무역지원기관 서비스품질이 수도권 및 지역 수출기업의 수출성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 수도권 수출기업과 지역 수출기업을 대상으로 수출지원업무를 담당하고 있는 무역지원기관의 서비스 활용도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 수출성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, PLS분석을 활용해 연구모형을 검증하였다. 실증분석결과에서 수도권 수출기업의 경우 무역지원기관 서비스품질, 환경 불확실성 및 수출기업의 수출지향성은 무역지원기관 서비스 활용도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 환경 불확실성은 수출기업의 수출지향성에 정의 영향을 미치며, 무역지원기관 서비스 활용도와 수출기업의 수출지향성은 수출기업의 수출성과에 긍정적 인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 지역 수출기업은 무역지원기관 서비스품질과 수출기업의 수출지향성이 무역지원기관 서비스 활용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 환경 불확실성은 무역지원기관 서비스 활용도와 유의적인 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 환경 불확실성은 수출기업의 수출지향성에 정의 영향을 미치고, 무역지원기관 서비스 활용도는 수출기업의 수출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 수출기업의 수출지향성은 수출기업의 수출성과와 유의적인 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. We investigate the structural relationships between quality of service from Trade Promotion Agency(TPA), environmental uncertainty, and firms’ uses of the service, export market orientation and export performance, using data from Korean export firms, Seoul Metropolitan export firms and local export firms. In particular, this article attempts to analyze how firms’ uses of service from TPA may be influenced by their export market orientation, environmental uncertainty, and the service quality. The results from the study show that in Seoul Metropolitan export firms, TPA``s service quality, environmental uncertainty, and their export market orientation have positive effects on their uses of service from TPA, which leads to increase in their export performance. The study also finds a solid evidence that, in Seoul Metropolitan export firms, environmental uncertainty has a positive effect on their export market orientation, which enhances their export performance. The study, however, finds that in local export firms, environmental uncertainty and export market orientation do not significantly affect their uses of service from TPA and export performance, respectively.
고부가가치 무역을 위한 지식재산권 무역에 대한 실증연구

본 연구는 한국의 미래 성장 동력 창출에 대한 제안으로 부가가치 무역의 확대를 위한 지식재산권(Intellectual Property Right, 이하 IPR)무역에 대해 집중적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 한국의 지식재산권 교역을 업종별ㆍ연차별 산업재산권(특허권, 상표권, 디자인권 등) 교역 실태를 분석한다. OECD 회원국 27개국과 과 기타 한국과의 교역이 많은 아시아 국가(중국, 인도, 인도네시아, 싱가폴, 베트남) 등 총 32개국의 지식재산권 관련 데이터분석을 통해 한국의 고부가가치 수출에 영향을 미치는 지식재산권 관련 거시변수를 발굴하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 중력모형을 이용한 실증분석 결과, 한국 지식재산권 수출에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 한국의 기술수출, 한국의 IP 수입, 그리고 인구가 많은 국가일수록 한국의 지식재산권 수출은 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this paper is to focus a discussion on the trade of the Intellectual Property Right(henceforth, IPR) - a higher value-added business -as a part of creating our country’s future growth engine. To do this, our country’s trade on the IPR is classified by industry and year Industrial Property Right(patent rights, trademark rights, design rights etc.), and then its actual condition is analyzed. To analyze the relevant data, those of a total of 32 countries are collected including 27 OECD-member countries and several Asian ones which trade more with Korea such as China, India, Indonesia, Singapore, and Vietnam. Through the data analysis, we intend to investigate the microscopic variables relevant to IPR, which influences on our country’s higher value-added business exports. According to the result of empirical test using a gravity model, the factors having an effect on the Korea IPR export are technology export of Korea and IPR import of 32 Countries. In addition, it is analyzed that Korea’s IPR export tends to significantly increase where a country has more population.
중소기업의 무역포탈사이트 이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

무역포탈사이트는 중소기업들이 최신의 정보와 통신기술을 통해 효율적으로 국제무역활동을 할 수 있게 하는 도구중 하나라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 중소기업들의 수출경쟁력 제고를 위해서는 무역포탈사이트를 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 논문은 기존의 서비스품질에 관한 문헌과 정보기술 이용만족도에 관한 연구 검토를 통해 무역포탈사이트를 사용하는데 있어 이용자들의 만족 요인을 분석하였다. 실증 연구를 위해 서비스품질, 정부정책, 기술, 기업, 비용이 이용만족도에 영향을 미치고 이용만족도는 향후 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구모형을 설정하였다. 대표적인 무역포탈사이트 이용자들에 대한 실증분석 결과 서비스품질, 정부정책, 비용이 이용자 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 이용자 이용만족은 지속적 사용의도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과는 기업의 무역포탈사이트 관리자, 전자무역시스템개발자, 정부정책자 등에게 여러 가지 시사점을 제공하고 있다. Trade portal site is one of the tools which makes it possible for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) to manage international trade activities more efficiently by using the newest information and telecommunication technology. So Korean SMEs should utilize trade portal sites more actively to promote global competitive power.<br/> Based on the theory of service quality and an existing research related to using information technology. this research analyzed the primary factors which affect user's utilization satisfaction in using trade portal sites. According to the results of the empirical study on actual users of the representative trade portal sites by using multiple regression analysis, The primary factors, such as service quality, government policy and cost have affected user's utilization satisfaction in using trade portal site. and user's utilization satisfaction have positive effect on continuous using intention. These research results will provide many useful insights to the managers of trade portal sites, e-trade system developers and government policy makers.
한국 IT수출기업의 공급사슬파트너십 성과에 관한 실증적 연구

Empirical findings on the relationship between determinants of supply chain partnership and firm performance have often been contradictory in existing supply chain literature. Furthermore, the majority of these studies have been attempts to explain this relationship as a direct causal relationship without explaining the path of influence through which trust and relationship behavior affects firm performance. Due to these tendencies, related research results frequently proved unsuitable for practical application by businesses and also incomplete. To overcome these limitations in the existing literature, this study propose a trust - relationship behavior - business performance model including relationship behavior as the mediating factor between trust and performance. The research model is tested empirically using the data collected from a survey of 259 Korean IT exporting firms. The results indicate that trust and has a significant influence on relationship behavior and performance in global supply chains of sample firms, and that relationship behavior, in turn, have some influence on performance.

IT기술의 급속한 발전 및 전통적인 무역방식과의 비교에서 국제무역 전자화가 지니고 있는 독특한 문제점과 전문성으로 고려하여 볼 때, 그동안 수행했던 무역정책과 방법으로는 더 이상의 발전을 기대하기는 어려운 것이 사실이다. 뿐만 아니라 전자상거래에서 발생할 수 있는 불완전한 인증 및 결제제도, 소비자 보호, 개인정보의 노출 등과 관련한 문제점들이 많이 발생하고 있는데 이는 전자상거래의 환경에 맞는 법ㆍ제도 등의 정비가 시급하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국제기구에서 주로 논의되고 있는 이슈화되고 또한 네트워크를 통하여 국가라는 장벽을 뛰어넘어 양국 간의 이용자에게 직접적인 영향을 끼치는 분야에 대하여 비교ㆍ분석하여 중국의 전자상거래 문제점과 활성화 방안을 모색하였으며, 더 나아가 정책적 개선방안을 제시하여 양국 간의 전자상거래 활성화에 기여하고자 연구를 진행하였다. Recently, considering the important role of e-Commerce in the national and worldwide economic development, many countries in world and the international institutions have debated actively over the necessity of support or regulation of e-Commerce. In this context, to find solutions to promote e-Commerce in Korea and China, this thesis investigates the status and characteristics of e-Commerce and compares the e-Commerce policies in two nations. Especially, this study focuses on the improvement of policy measures of Chinese government, which drives various e-Commerce related policies to catch up e-Commerce development of advanced countries including Korea. According to the literature survey and analyses of data from the Internet, e-Commerce development in China is still in the early stage compared to that of Korea and has many significant problems. First, e-Commerce related laws and regulations are not prepared well, and policy making process lags behind technological application. Secondly, settlement or security infrastructure for e-Commerce is not constructed yet. Thirdly, China can not adopt timely global e-Commerce standards and lacks new technology standard. Lastly, excessive government regulation" restrict various information exchanges and free business minds of business circles. To solve these problems inhibiting e-Commerce development in China, first of all, Chinese government needs to adopt appropriate laws and regulations covering various e-Commerce issues including tax and customs, electronic signature and certification, e-Commerce standards, and consumer protection and privacy, etc. Secondly, Chinese government hasten to construct settlement or security infrastructure to support various e-Commerce including B2B, B2C and B2G. Thirdly, active participation in international discussions on e-Commerce development in the international institutions is needed, to reflect realities current situations of China to adopt global e-Commerce standards and to standardize new technology. Lastly, Chinese government should moderate excessive regulation on e-Commerce. In conclusion, to promote e-Commerce between Korea and China, governments of two countries need to cooperate closely in various e-Commerce issues, including tax and customs, electronic signature and certification, e-Commerce standards, and consumer protection and privacy, etc. Finally, this study suggests some cooperative policy measures including information exchanges based on tax treaty, exemption of tariffs on e-Commerce, cooperation in adoption of e-Commerce standards, concluding MOU(memorandum of understanding) on mutual authentication of privacy, interoperability of certification system, cultivation of e-Commerce experts in Korea and China, and activation of Electronic Commerce Promotion Council of Korea and China to discuss on the various e-Commerce issues.

This article reports the results of a study investigating critical success factors for the development stage of e-business in venture firms in Korea and Taiwan. For Daedeok Valley Venture Firms, there were statistical significance found in the top management support factor, ability of organizational learning factor. It resource factor and competitor orientation factor according to the development stage of e-business. However, for in Hsinchu Science Park Venture Firms, there were not statistical significance found in the top management support factor, ability of organizational learning factor, customer orientation factor and competitor orientation factor according to the development stage of e-business.
무역지원기관의 서비스품질 및 중소기업의 수출성과 결정요인

Economic growth rate of Korea bas heavily depended on its international trade. Thus, sustainable growth of the international trade is very important for Korea This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the correlation between export perfonnances of trading companies and service quality, utiliz.ation and customer satisfaction of TSOs(trade support organiz.ations). According to empirical survey results, major findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the determinants of service quality(systemizing, reliability, and empathy) must be enhanced for TSOs to improve the overall quality of its services. Second, TSOs must fully apply their systemizing and empathizing abilities to boost quantitative performance. Third, exceptional service perfonnance must be delivered to improve customer satisfaction. In conclusion, trade support organizations can increase customer satisfaction by making services systematically available through service-related PR activities and ensuring a high degree of convenience for optimized work processes, improving personnel professionalism and conducting job responsibilities in a fair manner, and finally, communicating with clients and providing high-quality customiz.ed services.
