기술선택은 회사가 직면하는 중요한 의사결정중의 하나라고 할 수 있다. 기업이 기술 선택을 함에 있어 얼마나 잘 선택하느냐에 따라 글로벌 경쟁환경 속에서 경쟁우위를 얻고 유지할 수가 있다. 특히 공공부문에서 기술의 선택은 경제적, 사회적 영향력이 크고 다양한 이해 관계자가 존재하기 때문에 여러 가지 요소들을 고려한 기술선택기준이 필요하다. 그러나 기술의 수의 증가, 기술간의 융합, 기술 옵션의 증가로 인해 기술선택이 점점 어려워지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 fuzzy ANP 기반을 둔 공공부문의 기술선택 모델을 제시하였다. 의사결정권자의 의견을 수렴하고 기술 대안을 평가하기 위해 fuzzy ANP 방법론을 사용하였으며 이 방법론은 정성적이고 정량적인 평가기준을 다룰 수 있고 평가 과정에 내재된 모호성을 다룰 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 공공부문에서 여러 가지 이해관계자를 고려한 기술 선택 평가기준을 제시하였고 이 평가기준을 바탕으로 기술 대안들을 평가하여 그 기업에 가장 적절한 기술대안을 제시하고 있다. Technology selection is one of the most challenging decision making areas that companies face nowadays. If companies select the appropriate technology at the right time, they can gain values and competitive advantages and sustain the company?s competitiveness. However, it is becoming more and more difficult to select the appropriate technologies for increasing number of technologies, convergence of technologies and abundance of technological options. In this study, a technology selection model using fuzzy ANP method for the public sector was proposed. Technology selection in the public sector has a high social and economic impact. And there are various expectations from different interested groups. Various factors having influence on public services were taken into be considered. The fuzzy ANP method which was used to integrate expert?s opinions and evaluate technology alternatives controls tangible and intangible criteria and deals with ambiguity involved in the data evaluation process.

‘대화로서의 교회’에 대한 연구 : 교회의 대화적인 구조와 삶에 대한 신학적 이해

오늘날 교회의 삶에 결정적인 영향을 미쳤던 제2차 바티칸공의회의 폐막 이후 벌써 40여 년의 시간이 흘렀다. ‘현대적 적응(aggiornamento)’의 기치 아래 ‘새 시대에 맞는 열린 교회의 삶’과 ‘세상과의 동반자적 관계’에 대한 성찰을 시도했던 바티칸 공의회는 여러 측면에서 교회의 모습을 새롭게 쇄신하였다. 그 가운데에서도 특히 과거의 권위주의적 모습에서 탈피하여 수평적이고 공동체적인 교회의 모습을 제시한 것은 공의회의 큰 업적이다. 공의회는 ‘원천으로 돌아가자’는 생각 안에서 성경과 성전을 바탕으로 친교 중심의 교회론을 확립하였다. 공의회의 이러한 결론 이후에 교회의 삶은 엄청나게 변화하였다. 하지만 과연 오늘날의 교회는 공의회의 정신을 충실히 살아가고 있는 것인가? 많은 그리스도인들과 신학자들은 이 질문 앞에서 부정적인 입장을 표하고 있다. 이는 공의회의 결정이 여전히 오늘을 살아가는 우리에게 과제로 남겨져 있다는 것을 의미한다. 그렇다면 우리는, 또한 교회는 어떠한 모습으로 세상을 향해 나아가야 하는가? 오늘날, 현대 사회를 이해하는 핵심적인 키워드로 ‘대화와 소통’을 꼽을 수 있다. 대화가 없는 곳에서 무수한 문제점들이 생겨나며, 소통이 없는 곳에 관계의 단절이 일어난다. 따라서 대화와 소통은 인간의 삶을 위해 반드시 필요한 것이다. 이는 단순히 이론으로 끝나는 학자들만의 논의가 아니라, 많은 사람들이 공감하고 있는 현실적인 부분이다. 대화와 소통은 결국 ‘관계 맺음’을 위한, 혹은 ‘더 긴밀한 관계 맺음’을 위한 수단이며 동시에 인간 삶의 방식이다. 이러한 ‘대화’는 친교 중심의 교회론을 확립하는 데에 있어서 핵심적인 요소라고 볼 수 있다. 물론 일반적인 대화 이론의 틀에 교회의 삶을 끼워 맞추려는 시도는 곤란하다. 왜냐하면 이러한 시도가 있기 이전부터 교회 안에는 이미 ‘대화의 신비’라는 보화가 존재하고 있기 때문이다. 이미 가지고 있는 이 보화를 좀 더 분명하게 드러내고, 이를 신학적으로 교회의 삶과 연관시키려는 것이 바로 본고의 목적이다. "Dialogue and communication" are the main keywords to understand our modern society. In this flow of the society, Church has a heavy responsibility to communicate with the modern society, talk to the modern people. Church should be "more dialogical". In our time, it is not optional but compulsory. That is the requirement of this age. Of course, around 40 years ago, Church already suggested the same keywords which can be an answer to this requirement in the Second Vatican Council. It's not just a completed work of the past, but a present progressive work of our times. Undoubtedly, Church has made an effort to communicate with the society after the Second Vatican Council. And it's not because of an unavoidable circumstances. Church already has a dialogical character in herself. The society didn't make the Church 'dialogical'. Instead, Church has the power to make the society 'communitive and dialogical'. In this context, the purpose of this thesis is to see the Church on the dialogical view and to investigate the way of the Church in days to come. First chapter is for the general understanding about what 'dialogue' is. In this chapter, I investigated 'dialogue' in a verbal, philosophical and religious prospect. Then, I explained that dialogue has a communitive intention and is necessary for religion indeed. Second chapter is for 'the stream of the ecclesiology'. Ecclesiology is the self-understanding of the Church. And this self-understanding has had a variety of forms in all ages. Though external appearances of the Church had been changed a lot in ages, she is always dialogical from her very essence. And at last, the Second Vatican council clearly declared that Church is 'the point of communion'. Dialogue has a communicative intention. So dialogue can be a base of communion. Third chapter is for 'the view of the systematic theology'. In the Holy Scripture, Church is mentioned on the relation with God. Church is community of the people of God. And dialogue is a prerequisite of this relationship. This is more clarified on the view of Trinity. Trinity is the holy relationship of three-persons. This relationship can be explained on the word 'communion and dialogue', as well. Last chapter is for 'the Church as a dialogue'. In this chapter I explained the Church as a dialogue in our concrete life. Church should be 'more dialogical' to the society, to the man on the inside, to the culture and to other religions. That is the most necessary one in our life. Anticipated from the beginning, prepared from the Old Testament era, revealed in the New Testament era and appeared publically in Pentecost, the Church has been going for its accomplishment until today. And in this history of salvation, the Church has been changed constantly in her dialogical character. The purpose of salvation of the Church isn't completed. Church is not a fossil but a living thing. To live means to change with a dialogue. A dialogue prescribes the life of the Church.
