Vol.21 No.5
This study is aimed to identify the effect of participation in bodybuilding on physical self-concept. The actual analysis, three hundred and eighteen male and two hundred and seventy-two female, five hundred and ninety in total have been used as valid samples. The Cronbach"s alpha coefficient and the the t analysis and One-Way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were used to verify the frequency analysis and the credibility of the information through using the statistics program SPSS version 12.0 for Windows for the gathered information. Within the order of physical activities, sports competence, flexibility, overall body elements and endurance factors show that the frequency of participation of bodybuilding exercise has the greatest effect. It could be concluded that such research has indicated that the frequency of participation of bodybuilding exercise is the most influenceable factor on physical self-description. Adding to such, it has been constantly concluded in many other studies that physical activities provides positive change to physical self-description and especially in this research, it clearly shows that the sustainable frequency of participation of bodybuilding exercise provides positive influence on physical self-description.

This study is aimed to identify the effect of participation in bodybuilding on physical self-concept and in order to achieve the result. Do participant``s demographic factor and frequency of participation have actual effect on physical self-concept? will be identified. In order to acquire a solution to the problem, information from randomly sampled six hundred Bodybuilding participants who have been constantly exercising for more than one month. The effect of bodybuilding exercise frequency of participation on physical self-concept. This study was to quantitatively investigate the ball’s impact position and the ball-to-body tilt angle according to success (center and sideline) and failure in the tennis serve motion. For five tennis players of the Jeju Tennis Association, the flat serve motion was continuously attempted at the centerline (T-line) and the sideline (W-line) five times, respectively, super-high-speed video of 240 fps was taken. Variables (ball impact height, front and rear distance, whole body inclination angle, incidence angle) were calculated for this image using the Dartfish analyzer program. As a result of the study, it was found that there was no significant difference in all variables according to the success and failure of serving five tennis players. However, in the results, according to the characteristics of each individual, it was found that the higher the impact height of the ball, the higher the serve success rate. Also, it can be seen that the probability of success is higher when the ball is placed in front. This explains that athletes who show a statistically significant level in each variable during serving are more likely to need or improve their posture. Therefore, this study data suggests that tennis players, coaches, and related researchers can easily create serve models that can successfully serve and apply them in the field. Also, research on players with high skill in serve-skills can be more reliable data, and it is thought that it is necessary to verify various variables through three-dimensional analysis rather than two-dimensional analysis.
