After 1995, as a part of national geographic information system project, there are a lot of researches about combinations and connections of national geographic information system. However, systematic standard for combinations and connections of geographic information is uncertain, and each organization has different identification system which leads to difficulties in connection of geographic information system. This study suggests repeating method about geographic information objects to grant UFID based on national standards of geographic information system, and analyzes the repeating rate.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of ponding depth treatment on water balance in paddy fields. Three ponding depth treatment, shallow, traditional, and deep were used. Daily values of rainfall amount, ponding depth, irrigation water, drainage water, evapotranspiration, and infiltration were measureed in the field. The results showed that irrigation water depths were 198mm, 195mm, and 355mm in shallow, traditional, and deep ponding, respectively. The three treatments did not show any statistical difference in growth and yields. Shallow depth treatment showed the largest yield.

The construction of data connection is required due to the digital map do not have the new address data which is implemented by the Korea government and it cannot use between government and other agency. The manually matching of digital map and new address data is time and money consuming process due to the huge amount of data. In this research, new system is developed for data generation of attribute data by the data connection method of digital map and new address data using spatial matching and matching rate of data connection is analyses. The results of data matching rate in the research area are 84% in building case and 67% in road case in 1:1000 digital map at Suwon and 18% in building case and 21% in road at Seogwipo.

본 연구의 목적은 공간데이터 구축 단계에서 발생되는 제반 정보를 체계적으로 분류하기 위한 기본틀인 공종분류체계를 정립하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 국토지리정보원의 사업 범위인 기본측량을 대상으로 업체의 실무공정과 규정을 조사, 분석하여 공간데이터 구축사업 종류, 사업별 공종분류 및 공종별 성과물 체계를 표준화하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 공간데이터 구축공종분류체계를 국가 표준에 반영하고 공간데이터베이스 구축방법론으로 발전시킨다면 공간데이터 구축사업을 체계적으로 관리하고 선진화할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Wetland systems are widely accepted natural water purification systems around the world in nonpoint sources pollution control. In this study, the field experiment to reduce nonpoint source pollution loadings from agricultural drainage and polluted stream waters using wetland and pond system was performed. The removal rate of BOD<sub>5</sub>, TSS, TN, TP, and Chl-α was 52%, 90%, 56%, 59%, and 81%, respectively. Performance of the experimental system was compared with existing data base (NADB), and it was within the range of general system performance. Overall the water quality improvement was apparent in wetland and pond system.
