This paper proposes Electric Hydraulic Vehicle Ride Height Control device. The vehicle height can be lifted and lowered by driver and Logic. For example, on good roads such as highways, lowering the vehicle height improves fuel economy. But in off-road or speed bumps, the vehicle height is lifted to protect the lower part. Using an electric pump and a hydraulic cylinder, the spring seat is moved and the spring is pushed up to lift the vehicle height. The effectiveness of the vehicle height control device was confirmed through the test results

In this paper. powertrain method of an actuator is investigate. To obtain the linear force. dynamic model of the actuator is constructed by using RecurDyn and considering the rotational inertia of every component. Dynamic model of the actuator is derived based on the experimental results of the dynamic characteristic test. Based on the dynamic model of the control actuator and gear model, an actuator performance simulator is developed. Using the simulator, tile linear force and stroke are obtained In addition, the torque and acceleration of actuators are calculated during the shift process. It is observed from the performance simulator that torque can be transmitted by proper control of the actuator.
