인문학적 사유에 근거한 창의적 사회혁신역량 창출을 위한 대학 교양교육

This study discussed that the university liberal arts education system, which teaches the core competencies for students in order to adapt to the rapidly changing modern society, needs to create creative social innovation capabilities based on humanities thinking. Liberal arts education systems in universities interact with various knowledge systems to enhance the identity of creative convergence knowledge between academic fields, but ultimately, such knowledge content comes from pure academic discussions based on humanities thinking. As university education strengthens applied and practical knowledge against flexibility in the labor market at this time, such a knowledge system is actually based on humanities values that help people adapt to the time of the intersection of modernity and postmodernity and seek security. The importance of trust structure in humans and society is being further enhanced through the coevolution of differentiation and dedifferentiation by flexible specialization in the time and space of modern society. In addition, university liberal arts education based on humanities thinking is structuring alternative cultural codes in order to create creative social innovation capabilities that social members must learn in the de facto final socialization process before entering society. Now, university liberal arts education should be promoted in the direction of strengthening creative social innovation capabilities based on humanities thinking that helps students take the initiative in interpreting the meaning of life and predicting and solving social problems in risk situations on a personal and interrelational level.
정보문화 교육콘텐츠 구성에서 추구해야 할 탈경계적 지식담론의 인문학적 학습의 필요성 : 체험교육의 원리를 중심으로

A great many boundaries that are inherent to information culture have surfaced recently; boundaries between culture and economy, technology and human beings, logics of markets and welfare, reason and sensibility, sustainability and current issues, media and its content and so on. These boundaries are aspects of our life that have become important elements in our life through energetic interactions. The educational system on the subject of information culture has been fragmented and needs to be systematized to converge as a complete education discourse. It is an important socialization process to learn the values related to humanities facilitating transboundary discourse on knowledge of information culture through a convergent education system. In the postmodern era that features diversity, the development of educational contents related to information culture must be sustainable and based on the values of humanities for initiation of balanced convergent personality education of members of society.

As popular culture is rapidly changing in the postmodern era, it is necessary to formulate a right communication system between popular culture and religion. Christian discourse is a religious conviction and a system of thought that deserves attention during deep discussions on the relation between popular culture and religion. Although popular culture in the postmodern era respects diversity, the cultural relativism makes people agonize over the ethical validity. Moreover the good and adverse effects of discourse on popular culture lead to the discussion that each function of Christian discourse should be connected or separated. The study is expected to organize a sustainable relationship between discourses on religion and popular culture.
자연환경 기반 한국 해양생태관광 활성화 방안 고찰을 위한 탐색적 연구: 1) 한국인 관광객 및 서구인 관광객의 환경에 대한 문화적 인식 차이를 중심으로

The study is an exploratory and descriptive research to come up with measures to revitalize the marine ecotourism in Korea. The marine ecotourism can be completed based on tourists commitments to the appreciation of values, beliefs, and norms in the pro-environmental consumption of marine natural environment. It can be supported by the application of the VBN(value-belief-norm) theory, that helps understand which psychological factors in tourists make them motivated to be involved in the marine ecotourism. The study is to verify a hypothesis that tourists pro-environmental consumption differs from their cultures, and perform a survey to see the cultural differences between Korean and Western tourists using some important variables of VBN theory through T-tests. An exploratory and descriptive analysis is performed to suggest a strategy to revitalize the marine ecotourism in Korea in the future. Analysis shows that there are some differences between Korean and Western tourists in some of environment-related important variables of VBN theory. Therefore, it is needed to plan the revitalization strategy of marine ecotourism in Korea, considering the cultural differences of tourists.

The study is to explore the values of city tourism. regarded as a promising type of tourism in today`s world. City tourism needs the modern development strategies where everyday life is separated from unusual life while it comprehends overlapped spatial boundaries where everyday life coexists with unusual life based on the postmodern time order. Such a characteristic of city tourism brings changes to established values of sense of space inherent in a tourist attraction, and helps tourists experience the value of reflexivity in everyday life that they learn from use of tourism resources of a city. Therefore the study expects that city tourism will give a new humanities perspective to sustainable tourism development in future societies.
해방 이후 한국 사회에서의 관광정책 및 산업 특성에 대한 역사적 고찰을 위한 탐색적 연구

한국의 관광 산업 및 문화 형성은 해방 이후 현재까지의 정치적 변화 과정과 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있다. 일제강점기는 일본인과 외국인을 위한 관광산업이 성행했기 때문에 우리나라 민족이 중심이 된 관광정책 운영이 존재하기 어려운 시기였다고 할 수 있다. 식민통치가 종결된 해방 이후 대한민국 정부가 수립되었으나, 곧바로 발발한 한국전쟁으로 한국 고유의 문화유산이 파괴되어 한반도 내 많은 관광자원이 사라지게 되었다. 한국전쟁 후 많은 정책변화가 있었는데, 대중관광, 국민관광을 위한 정책적, 산업적 기반은 제1, 2차 경제개발 5개년 계획을 수립, 추진하던 시기에 조성되기 시작했다고 볼 수 있다. 1970년대에 들어서는 빈곤한 경제 상황 속에서 무역을 통한 경제 수익을 높이기 위해 관광산업을 국가의 주요 전략산업의 하나로 육성하였다. 1980년대 관광산업은 제2차 석유파동으로 그 성장세가 더디게 진행되었으나, 국민들의 정책적 관심분야가 생활수준 및 복지 분야로 점차 전환됨에 따라 관광과 같은 여가활동의 중요성이 본격적으로 그들에게 인식되기 시작했다. 1990년대 이후에 들어서 국가는 관광정책을 통해 국민들의 삶의 질을 높이기 위해서 노력했으며, 적극적인 여가활동 참여를 위한 관광활성화의 제도적 기반을 조성하였다. 한국 사회에서 현재까지 관광이 활성화된 역사적 과정은 세계화의 거시적 사회흐름과 함께 이에 대응하는 국가중심적 발전을 추구하는 정부 관광정책 패러다임이 동시적으로 실현되면서 진행되었다고 볼 수 있다. The modern Korean history had an important effect on the development of Korea’s tourism industry and travel patterns of Koreans because they were related closely to the political changes at that time. Japan"s colonial occupation of South Korea was a dark age to tourism for Korean people because tourism industry was developed for Japanese people and foreigners. The outbreak of the Korean War in 1950 following the liberation in 1945 led to the destruction of tourism resources, cultural heritage on an awesome scale. Korea’s mass tourism built the foundation during the first five-year economic development plan(1962∼1966) and the second plan(1972∼1971). Entering the 1970s the Korean government started promoting tourism as one of the nation’s major industries to improving trade balance. Although Korea’s tourism industry was affected in some way by the second oil crisis of 1978, Koreans become interested in tourism as the welfare became the paramount concern. In 1990s the government used tourism policies as an important meas of accomplishing the political aim, the improvement of quality of life, and established the institutional framework for tourism promotion through people’s participation. As has been said, Korea’s nation-centered policy paradigms had a great influence on the development of tourism for a long period of time.
