하지통증을 호소하는 샤르코마리투스 질환 환자에 대한 복합적 한방처치 1례

Objective: This study was performed to report on the effects of traditional Korean Medicine as a treatment for a patient with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, with lower limb pain as the chief complaint. Methods: We treated this patient with traditional Korean medicine and measured symptom severity using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) as well as measuring the length of the patient’s self-exercising time. Results: After about 7 weeks of treatment, most pathological symptoms had decreased. There was a gradual decline in the VAS and a gradual increase in the length of the self-exercising time. Although there was an increase in the ODI scale during the first 2 weeks, it eventually showed a decline in the rest of the period. Conclusions: Traditional Korean medicine can be a solution for the patients with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease suffering from peripheral neurological symptoms.

현실공간에서보다 가상공간에서의 활동이 노동과 일상생활의 중심적인 역할을 하는 디지털 시대에 들어서면서 기본적인 자유권 실현의상당 부분이 정보기술에 영향을 받고 있다. 디지털 인권은 정보통신기술을 사용하는 것과 직접적으로 관련된 인권 세부 분야를 지칭한다. 북한에서 인터넷 접속 제한으로 인해 가장 많은 제약을 받는 인권은 노동권이다. 가상세계에서의 경제활동이 창출하는 부의 가치가 실물경제를 능가하는 상황에서 북한은 중진국으로 도약할 수 있는 절호의 기회를 놓치고 있다. 오늘날은 디지털 기술이 접목되지 않은 전통적인 경제활동으로는 규모있는 부를 만들어낼 수 없고 이러한 물질적 성과 없이국가는 경제발전을 할 수 없다. 북한은 1990년대 초반 동구 사회주의권의 붕괴로 체제위기에 직면하게 되면서 국가배급체계를 유지할 수 없었고 이에 따라 북중 밀수를 통해 생존을 모색한 주민들에 의해 비공식적으로 국경이 개방되기시작했다. 중국으로부터 식량과 생필품뿐만 아니라 조선족들에게 인기를 끌었던 한국 노래와 드라마도 북한으로 유입되었다. 북한 주민들은 1990년대에는 카세트·비디오 플레이어나 재생기와 화면이 부착되어 있는 형태의 노트텔로 한국 드라마와 영화를 시청하였고 중국에서휴대전화가 대중화되면서부터는 중국 대방과의 연락을 위해 보유하게된 중국 휴대전화로도 미디어 파일을 열람했다. 이를 통제해야 하는 국가기관원들은 단속 무마를 빌미로 뇌물을 수수하며 주민들에 의존해생계를 유지했다. 이러한 사회적 변화와 맞물려 저장매체의 소형화가빠른 속도로 진행되면서 북한으로 유입되는 한류의 규모와 다양성이급격하게 증가했다. 비공식적인 외부정보 유입이 진행되는 가운데 1998년에는 북한 정부의 주도 아래 태국의 이동통신사인 록슬리퍼시픽社를 통해 최초로이동통신망이 구축되었다. 이 상업용 이동통신망을 이용하기 위해서는 휴대전화 구입비와 통신망 가입비로 각각 750달러를 지불해야 했기 때문에 일반 주민들은 접근할 수 없었다. 2008년 북한 정부가 이집트의 통신회사인 오라스콤을 통해 도입한 고려링크는 상대적으로 저렴한 비용으로 제공되었다. 2011년 평양의 휴대전화 기기 가격은 최대250달러였고 3,000원(미화 40센트)의 기본요금을 지불하면 매월 200 분의 통화와 20개의 단문 문자를 충전받았다. 북한 노동자들의 평균임금은 비공식환율로 계산하면 미화 50센트에도 미치지 못하는 3,000원에 불과하기 때문에 북한 주민들은 공식적인 경제능력으로는 휴대전화를 보유할 수 없었다. 그러나 북한에서 휴대전화는 위안화대 북한 내화 환율과 가격변동파악 등 비공식 경제활동의 필수품이었기 때문에 휴대전화 가입자는지속적으로 증가하고 있고 일부 언론은 북한의 휴대전화 가입자 수를7백만명으로 예상하고 있다. 북한에서 휴대전화는 혁신적인 통신기기로서 사적인 관계 형성이 어려웠던 기존 사회 구조를 변화시켰을 뿐만아니라 일상적으로는 엔터테인먼트 기기로서 한국이나 중국 노래·드라마를 재생하는 용도로 사용되었다. 이에 대해 북한 당국은 외부정보가 북한에서 새로운 삶의 방식과 지금까지 북한에 알려지지 않은 사실을 제공해준다며 체제 위협 요인으로 인식했다. 북한 당국은 정보보안기술을 활용하여 외부정보 확산을제한하기 위해 2013년경 출시한 ‘붉은 별’ 운영체제에 전자서명체계를도입했 ...

Objectives : Bee venom has been widely practiced in many countries around the world. The number of clinical trials and biochemical researches on bee venom has been constantly increasing. The objective of this study is to analyze the trend of research on bee venom using bibliometric approach, a quantitative analytical method. Methods : We searched articles about bee venom which were published from 2000 to 2019 from Web of Science Database. Original and review articles published in English were included and data were extracted in terms of publication year, country, journal, keywords, organizations, and authors. Trends in bee venom research were visualized using VOSviewer program. Results : 1,547 English articles about bee venom were identified and analyzed. South Korea is a main hub in the field of bee venom research. Research organizations in South Korea showed high link strength with domestic organizations as well as with international organizations. A keyword analysis showed the following three major types of studies: studies on components of bee venom, studies on allergy and immune response, and clinical research of bee venom therapy. Conclusions : This study provides a macroscopic overview of the research on bee venom. This bibliometric analysis has identified influential authors and organizations in the field on bee venom research and provides a useful guideline to researchers who are in search of contributory research topics. .

Objectives : There are many variations in the ST36 acupoint location. The purpose of this article is to suggest a method of locating the ST36 acupoint. Methods : Based on the available research and the neuroanatomical characteristics of the underlying acupoint, we summarized the proper procedure for finding the ST36 acupoint. Results : ST36 is 3 B-cun inferior to ST35 and is vertically situated on the line that connects ST35 and ST41. The ST36 acupoint corresponds to the deep peroneal nerve, which is situated in the tibialis anterior muscle’s back. The neurovascular bundles that are located on the interosseous membrane between the interosseous crests of the tibia and fibula include the deep peroneal nerve, anterior tibial artery, and anterior tibial vein. According to both classical and modern literature, this acupoint can be found horizontally between the two muscles, tibialis anterior and extensor digitorum longus. Conclusions : Based on a review of the literature and neuroanatomical features, we suggest that ST36 can be positioned horizontally between tibialis anterior and extensor digitorum longus. Additional imaging studies and clinical proof are required to determine ST36 acupoint.
