of CA was reduced markedly by treatment of atropine, CA secretion induced by Ach or PD was potentiated significantly by physostigmine-treatment. Chlorisondamine did inhibit CA secretion of PD or Ach. Perfusion of $PD(400{\mu}g)$ for 30 min enhanced the secretory activity of CA by Ach. Ouabain weakened the secretory response induced by PD but rather enhanced the response by Ach. Adenosine-treatment resulted in marked enhancement of CA secretion by PD or Ach, Pefusion with $Ca^{2+}-free$ Krebs containing EGTA (5 mM) for about 30 min totally blocked secretory effect induced by Ach and also weakened that by PD. From the above experimental results, it is suggested that PD causes secretion of catecholamines from the rabbit adrenal gland by a calcium-dependent exocytotic mechanism. The secretory effect of PD is due to the stimulation of cholinergic muscarinic and nicotinic receptors present in the adrenal gland and partly to a direct action on the chromaffin cell itself.
Digital Micromirror Device와 Polygon scanner의 광학적 차이에 따른 Lithography 특성 분석

In the early days of laser invention, it was simply used as a measuring tool, but as lasers became morecommon, they became an indispensable processing tool in the industry. Short-wavelength lasers are used to make patternson wafers used in semiconductors depending on the wavelength, such as CO2 laser, YAG laser, green laser, and UVlaser. At first, the hole of the PCB board mainly used for electronic parts was not thin and the hole size was large, soa mechanical drill was used. However, in order to realize product miniaturization and high integration, small holeprocessing lasers have become essential, and pattern exposure for small hole sizes has become essential. This paperintends to analyze the characteristics through patterns by exposing the PCB substrate through DMD and polygon scanner,which are different optical systems. Since the optical systems are different, the size of the patterns was made the same,and exposure was performed under the optimal conditions for each system. Pattern characteristics were analyzed througha 3D profiler. As a result of the analysis, there was no significant difference in line width between the two systems. However, it was confirmed that dmd had better pattern precision and polygon scanner had better productivity.
인삼사포닌의 가토 적출부신이 카테콜아민 분비에 미치는 영향

In this study, an attempt was made to clarify whether Ginseng enhances secretion of catecholamines in the isolated perfused adrenal glands and to investigate its mechanism of action, making use of total saponin of Ginseng(GTS). GTS(200㎍) produced an increased secretion of catecholamines(CA) significantly in the isolated perfused rabbit adrenal gland. Secretion of CA induced by GTS was inhibited by atropine-treatment and secretion evoked by acetylcholine(Ach) also blocked. Physostigmine -perfusion potentiated the CA secretory effect of GTS. Adenosine lowered CA secretion evoked by GTS, but rather potentiated the effect on secretion induced by Ach. Ouabain reduced the secretory responses evoked by either procedures (Ach or GTS). Mecamylamine, while blocking the secretory effects of Ach perfusion, did not affect the secretion of CA induced by GTS. Perfusion with Ca-free Krebs containing EGTA (5mM) for 30 min totally blocked Ach-induced secretory effects, but did not secretory responses evoked by GTS. These experimental results suggest that GTS increases secretion of CA in the isolated perfused rabbit adrenal glands via direct action on chromaffin cells with partly mediation of muscarinic receptors.

In recent materials industry, researches on the technology to manufacture super hydrophobic surface byeffectively controlling the wettability of solid surface are expanding. Research on the fabrication of super hydrophobicsurface has been studied not only for basic research but also for self-cleaning, anti-icing, anti-friction, flow resistancereduction in construction, textile, communication, military and aviation fields. A super hydrophobic surface is defined asa surface having a water droplet contact angle of 150 ° or more. The contact angle is determined by the surface energyand is influenced not only by the chemical properties of the surface but also by the rough structure. In this paper, maskless lithography using DMD, electro etching, anodizing and hot embossing are used to make thepolymer resin PMMA surface super hydrophobic. In the fabrication of microstructure, DMDs are limited by the spacingof microstructure due to the structural limitations of the mirrors. In order to overcome this, maskless lithography usinga transfer mechanism was used in this paper. In this paper, a super hydrophobic surface with micro and nano compositestructure was fabricated. And the wettability characteristics of the micro pattern surface were analyzed.
