        프리다이빙 참여자가 지각하는 재미요인, 참여 만족도 및 재참여의도 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the fun factors of free diving, participation satisfaction, and re-participation intention. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, Free-divers who have participated in diving or are currently active were selected as the population of the study. Among them, 208 copies of data were collected through the convenience sampling method, and the results of the structural equation model verification for the collected data are as follows. First, among the fun factors, pleasure and achievement were found to have a positive effect on participation satisfaction. On the other hand, it was found that sociality, health & physical strength had no significant effect. Second, it was found that only pleasure among the fun factors had a positive effect on the re-participation intention. But, it was found that achievement, sociality and health & physical strength did not have a significant effect. Lastly, participation satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on the intention to participate again. As such, this study deals with academic and theoretical implications in related fields by identifying the fun factors of free diving and the behavioral intention of users.

      • 상호상관을 이용한 변압기내의 부분방전 위치측정

        전력 수요가 증가함에 따라 전력용 변압기의 용량이 커지고, 따라서 변압기사고의 파급효과가 커지게 된다. 본 논문은 전력용 변압기의 절연 열화에 의한 사고를 예방진단하기 위한 부분방전의 초음파 측정 기술을 응용하여, 초음파-초음파 측정법에 대한 부분방전점의 위치검출법을 연구하였다. 정확도를 높이기 위해 상호상관함수를 이용할 것을 제안하였으며 모의변압기에서 실험한 결과 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었다. This paper describes an effort to develop a microcomputer-based parameter identification system for three phase and two phase brushless DC motor. Back EMF equation is derived from back EMF waveform of three phase and two phase brushless DC motor. In this paper, a new identification algorithm for the brushless DC motor parameters by Pasek's technique is de veloped. It is found that Pasek's equation is valid for the brushless DC motor, too. The results obtained clearly shows that it is possible to implement the identification system for the determination of the brushless DC motor parameters. To minimize errors due to the ripple component in the measured armature current, dlgital averaging filter is employed. The whole identification process of signal generation, measuring, parameter determination is fully automated. The use of the pmpased method in the parameter identification system shows that the averaged current curve is in excellent agreement with the estimated current curve. Therefore, this close agreement conf i i the validity of this technique.

        Smad4 controls bone homeostasis through regulation of osteoblast/osteocyte viability

        Regulation of osteoblast and osteocyte viability is essential for bone homeostasis. Smad4, a major transducer of bone morphogenetic protein and transforming growth factor-β signaling pathways, regulates apoptosis in various cell types through a mitochondrial pathway. However, it remains poorly understood whether Smad4 is necessary for the regulation of osteoblast and osteocyte viability. In this study, we analyzed Smad4ΔOs mice, in which Smad4 was subjected to tissue-specific disruption under the control of the 2.3-kb Col1a1 promoter, to understand the functional significance of Smad4 in regulating osteoblast/osteocyte viability during bone formation and remodeling. Smad4ΔOs mice showed a significant increase in osteoblast number and osteocyte density in the trabecular and cortical regions of the femur, whereas osteoclast activity was significantly decreased. The proliferation of osteoblasts/osteocytes did not alter, as shown by measuring 5′-bromo-2′deoxyuridine incorporation. By contrast, the percentage of TUNEL-positive cells decreased, together with a decrease in the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio and in the proteolytic cleavage of caspase 3, in Smad4ΔOs mice. Apoptosis in isolated calvaria cells from Smad4ΔOs mice decreased after differentiation, which was consistent with the results of the TUNEL assay and western blotting in Smad4ΔOs mice. Conversely, osteoblast cells overexpressing Smad4 showed increased apoptosis. In an apoptosis induction model of Smad4ΔOs mice, osteoblasts/osteocytes were more resistant to apoptosis than were control cells, and, consequently, bone remodeling was attenuated. These findings indicate that Smad4 has a significant role in regulating osteoblast/osteocyte viability and therefore controls bone homeostasis.

        Osterix regulates corticalization for ongitudinal bone growth via integrin β3 expression

        Corticalization, coalescence of trabecular bone into the metaphyseal cortex, is important for the longitudinal growth of long bones. However, little is known about the molecular mechanisms controlling corticalization. To understand the molecular mechanisms underlying corticalization, we analyzed osteoblast-specific Osterix-knockout mice (Col-OMT). In control mice, corticalization was initiated after 7 postnatal days, and the number of osteoblasts in the peripheral spongiosa was increased compared to the number in the central spongiosa. In contrast, in Col-OMT mice, corticalization was delayed, and the number of osteoblasts in peripheral zones was unchanged compared to the central zone. Furthermore, femoral length was decreased in Col-OMT mice at 1 month. Because Col-OMT mice exhibited impaired matrix coalescence and osteoblast migration, we evaluated integrin signaling in Col-OMT mice. Osterix bound to the Itgb3 promoter and increased transcription of the Itgb3 gene in osteoblast cells. Interestingly, the inner and outer cortical bones were separated in Itgb3-null mice at postnatal day 7. In Itgb3-null mice, the number of osteoblasts in peripheral zones was not changed, and the femoral length was decreased. Taken together, these results indicate that Osterix regulates corticalization for longitudinal bone growth via the control of integrin β3 expression in osteoblasts. Our findings imply that the ability to control osteoblast function during corticalization may help in the treatment of short stature.

      • 자동차 변속기용 기어설계 프로그램 개발

        A new interactive computer program for design and examination of the automobile transmission gear is developed. The design data of a shifted helical gear sets are calculated and the contact ratio and the strength condition are examined. The involute curve and a root fillet of the designed tooth profile are graphically presented, and the informations for tooth profile such as root point, weakest section point, etc. are obtained. The whole engaging gear shape and contact state are certificated in Autocad. To check the lubrication conditions, the minimum film thickness is calculated and compared with the surface roughness data. Therefore the computer program made in this paper gives more improved practical tool in designing a automobile gear set.

        체험 스쿠버 다이버의 참여 동기가 참여만족 및 재참여 의도에 미치는 영향

        This study examines the effect of the scuba diving' participating motivation and participation satisfaction on the intent to re-participate for the purpose of providing the basic materials for the development and popularization through the expansion of base for scuba diving population. The subjects of the study are ordinary citizens who came to Sae-kki Island in Jeju City to experience scuba diving as the population, and based on convenience sampling of non-probability sampling methods, to extract samples. After the questionnaires were prepared, they were collected from July 12th 2010 to July 19th, 2010 for the first trial and from August 1st, 2010 to August 5th 2010 for the second trial, after being distributed to the participants at Sae-kki Island diving point. 200 of the questionnaires were distributed, 190 of them were retrieved. Among them, 18 questionnaires excepted, the total of 172 questionnaires was used for the analysis. Every survey material collected for this study has been analyzed for use with a statistical program, SPSS/Window 17.0 Version. To account for validity and reliability of the survey, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. Frequency analysis was conducted to examine the demographical attributes and distribution among the subjects. Correlation analysis was further done to prove the mutual correlation between the variables. Lastly multiple regression analysis was conducted to prove the effect of scuba diving participants’ motives on the participants’ satisfaction and on their intent to re-participate.

        It is very important to form stable back bead and improve productivity in middle-thick plate butt joint welding of a ship or steel structures. Presently many overlay welding processes associated with plasma arc welding has been developed, but development of processes related to plasma keyhole welding is very run short. Therefore, welding process is especially needed to form stable back bead without backing bar and improve productivity simultaneously in middle-thick plate butt joint welding of a ship or steel structures. The purpose of this study is to develop a plasma-MAG tandem 1pass welding process for middle-thick plate Y-groove butt joint, reducing process, forming back bead and improving productivity.
