This study analyzed the temporal and spatial characteristics of water quality for five hydropower dam reservoirs in South Korea. Water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) showed high fluctuations in summer and autumn at all reservoirs, indicating the existence of seasonal effects. At all five reservoirs, the concentrations of suspended solids (SS) and total nitrogen (TN) fell under the "slightly bad" category and those of total organic carbon (TOC) fell under the "slightly good" category or higher, according to "the standard for living environment of lake water quality." Variations in the concentration ranges and degrees of change in SS, TN, and TOC among reservoirs were observed, indicating the influences of rainfall, surrounding environments, and seasonal changes. Daecheong and Namgang Dam showed high Chl-a concentrations in summer, indicating that the metabolism of microbial communities, such as algae, was active.

In this study, the hydraulic gradient was calculated using the groundwater level and rainfall observed in the Hyogyo-ri area for a year, and the change in the hydraulic gradient according to the rainfall was analyzed. It was found that the groundwater level increased as the rainfall increased in all groundwater wells in the research site, and the groundwater level rise decreased as the altitude of the groundwater well increased. The hydraulic gradient in the research site ranged from 0.016 to 0.048, decreasing during rainfall and increasing after the end of the rainfall. As the rainfall increased, the groundwater level rise in the low-altitude area was more than the high-altitude area, and the hydraulic gradient decreased due to the difference in groundwater level rise according to the altitude. Through this study, it was found that the influence of rainfall is dominant for the fluctuation of the hydraulic gradient in the unconfined aquifer.

무기체계는 요구되는 수명주기 증가 및 군용 전자부품 시장의 축소 등으로 인해 부품단종이 어쩔 수 없이 발생하게 된다. 그런데, 이러한 부품단종은 무기체계의 운용에 있어서 가장 중요한 전투준비태세와 수명주기비용에 있어 심각한 문제를 발생시킨다. 본 연구에서는 부품단종 발생 원인과 관리 방법을 검토하고, 이러한 부품단종 문제 를 최소화하기 위한 방법으로 부품단종 관련 체계적 인프라 구축 및 운영 방안과 부품단종을 고려한 정량적인 성능 개량 시점 판단 및 추진 방안을 제시하였다. DMSMS(Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage) of weapon systems is caused by required increase in system life cycle and reduction of military electronic parts market share. This problem causes serious problems about Combat readiness and Life-cycle cost. In this paper, we review the method for managing the DMSMS and then suggest effective alternatives to reduce the risk of DMSMS for weapon systems, such as systematic DMSMS management system and quantitative design refresh planning considering the DMSMS.
지하수위 변동량과 전기전도도 변동량을 이용한 강수 효과 분석

Moving average precipitation provides periodic precipitation patterns by solving precipitation irregularities. However, due to uncertain moving average periods, excessive data smoothing occurs, which limit the possibility to analyze groundwater levels in the short term. Nonetheless, groundwater level fluctuation can compensate these limitations as it can calculate appropriately for unit time and verify the effect of precipitation penetrated into groundwater in a short time period. In this study, the characteristics of groundwater level were evaluated using groundwater level fluctuation to compensate for limitations of groundwater level analysis using moving average precipitation. In addition, the groundwater quality was investigated using the electrical conductivity fluctuation. The study site was Hyogyo-ri, Yesan-si, Chungcheongnam-do. Four observation wells and an automated weather system were used. The correlation between groundwater level fluctuation and precipitation (Case 1) and the correlation between groundwater level and moving average precipitation (Case 3) were compared. In the analysis for 1 hour data, the correlation coefficient of Case 1 was higher than that of Case 3, and in the analysis for 1 day data, the correlation coefficient of Case 3 was higher than that of Case 1.

When weapon system is designed and developed, a reliability is one of important factors to determine the development goal. The reliability analysis of the weapon system and equipment is based on MIL Specification, MIL-HDBK-217F and MIL-HDBK-338B. And the weapon system is operated on various environments by operating concept of the military using the weapon system. 무인체계 신뢰성 물리학 기반 PBA 신뢰성 설계방안 연구

Purpose: This study was aimed at developing a method to enhance the reliability of the main circuit acrd assembly of an unmanned surface vehicle by examining the design methods based on the reliability physics analysis (RPA). Methods: The physics of failure (PoF)-based software Sherlock was used to perform the failure physics analysis and design optimization. Results: The optimal design method was derived to improve the reliability of the considered circuit card assembly. Conclusion: Using the PoF theory, the optimal design method of printed board assembly (PBA) can be established by performing an PRA, considering physics failure factors such as the PBA material, placement of the electronic devices, interconnection of the electronic components, thermal cycling, and solder material characteristics. This theory can be extended to improve the reliability of the system.
개발단계에서 무기체계 운영유지비 예측을 위한 비교분석 연구

최근 무기체계 개발 시 총수명주기체계관리(TLCSM) 및 전체 순기 간 비용 관리의 중요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 비용관리 시 사업초기 개발단계부터 비용 예측이 중요하지만 개발단계에서 총수명주기비용을 예측하는 것은 어렵다. 총수명주기 비용은 연구/개발비, 획득투자비, 운영유지비 및 폐기비 등으로 구성되어 있는데, 운용유지비(폐기비 포함)가 가장 큰 부분을 차지하고 있기 때문에, 총수명주기비용 예측 시 운용유지비에 대한 정확한 예측이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 CAIV 기법을 활용, 운영유지비를 예측하기 위해 상용 비용분석 도구인 PRICE-HL 모델과 RAM 기반 무기체계 운영유지비 예측 도구인 NemoSIM 간의 비교 분석을 통하여, 무기체계 개발단계에서 효율적인 운영유지비 예측 방안 및 분석 결과값을 보급, 정비관련 ILS 요소 개발 시 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과를 바탕으로, 후속 연구에서는 PRICE-HL 모델과 NemoSIM 입력값/결과값에 대한 심층적 추가 분석을 수행하고 그 결과로 NemoSIM에서 고려하지 않은 비용 항목 및 발전 방향을 도출하여 개발초기 단계에서, 보다 정확한 무기체계 운영유지비용을 산출하는 방안과 NemoSIM의 결과를 ILS 요소개발에 활용 할 수 있는 방안을 구체적으로 제시 할 예정이다. Recently, the importance of Total Life Cycle System Management (TLCSM) and LIFE-CYCLE COSTS management is increasing in the development of weapon systems. In cost management, cost forecasting is important from the initial development stage, but it is difficult to predict the total life cycle cost at the development stage. In this study, we propose efficient management cost calculation and management at the development stage of the weapon system by comparison analysis between the PRICE-HL model and NemoSIM to calculate the maintenance cost under the CAIV concept. Based on the study results, further in-depth analyzes of the PRICE-HL model and NemoSIM input values / results are performed. In addition, we provide a more accurate method of calculating the cost of maintaining and operating the weapon system and a plan to utilize the result of NemoSIM in the ILS element development.
