        The purpose of this study was to examine the quality of life of overweight & obese women using SF-36 Methods We studied 244 patients visiting Gangdong Kyung Hee University Hospital from 1st April 2011 to 30th November 2011. The subjects were categorized in two groups, normal group(n=158) and overweight & obesity group(n=86). We studied the difference of SF-36 scores between two groups by independent samples t-test and correlation between anthropometry and SF-36 scores by Pearson`s correlation coefficient test using SPSS for windows(version 13.0). Results Overweight & obesity group significantly showed lower quality of life in the domains of physical functioning, bodily pain, and social functioning than normal group. Some of body weight, fat mass, body mass index, percent body fat, fat distribution and quality of life in the domains of physical functioning, role-physical, bodily pain, general health, social functioning, role-emotional significantly showed negative correlation coefficient. Conclusions The results suggest that overweight and obese women tend to show lower quality of life.

      • DITI를 이용한 산후풍 환자의 체표 온도 특성 연구

        Purpose: During Postpartum period many women complain multiple pain, cold hypersensitivity, hot flush, sweating and so on. We call the postpartum disease as San Hu Pung. We studied characters of DITI Characters of women suffering from Postpartum disease. Methods: We studied 55 patients visiting OOhospital from February 2006 to November 2007. The subjects were categorized in two groups, symptom group(37) and no symptom group(18). We measured the temperatures of abdomen(CV17, CV12, CV4), upper and lower limb(PC8, LU4, LR3, ST32) and back(GB21, BL18, BL53). We studied the difference of DITI between two groups by Student T-test using SPSS for windows (version 12.0). Results: The general characteristics such as age, days of postpartum, primiparity, cesarean section, partum season, breast-feeding of two groups were not different statistically. Temperatures of abdomen(CV17, CV12, CV4) and back(GB21, BL18, BL53) of two groups were not different statistically. Temperatures of Lt. PC8 and both LR3 of symptom group were statistically higher than no symptom group. The difference between Lt. PC8 and LU4, both LR3 and ST32 of symptom group were statistically higher than no symptom group. Conclusion: The results suggest that women suffering from Postpartum disease shows high temperature on hand and foot. It seems that postpartum disease patients tend to have blood deficiency. DITI can be useful to diagnose San Hu Pung. The more studies to diagnose San Hu Pung would be needed.

        『삼천리』에 나타난 1930년대의 결혼관

        결혼관은 사회의 변화와 함께 변해왔다. 과거에는 결혼을 개인을 위한 행위가 아니라 가정을 위한 행위로 생각하였으나, 점차 자신의 행복을 추구해 나갈 수 있는 하나의 전환점으로 인식하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 1930년대 대중의 생각을 담고 있는 대중잡지 ??삼천리??에 나타난 결혼관에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. 1930년대는 서구 사조의 유입과 교육의 확대로 전통적인 결혼관에서 근대적인 결혼관으로 변하는 시기이다. ??삼천리??에 나타나는 이 시기 결혼관의 형태는 연애결혼과 이민족과의 결혼으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. ??삼천리??에서는 연애결혼에 대해 긍정적인 시각을 나타내고 있다. 이민족과의 결혼은 정책적인 개입이 있는 결혼에 대해서는 부정적인 시각을 나타내고 있으며, 개인의 선택에 의한 이민족과의 결혼은 결혼하는 상대에 따라 다른 시각을 보이고 있다. An outlook on marriage has changed with social changes. In the past, people thought the marriage is not a work for one person but a family. But gradually it has been considered that the marriage is the turning point which people can pursuit their happiness. In this research, we examine the outlook on marriage in Samcheonri, which is the popular magazine containing public view of 1930's. In 1930's, the outlook on marriage was changing from traditional one to modern one because of the western trend and the expansion of education. We can consider a form of the outlook on marriage in the time of Samcheonri, dividing a love marriage and a racial intermarriage. There is a positive view about a love marriage in this magazine. It has a negative view about racial intermarriage by a politic intervention, and it also has different view on the racial intermarriage by personal choice depending on who is the partner of marriage.

        유 · 아동 영재교육의 동향

        This study has compared Korean early gifted education for the children with that of six countries which have implemented the gifted education for the children, such as America, Australia, Germany, Israel, Singapore and China. Based on the findings, the study examined the issues with the gifted education for children in Korea and find the systemized and effective model and directions for the gifted education. Korea lacks the educational facilities, the objective criteria, teachers’ training, for the gifted children. Also, Korea does not show diversity in the operating areas in the education for the gifted children. Thus, based on the issues, the tasks for the development of the policy on the education for the gifted young children in Korea can be proposed as follows. First, the educational facilities for the gifted children within the region for the young children in the lower grades in elementary school should be opened and run. Second, the criteria for distinguishing the gifted young children and the improvement in the system would be needed. Third, by strengthening the specialization of the teachers in charge of the education of the gifted children, the teachers who have the specialty in the education for the gifted infants and children should be fostered and the training of teachers and the certification system should be in place so that the benefits which fit the specialization and the efforts of the teachers can follow. Fourth, more diverse and high-quality education for the gifted children which takes the characteristics of the gifted young children would be required. 본 연구는 우리나라보다 먼저 유·아동 영재교육을 실시하고 있는 미국, 호주, 독일, 이스라엘, 싱가폴, 중국 6개국과 우리나라 조기 영재교육 시스템을 비교하여 체계적이고 효율적인 유·아동 영재교육의 모델과 방향을 모색해 보는 데에 목적이 있다. 영재교육에 관련된 국내·외 문헌 자료를 수집분석한 결과 우리나라는 유·아동 영재를 위한 영재교육기관과 유·아동 영재들을 판별하는 객관적도구, 유아-초등학교 저학년 영재를 위한 조기 영재판별 시스템과 영재교육 전문 담당 교사의 수급이 취약한 실정이며 영재교육 운영분야가 다양하지 못하다는 문제점을 보였다.

        보건교사의 역량모형 개발을 위한 델파이 연구

        Purpose: This study was intended to identify the competency model for korean health teachers. In order to enhance job effectiveness and talent development of health teachers in schools, this study would provide policy makers and school administrators with a competency model to be used as a valid and reliable tool for selection, development, and appraisal of health teachers. Methods: This study used three-round Delphi technique, which was a series of surveys to obtain a consensus of experts in school health and health education. 31 experts were finally involved in Delphi panel, which consisted of professors, administrators, and school teachers. Results: This study found that the competency model of health teachers was composed of fourteen competencies and 75 performance indicators. The fourteen competencies were as follows: consulting and teaching competency, students understanding competency, health problem solving competency, health assessment competency, relationship building competency, information management competency, curriculum management competency, teaching activity competency, writing competency, professional expertise competency, health business management competency, self control competency, school commitment competency, and achievement orientation competency. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, policy makers and school administrators would be able to use the competency model as a tool of new health teachers selection, existing health teachers appraisal, and new and existing teachers training and education. Future research needs to classify the levels of each performance indicator as a kind of behavior indices.

        Bioimpedance 를 이용한 심박출량의 측정 ; 열희석법과의 비교

        N/A Changes in bioimpedance during the cardiac cycle are inversely related to the volume of blood within the heart and great vessels. Estimating cardiac output from changes in the bioimpedance is a safe, painless, and noninvasive alternative which should be useful for repeated bedside determinations in individual patients. Cardiac output determined by the bioimpedance method using NCCOM3® (noninvasive continuous cardiac output monitor) was compared with that of the thermodilution method in 22 patients who underwent cardiac catheterization. Twenty-two patients, 7 males and 15 females ranging in age from 22 to 56 (mean 41.4), had various cardiac diseases. Coronary heart disease was present in 5 and valvular heart disease in 17. The cardiac rhythm was sinus rhythm in 4 and atrial fibrillation in 18. The results were as follows: 1) Bioimpedance provided a noninvasive, continuous and simple method to monitor cardiac output. 2) Cardiac output measured by bioimpedance and the thermodilution method correlated well (r=0.827 as a whole, r=0.902 in those with sinus rhythm). 3) Bioimpedance can be used in the clinical setting when the thermodilution method is not readily feasible and when continuous monitoring of cardiac output is indicated.

        조직적·상황적 요인에 따른 비서의 윤리적 의사결정에 관한 연구

        윤리적 기업, 윤리적 조직이 되기 위해서는 우선 조직을 이루고 있는 조직구성원들의 윤리성을 가장 먼저 고려해야 할 것이며 단순한 개인 수준의 윤리가 아니라 조직 내 구성원으로서의 윤리적 측면을 고려해야 할 것이다. 조직구성원으로서의 비서는 고도의 전문화된 지식과 기술을 업무에 적용해야 할 뿐 아니라 조직의 상급 경영자 및 관리자를 가까이에서 보좌하고, 조직내에서 많은 기밀사항을 다루는 업무의 특수성으로 인하여 다른 일반 사무직에 비하여 더욱 윤리적 갈등을 겪을 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 윤리적 갈등에 처했을 때, 윤리적 의사결정이 어떤 요인들에 의해 영향을 받는지 알아보고자 하였다. 비서개인이 처한 상황에서 인지된 윤리적 이슈에 대한 도덕적 강도(결과중대성과 사회적 압력)와 상사의 도덕적 역량을 독립변수로 하고 윤리적 의사결정을 종속변수로 하여 그 관계를 살펴보았다. 또한 조직의 윤리적 분위기가 도덕적 강도와 비서의 윤리적 의사결정 그리고 상사의 도덕적 역량과 비서의 윤리적 의사결정과의 관계에 있어서 조절변수의 역할을 하는지 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 비서가 조직의 특정상황에서 인지한 윤리적 이슈에 대한 도덕적 강도(결과중대성과 사회적 압력)와 상사의 도덕적 역량이 높을수록 윤리적 의사결정이 높아졌다. 또한, 결과중대성 사회적 압력과 윤리적 의사결정 사이에 조직의 윤리적 분위기가 조절 변수의 역할을 할 것이라는 가설은 부분적으로 지지되었다. 역시, 상사의 도덕적 역량과 윤리적 의사결정 사이 조직의 윤리적 분위기는 조절역할을 할 것이라는 가설도 부분적으로 지지되었다. 즉 원칙주의와 선의의 분위기가 높을수록 윤리적 의사결정도 높아지기 때문에 조직에서의 윤리에 대한 명확한 기준이라고 할 수 있는 윤리규정, 윤리위원회 및 윤리전담 부서의 설치와 운영이 필요함을 시사해준다. In today’s society, ethical problems become important business issues. Domestic companies realized that maintaining global standard regarding ethical management is essential factor and ethical management has an effect on corporation image and the value of stock. The purpose of study is to examine the effects of organizational and situational factors on the ethicaI decision making of secretaries when secretaries face an ethical dilemma within organization. More specifically, the influence of intensity of moral issues and boss's integrity capacity on the ethical decision making of secretaries were examined. Also, the moderation effect of the ethical climate of an organization between situational variables and ethical decision making was investigated. The major findings are as follows: First, perceived moral intensity has a positive effect on the ethical decision making. The analysis reveals that the ethical issues are usually regarded in social, situational context, and decided following socialized learning experience. Second, perceived boss’s integrity capacity also has a positive effect on the ethical decision making. Third, principle organizational climate moderates the relationship between perceived social pressure and ethical decision making and also moderates the relationship between perceived boss’s integrity capacity and ethical decision making. In conclusion, members of organization. including secretaries, are influenced by the organizational climate factors. Secretaries should playa key role in keeping ethical organizational climate.

        증례 : 한방비만치료 후 초음파 영상에서 비알코올성 지방간의 호전을 보인 환자 치험 1례

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of oriental obesity therapy on obese patient with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). Methods The patient was treated from November 17, 2008 to May 15, 2009 for obesity treatment. And the patient had intensive care through admission treatment from November 17, 2008 to November 29, 2008. Electrolipolysis, auricular acupuncture, herbal medicine, low calorie diet and aerobic exercise were done during the treatment period. Results His body weight decreased from 102.8kg to 82.7kg. The BMI decreased from 35.2kg/m2 to 28.9kg/m2. NAFLD effectively improved on sonography from grade Ⅱ~Ⅲ to grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ after oriental obesity therapy. AST decreased from 65 to 19. ALT decreased from 152 to 18. Oriental obesity therapy could be effective to treat obese patient with NAFLD. Conclusions The obese patient with NAFLD improved on sonography by oriental obesity therapy.
